I cannot say enough nice things about Sherman's Automotive. They do excellent work, charge fair prices, and are just overall very kind folks. They are certainly keeping my 2005 van running. If you are looking for great service, I would definitely checked them out.

Our alternator needed replaced and we had an oil issue. The mechanics at Sherman's Automotive stepped up and fixed our problem quickly. The mechanics are honest and worked with us on payment and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. Lady at the desk was amazing. Everyone is super nice and have positive attitudes. Will go there again. I highly recommend!

I can't find a single flaw with this establishment. The pricing is entirely fair, the staff is exceptionally well-informed and professional. Recently, I found myself dealing with an issue regarding a car I had just bought. Throughout the entire process of exploring my choices, they provided thorough guidance, including various payment plans and strategies to ensure my car remained operational. I doubt I'll ever need to seek out another mechanic. If only I could give them 10 stars!

Honestly only good things to say about this place. Bob I think the owner is very nice and professional knows his stuff about vehicles and it isn't bad on the wallet at all he's really affordable and fair and will not over charge. Definitely a good mechanic to go to. And he works pretty fast to Good mechanics definitely recommend to people around the area.

Sherman's Automotive is my go to mechanic. Knowledgeable and great customer service.My recent visit had to do with my transmission going out. I was able to get it towed to Sherman's Automotive, I brought in a transmission and they were able to install it in a timely fashion and my vehicle is up and running very well.

Took my old diesel Mitsubishi in for inspection. They had the correct replacement headlight bulb which was fantastic! Friendly and helpful employees. Will absolutely be back!

My boyfriends car was parked in the lot next to this shop and wouldnt start.We both had a long day at work and this was the last thing we wanted to deal with.We had fears of having to spend hundreds of dollars on a tow and diagnostics and repair.A mechanic from this shop kindly stepped out and within 2 minutes had the car running!We will definitely give this shop our business in the future!!!!!!

Sherman's Automotive did an excellent repair on my vehicle. They found a few worn out or broken parts that would of given me trouble in the future and now my vehicle is running great! I am coming back here for my future work! 2nd visit. Awesome job! Sherman's has been doing my oil changes, brakes and rotors, replaced my alternator and put new gas straps on for my gas tank. I've never had one complaint for them. They're very nice and will work with you for whatever situation you have on hand. Thank you Sherman team! Y'all are great!

Went here tonight cause my old mechanic all the sudden didn t have anyone to inspect the car the day of the inspection went there to schedule a appointment and they got me in the same day inspected and air condition re charged and very friendly people highly recommend taking car here I found my mechanic you won t be disappointed

Very comfortable waiting area. Staff are very pleasant. They are very straightforward. I was helped to understand clearly what services would be done on my vehicle so I could decide whether there was an urgent need or I could wait to have it fixed at a more covenient time.

If I could give zero stars I would.. my fiance got his car serviced here to replace the timing belt. The work started on April 27, 2020 and the car was picked up on July 9, 2020. So they had his car for over 2 months. It got to the point my fiance told them to just stop doing any work and we will just take the car elsewhere. When we finally were told the car was ready for pick up the car was given to us with the check engine light on. My fiance was then told to "get out" because he was asking questions about the work they did. Ontop of that they never provided him with an itemized receipt or anything that documented the work they did and was told there was a 1 year warranty on the timing belt but was given no paper or anything to prove that statement. For some reason they put oil into his car that was not even the correct oil. So we took the car to get an oil change with the correct oil and the technician told us there was a major leak in the engine that required immediate attention. So now the car has a major leak and has the check engine light on. At that point we went back to Sherman's to make sure we got some kind of itemized receipt. When we were there we got the same unprofessional treatment with the mechanic telling us to "get out" and him not wanting to give us any type of receipt. It got to the point he even told us to just take him to court. But I was not leaving there without it so finally he printed a make shift recipt out and wrote in pen a so called warranty. The lady at the front desk told us to bring the car back but there is no way we will ever take the car back to them. We took our car there for the timing belt only to leave with a major leak caused by the work they did. We are talking a whole thing of oil will leak out in a matter of a day. So this is a *WARNING* to all read this before making any major decisions to let them work on your car because you may just end up leaving with an even bigger problem with your car.

Purchased the 05 mini cooper s from Wayne. Asked him to please look it over before I buy it. He gave his word that it was in proper working condition and that the only issues with the car were cosmetic. Well I drove it to work the second day I had it and the transmission started to shift HARD. Called him and was told, I bought it as is so they won't fix it. And they won't buy it back. And told me to take him to court. I've taken my cars to him for inspections and services before and trusted him. DO NOT TRUST THIS shisterService: General repairs & maintenance

New Car owner, dont know anything much about cars but Mr. Bob was fair and understanding he treated me and my car like royalty and the pricing was exactly what my pockets could afford. I recommend this business 2 anyone looking for a mechanic already sent 2 people over there and all they could say was Thank you

Great new shop in etown. Great waiting room. Big screen tv. Kids area. Coffee n water. Good mechanics. Im coming back. Friendly HONEST people.Oct 2019 great knowledge of a 20 year old car and fast, reliable answers. Honest people and i m very favorite of these guys.
