Newer to the area. Needed to get my vehicles inspection. Dropped off the vehicle's was called and told they where ready in a few hours. Super fast service and great service. If you need a garage to go to try these guys out. I will definitely be back.

Broke down on my way back home 2 hrs away on a Friday afternoon at 1 pm. Pulled into T&D Automotive, they went above and beyond! Unbelievable service! Not only did they get my vehicle right on a lift. 5 minutes later assured me that I would be back on the road within 2 hours. So grateful for an honest, willing to do what it takes approach on fixing my vehicle and getting me back home! 1000 stars in my book! Thank you T & D automotive!

I've been taking my car to T&D for several years now. They are always straightforward, honest, and reasonable. And they do great work, too. Recommend them highly.

I had the motor mounts replaced in my mini cooper last year and the were 3x cheaper than the dealership. Recently one of them had worn completely down again so I went back over to T&D and was completely blown away by their customer service. They got me in for an appt the next day dropped off my car in the morning and they were done by lunch. It was all covered by the warranty.They stand behind their work. It was no fault of the shop that the motor mount failed prematurely but they did the right thing and fixed the issue. I will use them for everything we need from now on.Thank you

Called the shop for a same-day state inspection service (due to limited availability in my personal schedule) and they were able to fit me in right away that same afternoon, unlike 5 other shops in town that said it would be over a week to make an appointment.Shop was busy and they still made time for me quality service and professionalism here and would highly recommend.

As a fellow Service MGR at an extremely busy tire shop I relied on these guys (used them in the past) to take care of some issues with my personal vehicle that are out of the scope of work for what we can perform at our location and they were fast, precise and fair. In the world of auto mechanics finding other transparent and honest shops is a great blessing. 5 stars will recommend

Not at all satisfied! Took son's car there to replace the engine. They had the car for 3 months. Had to have it towed back days later because antifreeze was leaking and they had to replace hoses. Then my son used the wind shield wipers and had an electrical fire only to find a wire harness shoved up under the wiper arm. They assumed some responsibility for that although after was told they did not do that, someone else must have. That caused electrical problems under the dash which we were told was coincidental and not because of the way they put the car back together. Had the car for 2 more months. Got it back and have a list of issues! The cap is off the Schrader valve causing the ac not to work, quite a few dash lights are out, steering column clunking when adjusting it, fan for the ac/vent/heat doesn't work with 2 of the controls and is making a loud noise, and the cruise control module was replaced incorrectly. When I called about issues I was screamed at, sworn at and disrespected, ultimately resulting in being told they would no longer work on the car. Yes, it is an older car, yes I know things start going wrong when you start doing work to it....but what we are having to deal with now seems to be a list of issues that came from HOW the car was put back together, all of those things were fine before the dash was removed! Was told I was being ridiculous and now have to spend more to fix what they did wrong elsewhere!

Highly DO NOT recommend this shop for any car need. My boyfriend went there for new tires on his truck, told them the specific size tire he needed. They got the wrong size tires and said they ll be fine charged $1600 for them, they did not fit the truck, they were rubbing to the point of not being able to make turns when driving. Then when calling asking for the correct tires he's asked for to begin with was cursed at and screamed at by the owner of the shop as if it was his mistake not theirs. Then he had to pay an additional $250 to get the correct tires because they had to take the truck to another shop since they were unable to complete the job correctly. So instead of just saying they were unable to help him to begin with he was charged an outrageous amount of money and had to deal with rude, unprofessional, ignorant so called mechanics . Do not recommend worst customer service experience ever.Service: Tires

This is a great little place. Everyone working there is so pleasant and friendly, the people at the front desk are very knowledgeable and are happy to talk with you about your options, service is quick and efficient, I've gotten convenient appointment times every time I have gotten service there.And yes, that's all to be expected from any business, of course, but then they have some extras for their customers: they've got a very comfortable waiting room with bottled water available, and a small library for light reading while you wait. There's also a television (which can thankfully be turned off easily, if that's not your preference,) and free wifi for if you've got emails to write while waiting.Another thing that I love about T & D is that they have loaner cars available for their customers if service takes a bit longer. I had to leave my vehicle there overnight a few months back, and they loaned me a very nice, clean little car to drive myself to work/the grocery store/etc, no problem. I just had to sign one form agreeing that I would bring the thing back and use my insurance in the event of an accident, and I was out of there! So quick and easy. I was amazed that an independent small business was able to offer this service to their customers, and best of all, it was totally free!All in all, it's a wonderful place. Every time I have been there, it's been great. 100% recommendation.

