The most honest and reasonable garage.Griers is the best garage I have found in years. I take both of my cars to Bryan and he does excellent work at a reasonable price. He is honest and trustworthy. Bryan gets you in and out fast all while doing an excellent job. I recommend him to anyone that needs to mechanic. I will not take my cars to anyone but Grier s as long as Bryan is in business and or I live in this area. He also will give you free road side assistance with federated car care (he pays for this out of his own pocket) to help his customers get their vehicles to his garage

I can't express how much I appreciate Grier's Automotive. Very friendly and accommodating service. I was provided a loaner car while my vehicle was being serviced. Trust is important to me, and I genuinely trust the mechanic. They have actually saved me money, performing research on a recall where the auto manufacturer is replacing the engine for free. Great business!

I have been looking for a new garage and mechanic and I found one. Brian is professional, quick and responsive. I look forward to many happy years of his excellent service. He is fair and honest and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone for their automotive needs.

This isn't your typical review. But it's an honest and from the heart review from the Mom of the Mechanic. My car broke down on my way to work last week. I was truly lucky to make it to Bryan's house!! His wife Michelle, took me to work and I even got there on time! Well, when Bryan got home from a full day of work, he found several issues with my car - PCM, ignition coils, spark plugs, valve cover gaskets and some unexpected issues that all needed replaced! And that was IF he could find the parts I needed, as my car is an older model. Well, he spent several hours finding the necessary parts and the very next day, Michelle drove around and picked them up, while Bryan and his two "apprentices" started the work on my car. His older daughter took me to work and picked me up and took me home. My car was fixed and taken for a test drive and I drove it home with confidence that night! I can say whole heartedly, you will get the same quality service.... because they will treat you like family at Grier's Automotive. It's a true family business, and Bryan is a most amazing and knowledgeable mechanic! He will treat you right and his prices are hard to beat! Thank you Bryan and family - for putting me first and taking care of my needs!

Wow. We have found our family mechanic, thats for sure. Bryan's garage is nothing short of amazing- in many ways. Their work is excellent, their customer service is top notch, and Bryan's communication about your vehicle is easy to understand and thorough. Highly recommend them. Honest folks, taking care of your family the way they would want to be taken care of.

Bryan is a trustworthy mechanic. He is honest and genuinely cares about providing you with a safe vehicle for you and your family. He communicates very well and listens to your concerns. In addition, he gets your car in and out of the shop in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!!

I would bring my car here for anything and everything. Brian was incredibly knowledgeable and did his research when my headlights were being faulty. Had it up and running in no time and prices were more than fair. Incredibly communicative and talks to you like a human. Can't say enough good things!

Knowing the owner/head mechanic from his previous employment at a dealership, and knowing the quality of his work, I knew my car was in capable hands. He fixed it quickly, and it drives like a new car. I highly recommend Grier's for those more unpleasant aspects of car ownership... repairs.

Brian is fantastic! Always does fantastic, trustworthy work and never tries to sell you something you dont need!! We take all our vehicles to him! He's very fair in his pricing also.

Definitely recommend!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. Brian is the only one out of 5 different shops that I called that would work on my car. I even had dealerships turn me away. He took the time to talk me through everything and find the best fix. He is super knowledgeable and very kind. Thank you for everything!!!

My car was repaired in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. The mechanic was friendly and called me about his findings and what needed to be repaired. He did not try to fix things that didn't need fixing.

I had a wonderful experience working with Bryan. I went to him after a bad experience with my dealership s service center. From the start, Bryan s communication was excellent. He was honest about the work that would be performed and prices, and even checked out the car a few days prior to make sure everything the other service center claimed needed done was true, and gave me the option of waiting on things that weren t urgent. I ended up having him complete all of the recommended repairs (even those that could wait a few months), and the total cost was LESS THAN HALF what the dealership s service center was going to charge. I will absolutely use Grier s Automotive again and have no hesitations recommending this shop to others.Services: Tires, Transmission repair, Brakes

This was my first time at Grier's after a friend recommending his shop. I was not disappointed at all! I needed to get my car inspection done right away. Called Grier's and he was able to get me in that afternoon. Brian inspected my car and fixed an issue with my exhaust. I was referred to this place when I couldn't find not one shop in delaware that would get the part I needed and put it in for a fair price. I called and talked with him for all of 10 minutes and we were on the same page. I got a tow almost 2 hours away from where I live in DE to this shop. From the time I arrived to the shop to the time I left it was only about 20 mins I felt welcomed and reassured that my car would be taken care of. When he was done he took it for a test drive and I was on my way. I whole heartedly would recommend this place. It was completely worth the 4 hour round trip. The service was fast accurate and friendly. My car is running beautifully now and my pockets are happy as well. Definitely bring your vehicle here if you want a quality job done.Service: Auto maintenance

Brian did a really good job in my Honda Odyssey, always gave me updated about repairs, l was looking for a good place to repair my car and l found it. This man is AMAZING and HONEST, you dont find that these days when it comes to an Auto mechanic, I took my Explorer to him for wheel Bearings, He checked my vehicle out and would not replace the bearings , Because it wasnt my bearing that was the real issue, It was my Transmission making the most noise, My bearings are making noise but , Still tight steering, my transmission can go at anytime, He was honest enough to not replace the bearings that weren't needed and told me the truth, the rust on the vehicle , its not worth a 3,000 dollar transmission, I totally recommend this man , hes one of a kind and hard to find, BTW im not even from Elizabethtown, I was there visiting my sister and took my vehicle to him, I only wish i lived closer for my future Automotive needs .Service: Steering & suspension replacement
