Really good as far as acThank equipment. I wouldn't go here for Stihl products. If you're looking for Stihl country go to a Johnstown approved vendor or somewhere else other than ebensburg. I have to change my sprocket from . 325 to a 3/8 myself as these vendors aren't reliable with ordering stuff

I was pleased with my experience at West Central Equipment. This is the first time I had delt with them. My salesperson, Mike, did a very good job helping me find the machine I wanted. He was very personable. He was very prompt to cover all the details of our transaction. I would use this dealership again. I am very pleased with my tractor.

Mike is a very patient and understanding young man. If you are interested in a tractor or other equipment call WEST CENTRAL JOHN DEER and ask for Mike we sure are glad we did.

I was happy they took care of me Buying from them was quick and easy and the salesman was very friendly. It s Been a few months since I got my John Deere Gator and they still text me to see if I need anything. Great bunch of guys

Salesman was great. Then I took my tractor in for the first service. Seals in the transmission were bad. Ok they said 3 to 4 days for parts. It has now been 3 weeks and I have been told 3 different times by the service department it would be ready in a few days. Today I was told it will be another 5 days but no reason given. Absolutely terrible experience with the service department with no explanation or courtesy calls to explain why it is taking so long.

My name is mike Smith I own a 1025R tractor I love John Deere products but I had my tractor picked up at my camp at the beginning of September, I just got it back today the first thing tobe taken care of was my Hydraulic Cufflinks needed checked service manager Mike told me that it would all be covered under the warranty and truck hauling taken off so I figured since it was up there why not have the full service done on it as well it was their almost a month and a half then today I go up their mike the service manager wasn t their and I got charged for my cufflinks that was tobe covered under warranty and the answer I got was because I called up and I found a cuff link unplugged and I plugged it back in I left them know, so the warranty wouldn t cover it but I m sorry it came loose for a reason this isn t the first time it came loose and I left service manager Mike know that !!!! I felt like I was being put off waiting a month for my tractor then being told it wasn t covered under warranty. I m sorry but my bill was 387.00 and that wasn t right when I should of just had to pay for the full service idk if I want to buy from western central anymore.Responding to the owner what I m saying is mike the service manager called me to let me know my bill is 289.00 and my warranty covered the hydraulic cufflinks but then when I arrive my bill is now 387.00 that is not right to give a person a price but when they arrive the to up the price.

Large selection of equipment for sure. Mowers, tractors, etc. All name brand.