I had my '99 Ford Explorer in to have the thermostat replaced on short notice. They fit me into their schedule the next day after I called as I needed the truck as soon as possible. I arrived a half hour before my appointment and they were able to start right away.The parts they ordered arrived quickly. They were honest about their findings, and made suggestions on what they found and recommended additional repairs and replacements, and had prices at the ready to go along with them. I was treated with respect and was thankful for their courteous service!The actual work that they did was great. I knew about how long it would take and they completed the thermostat replacement as well as a few smaller fixes within that time. They also took it for a test drive before and after the work they did. My truck was running like a champ again as I pulled out of their parking lot! I'm glad I chose this garage to take it to and I'll definitely be coming back for any service I need in the future. Best garage I've been to in the Easton area in the six years I've lived in and around here.

Went in for unexpected repairs while traveling and was so impressed by their service! Not only was my repair done promptly, the staff was incredibly helpful in explaining the issue. I have visited shops before and been talked down to due to age and gender but they were very respectful. Prices were extremely fair and I made it back to Florida without any issues. Thank you T and D auto!!

Recently I had my car inspected at T&D Automotive. I made an appointment for the morning, and I did not have to wait at all. I stayed there while they did my inspection and they were very thorough with keeping me updated with either concerns they had or questions I had. Dylan was very knowledgeable, professional and had a great demeanor. My parents always used T&D in the past, so I am glad I went to them.

As a shop owner in Florida, I can appreciate another shop that treats you fairly while on vacation, especially when they don't know you own a shop. Honest & fair with a professional service writer who takes his time explaining what's going on and how long it will take. I take all of my cars to T&D Auto. One of the last trustworthy mechanics in the area in my opinion. They take care of the problem and don't nickel and dime you. Everyone in the shop is always very nice and professional. I'm new to the area and someone referred them as a good car repair service. And I agree very friendly knowledgeable and gave me detailed description of how he was going to repair my Jeep. Affordable 2! I called and got my Jeep in within the day.So now I have a new place 2 take my Jeep! They also have a driving service will take you home if you're close by and come and pick you up again!

I have now had my third experience at T&D and wanted to acknowledge why I plan to return againto T&D for my auto repair services. What I value as a consumer is to feel valued as a customer, receive quality service and supplier delivers on all their commitments. Time is valuable to me and they completed the work on time, at a reasonable cost and I was treated with respect. Thank you T&D!

The folks at T&D Automotive are A-One! When my truck wheeled off of the roll-back Sunday evening, trickling wheel bearings and brake-less, I thought for sure I was going to be stranded for 3-5 days. I spoke with Jared first thing Monday morning and by 10:30 AM they were wheeling the truck into the garage. At 1:00 PM I received a phone call indicating my truck was ready to rock & roll! The staff was courteous and knowledgeable and their customer service is top-notch! There hasn't been any issues since the repair. Give these folks a chance to earn your patronage. Thanks again for the quality service and customer care!

I recently brought my car to T&D Automotive for a State Inspection. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of both the office and waiting room, and the coffee they offered me during my wait. While I was paying for my service, I became aware that they had an opening for a secretary. To make a long story short, I am now a happy employee of T&D, and can honestly say (from both sides of the counter :-) that this shop, which has been owned and operated by Daryl Picard since the 1970's, is the only place I would consider having my vehicle worked on. Their integrity and quality of service is second to none!

Just had purchased a vehicle and took the car over because I was having issues. They ran a diagnostic and told me to take the car back was not worth purchasing. Very trustworthy they have a new customer. I will never go anywhere else

I always get quick and honest service here for any car I bring in. Service writer gives me parts estimates and any suggestions for service they have, but I never feel pressured into anything. Everyone here is very friendly. I just got a thank you card in the mail from them, after an appointment I had last week. Good people.
