We had a problem with a fuse blowing for our battery. Mark and Tony came out to our campsite in Shawnee State Park and they quickly checked everything and before they left the fuse was ok. They also gave us alot of information for what to check for in the future. Glad East Coast RV recommended them.

Called a different repair service and still have not heard back from them. Mark just happened to be in the campground for somebody else and I just happen to catch him before he left. He came to my camper and checked out my furnace and determined I needed a new one. He spent the time to find me the best price for a replacement. He installed it this past Monday while I was at home and it works beautifully. Fantastic job done by Mark considering I didn t have an appointment in the beginning

I called this guy twice with an urgent situation with our motorhome and he never bothered to call me back. After three days and no call, I found a professional that is actually is taking care of the problem. If he didn't want to work on the unit, have the courtesy and professionalism to return calls. Don't bother wasting your time with this guy. We are full time and lost all power as explained in the two messages, never bothered to return a call.

Awesome guys...our Air Conditioner went on Friday at Shawnee State Park hottest day of the year 94 degrees inside they came within 3 hours of calling and put a new unit on....Highly Recommend Thank You....

The repair man said if you don't have a error code then there is nothing wrong with the machine which is untrue, 3 weeks later still waiting to get my washer fixed. I asked him to stick around for the cycle to go through but he said he didn't have the time and he had 6 other appointments.So they are on a tight schedule so don't want to spend much time to diagnose the problem.

We had him come to our campsite for a heating, air conditioning issue. He was so nice and even though it took him a little while to figure it out( of course it's a brand new camper and we all know how things are, put together fast!)he figured it out and we have air and heat! I would definitely recommend this company.
