Had to replace my car battery. Kem at the Elizabethtown Store was extremely helpful, along with being courteous, respectful and professional. He came to my home to jump my vehicle so I could drive to the store where he proceeded to replace my battery. I would recommend Advance, particularly the Elizabethtown Store to others.

Terrible. Just terrible. Placed an online order and the store picked the wrong oil filter. When I called, and told them this they did not know what to do. Oils out, filters off and I'm at home. Then the staff was just terrible. I will not shop here again. Shop here, if you want to make several trips back and treated with anger for mistakes made by the staff. I would leave negative stars if I could.

Bryan has horrible customer service .He wants to act like i don't know the difference between a thermostat housing and a water assembly which is what i wanted. I also wanted a specific hose rather then deal with a condescending nature by someone who never matured past junior high I will just go to Napa or Fishers where i always get good service

Received outstanding service yesterday from Sam H. at the E-town Advance Auto Parts store. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and goes the extra mile to help customers. I took my daughter to the store to get parts for changing the oil in her high-mileage Subaru. Sam previously owned a similar Subaru and took the time to fix us up with all parts needed, including a special oil filter wrench with extension because he was familiar with how difficult it is to access the oil filter in her car. Thanks to Sam, we were able to easily change the oil. Thank you Sam!!

Great store good parts customer service can be better and at least look professional wearing hoodies all the time no shirts with name s except for the managers and sam needs to be fired did not like when he mistreated my sister in law because he assumed she knew nothing about cars but knows more then him.

Been spending alot of money there to get my car on the road again. And they keep selling me the wrong parts even though I'm as specific as I can be. And when I called just now to talk about it again they hung up on me. Lovely service. Will go out of my way to order parts from other places now thank you

Every time I walk in, the guys are super helpful. I just got a wiper blade for my wife's car, and the guy rang me out and then switched out old for new for me. I could have easily done myself, but he went that extra step further and it was appreciated.

Being a do it yourselfer as much as I can when it comes to my vehicles, I use Advance Auto for everything I need. I have never had an issue with any parts purchased from them and the staff is always eager to assist.

This location is hit or miss as far as customer service. I spent quite a lot of time there over the last few weeks between issues on two vehicles and depending on who was working you were offered help or you were on your own. Store is always clean, parking is plentiful and shelves are usually fully stocked.

The guys here are always happy to help and knowledgeable. I like that the same guys have worked here for quite a long time, so they've gotten to know me as I work on various projects. Obviously Advance Auto must treat there employees good for them to stick around. Keep up the good work guys!

Started using Advanced Auto Parts in Elizabethtown more when I opened my business. I generally go in the morning and the guys there are attentive, knowledgeable, honest and go way out of there way to assist me. As long as these guys are here I wont go anywhere else. What a fantastic crew you have and look forward to doing more business with them.

Some employees are nice and others could be nasty you ask for help and the face expression tell you everything the should stay home if the don't want to deal with costumes

Friendly employees! Happily changed my battery for free! In fact, every time I go into this store they are ready to help. Don t be shy ladies if you need anything for your car go straight to the counter and ask for help (as opposed to wondering aimlessly around the store).

Good places to get vehicle parts. Some questions can be answered But wish some employees were better with questions so they don't give the wrong parts, so you don't have to go back 3 times to get the wrong part

As I live but 4 houses North of this place, it is easy to go to. Also have become a regular since they saved me over $1,000.00 in parts when I had my last accident. The staff, although many changes, are extremely knowledgeable & helpful.

Went to get gearwrench socket swapped they said I need original proof of purchase.... I went to a different store and they just took care of me.... don t buy from here ever. After that they conveniently didn t have the tool I needed. Supervisor was sitting around and I had to wait till the kid helped me.... I hate advance and try never to give you all my money I ll drive to Middletown Az where I ve never had an issue thanks....

These guys are (mostly) the best. They are always willing to go out of thier way to try and help. Despite being busy today one associate took time away to try and help me get my truck out of 4wd since my mechanic isn't open till Monday. Thanks to all the folks at advanced Etown!

sent my 17 year old in to get replacement wipers for his 2000 Buick Regal. Wipers were installed and all is well. Until I found out they charged him $53 for wipers. Went on the website and and found the wipers they sold him while not top of the heap were $8 more than the average price for wipers! Price gouging a 17 year old???? Will be stopping by to pay a visit to the Manager on this situation. Was always happy with the service I received from the Etown store but this makes me wonder if a complete change of Parts store might be in order.
