I bought my Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross from Kelly and took it in for its first tire rotation and oil change. The tire rotation was free of charge and if hadn't waited so long to do this service, the oil change would have been also but Jim in the Kelly Mitsubishi service department told me he would see what he could do to help me out. He called...someone, not sure who, and informed me that they would honor the free oil change even though the offer had expired. Jim and the staff at Kelly always go above and beyond to help me and other members of my family and that's why we buy from them and that's why we go to them for service

I recently purchased a 2022 Eclipse Cross after 3 days i noticed on the front of the vehicle it says Eclipse Cross on the hood there was no letter I in Eclipse I contacted these people numerous times & also Mitsubishi motors & almost 3 weeks later I m still getting the run around!!! I shouldn t have to contact a lawyer to get these people to repair a manufacturer s default!!! I will never purchase anything from Kelly Mitsubishi again in life this is ridiculous!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Ehhhh. I come here not by choice, but more because I'd rather not mess with the warranty. Kind of treated like a number, but it's auto service. Other dealers definitely have better customer service
