Excellent customer service and support. Chad was the salesman that worked with me on my Slingshot R purchase and made it easy. I drove the hour and half up from Maryland for my purchase and it was well worth it. I'll definitely take the time to come back for my services and any other Slingshot needs.

Came here with my husband a couple times and each time we were greeted with a huge smile and friendly welcome. My husband had a lot of questions and Chad and Wayne were more than happy to answer all of them. We never felt pressured into purchasing anything. Overall very happy with the experience.

Real nice size dealership, with a decent amount of bikes, new and used, quads, utvs, and slingshots. Also had lots of other merchandise, helmets, shirts, and accessories for your rides. Employees were well knowledgeable, Friendly and accommodating. If your in their neighborhood, and looking for a great reliable motorcycle, stop in and say hi.

Went into the shop to find out information on two of the models (Chieftain and Challenger). I was greeted by the store manager Wayne whose customer service exceeded my expectations. He answered all my questions. I later spoke to Chad who also helped me out to understand the difference between both models. I highly recommend this shop for anybody looking to buy a motorcycle.

Very disappointed with their customer service and overall experience. Bought few parts from them in December and ended up not needing those as my original parts were still in good shape. When I brought them back to return they were not happy to take them back and charged me the 20% restocking fee said that these parts had to be custom ordered. Parts still came in original packaging and were never opened. While the other local store Don s cycling took some parts back from me and was able to refund me 100%. Hernley s lost my business. I ll be going to Don s cycling. You get much better service and quicker response there.

My husband and I recently visited this location to purchase some merchandise after having a terrible experience at the Newark location. This location is nothing short of amazing. It is clean, organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. They also helped remedy some of the mistakes from the Newark dealer. Mark McQuaid is the rep we dealt with at Hernley's and he is stellar! If you're looking for a great buying experience, we highly recommended Hernley's and Mark!

Parts department is always a DISAPPOINTMENT. No expertise what so ever in the parts department. Been given incorrect parts time and time again. My last straw when I was given the incorrect part one Friday evening. Called back in at 7:01 one minute after they closed and no one will answer the phone. Ruined my atv riding plans for the weekend. Will never return. Don t support this business. There s better Polaris dealerships around. Pat and Son in annville is WAYYYYYY better.

If you are in the market (or not for that matter) for a Motorcycle or ATV this is the place to go. The staff is awesome and they truly work for you to get you what you want.Cant be happier with my Scout it is such an awesome bike. Will be getting some addons here soon for it.Thanks Chad for working to get the financing and Duane for getting all the paperwork done and me out the door.This is the experience that you want at a dealership. Its not an assembly line it is a group of people that truly care that you are happy and wont stop until you are.

#1 you run a motorcycle shop be considerate and clean up the pile of gravel at the entrance of your shop (see pic).#2 Spent $1000 to get our bike's oil leak fixed. Promptly leaked all the oil on my garage when we got it home. They promised to fix for free and then tried to charge us $140 for work we did not OK.#3 They immediately got threatening when we suggested the work was supposed to be free and also threatened to keep our bike if we didn't pay because this was all somehow our fault.I would not recommend doing business here.

I'm researching options for a future purchase. I did 2 test rides, wasn't real thrilled with either of those bikes, so when I came in to try a different bike they told me they were too busy and to come back on a demo day. Except they don't have any demo days scheduled. Not sure how they were too busy when there were no customers in the showroom at all. I guess they don't want my business.

Staff is great. All of them from the salespeople to the techs. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Got my dream bike, got safety equipment installed, and got extra for no extra immediate charge as part of my build costs in the financing. Tech even came out to the parking lot to answer what were probably stupid questions and did so with a smile. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great bike for some great people.

The folks here really are the best. They made my purchase of a new bike completely painless. Chad had a great attitude, was incredibly friendly and welcoming to my questions, and was very efficient in getting my things ready. He took great pride in his work and absolutely made me feel valued. He took the time to walk me through the bike from front to back to make sure I knew what I was getting into. He made sure I knew I could stop by any time with questions or concerns and made the experience all around fantastic.Stop in and say hi if you are shopping, you won't be disappointed.

I needed a battery for my ATV last minute before going to the mountains, gave them a call and got Great Service, Great Battery, Fair price as Always!!! In 20 years they have never left me down!!!

Storefront is professional and inviting with plenty of parking. Inside was clean and well organized. Many motorcycles on display on the floor. Spent 20 minutes looking around but was not able to speak to a sales representative. The ones I saw were deeply engaged with other customers. I did not interrupt but a brief breakaway to engage with a new customer would have made a world of difference.

I ve been riding motorcycles since I was 20 and I ve never been in a better and more helpful dealership.From sales to service they have treated me fairly and with respect.Update: the dealership sold to another owner - after several visits with the new team in place I will be riding an extra hour to another Polaris/Indian dealer

Purchased a 2019 chieftain dark horse brand new. Did everything online no hassle. They gave me a great deal on it. When I came to pick it up all the paperwork was in order and didnt have to wait. My salesman Harry had me in and out in about 30-45 min and even checked up on me to see how my 2 hour ride home was. Overall experience was excellent.

I chose Hernley s Indian to buy my new Indian because of their outstanding customer service. From the moment I inquired about a test ride to the delivery of my new 2021 Indian Scout Bobber, their service was exemplary. My salesperson (Chad Kressler) was the best, he answered every question (a few dumb ones included) I had. He helped me in every step of the process from choosing the right model to the perfect accessories for my needs. Thank you Chad for everything, you were great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new motorcycle, I will be a Hernley s customers for life.

Went in with 2 issues, new rear tire (purchased there) making weird noise when hot, and rear breaks making loud rubbing noise when engaged. I specifically asked for someone to test ride the bike and listen for these noises. Dewayne claimed he could not duplicate the noises. Charged me $292.00 for oil change and inspection, and when I suggested he take the bike back out and listen for these weird sounds, he got defensive and obviously not interested in doing so. He in fact seemed annoyed with my persistence that there's something going on with the bike.Bought the bike there new in 2017. I guess that doesn't matter. No customer loyalty whatsoever.Never again! I'll find another dealership that welcomes my business.

Just recently had warranty work done on my Indian motorcycle at Hernley s. They treated me amazing. Parts were ordered and delivered quickly. The owner, Duane Hernley, contacted me personally as soon as the part came in and scheduled repair work the very next day. It was in the 30 s when I rode in to the dealership and the woman at the counter immediately handed me a hot cup of coffee to warm up. I highly recommend this dealership!
