The service department at this dealership is excellent and I highly commend Matt, the technician that diagnosed the problem and Michelle, the service rep, who kept us in the loop. Because of their outstanding service, my next Volvo will be purchased from Erie Volvo.

Our road trip to Chicago was saved by Matt, service guy extraordinare and service manager, Tim. They kindly helped our family (and we had our puppy with us too!) get our Volvo back on the road and I'm very grateful.

The absolute WORST car service experience of my life. I would give zero stars if I could. Not once but twice now. Literally blown away and honestly a little shook at how badly I was treated when just trying to schedule service for a 2022 65K car that is malfunctioning AGAIN. I was able to talk to Michelle the manager and she was reasonable, but Erica the advisor is absolutely ratchet. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I never post reviews and can't even recall ever a time where I had to call and speak to the manager. That is just not me. Just drive to Wexford or literally anywhere else for that matter if you need service...it is worth the drive. TRUST ME.

Volvo of Erie is great! The sales team is fair and friendly.. They don't pressure you like many other dealerships. Shawn Lyons and Scott Doolittle are super to deal with! Tim Peyton in the service department is also very helpful.

I actually visited this dealership for a Ford product. My salesperson was Matthew and he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions about two models in the Ford lineup That are outside of my knowledge. He was able to fill me in on availability pricing design aspects etc. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a Ford product.

Tim (Client advisor) continues to be extremely professional and responsive to our needs. He goes out of his way to communicate and keep us up to speed regarding needed repairs with accurate timelines. The quality of the work is always commendable. The overall team at Volvo Erie from counter help, client advisor (Tim) and techs are first rate.-Kevin

I have been a Volvo owner for about a year (Acura and Honda before this). In the past, I have been very happy with the service at this dealership. However, my experience yesterday made me completely turn around my opinion of this place. Having a long week due to extenuating circumstances, I went into this dealership exhausted. I had to drop of my new Volvo for warranty work . I was met by a few people who were friendly and professional. I stood around a few minutes when I heard Tim, I'm assuming the service manager say "Is there something wrong with you?" "What is wrong with you?" This was said in front of about 8 or more people in a very loud voice (loud enough that everyone turned to look at me). Quite frankly, I didn't even realize he was talking to me because he was behind the counter and there were several people around me. Apparently he had asked me for my mileage and asked something else and I did not hear him. I was completely shocked at the lack of professionalism. When I spoke with him about it today, he tried to twist what he said. I will, in the future, look for another Volvo service provider near Erie.

I've been a Volvo owner for years, and the service I receive at Champion Ford Volvo exceeds anything I've experienced anywhere else. Tim Peyton, the Volvo service manager, clearly puts the needs of the customer first. He does whatever is necessary to accommodate customers. Many times I've needed something last minute before a trip, and Tim has rearranged things to make sure I get the service I needed ASAP. Tim is also aware of my issues with driving in snow, and he makes sure there is always an all wheel drive vehicle available to me (free of charge) if I need a loaner. More than once Tim has gone to bat on my behalf with the Volvo reps to solve any issues that have cropped up. He is always concerned with obtaining the best service for the lowest price possible.Bram Hower, the dedicated Volvo mechanic is the best mechanic I've ever worked with. He always stops by Tim's office to hear my problems directly from me; he is always willing to take a test drive with me if I think there's a problem; he's bright and extremely communicative and clearly is an expert in all things Volvo.I really cannot say enough about this dealership and more specifically the Tim/Bram team. I have complete faith in them and will continue to be a loyal Champion Ford Volvo customer as long as they are here.

Don't waste your time here folks. I visited their website and saw a used Mustang that I took interest in. Once I got to the dealership to see it, they told me they had it mislabeled and the color and transmission was not how it was listed. They showed very little care in their mistake. I told them I'd like to test drive that mustang anyways. They spent about 45 min-1 hour searching for the keys to the vehicle only to be unsuccessful and give up. I then told them I'd like to see their new 2016 Mustang. They couldn't get it to start and spent another 15-20 minutes looking for the jumper cables to start it. Everyone there seemed completely clueless and unwilling to solve problems .

Told them my money down and what I had for a monthly payment, they said they could hook me up with what I wanted, came in and they were off by Thousands of dollars down. I drove over an hour and a 1/2 for that what a waste of my time.
