Had to have truck for fishing. Towing the boat. They repaired my truck in a week. Great job . New rear fender looks great. Can t say enough. Would highly recommend. Great job guys

My 2019 Ford Escape needed a battery last weekend, so I went to an AutoZone to replace it when to my surprise, I was told it needed professional installation. Having gone to Smitty's before for a tire repair, I knew that I could count on them to help me out. I called the following Monday and got in the next day! Sam got me an appointment and even picked my car up and dropped it off for me while I was at work. In between, speaking with Devin and Tayler also made my experience friendly, easy, and stress free. I highly recommend Smitty's to anyone in the Lehigh Valley looking for repairs, their professionalism, kindness, and efficiency require a 5 star rating.

excellent shop, i brought my hummer h3 for a major engine issue, they diagnosed the problem, gave me options, did not try and push the most expensive option, Josh, their master mechanic, sat down with me , explained everything, took me in the back, showed me what was going on....answered every question... and the option i took saved me a ton of money !.....i am taking all my vehicles here from now on...******.a year later UPDATE*****....josh left, i went there for a state inspection, for same truck...well they failed me for front brake pads and rotors ( which i replaced a year and a half ago, the truck has only 7,000 miles on it since then), and a upper control arm replacement...total cost of 1400.00,,,.lol.....the first words were we have a loaner car for you now.....i thought i found a local lehigh valley place i could trust, oh well , cross them off the list....i did take my truck somewhere else to double check these items, of course the pads are fine and the rotors are fine ands the control arm is fine...just a couple of photos of the disk and pads...what do you think?.....i just don't understand why places do these kind of things.....its really sad.....i can see why josh left...

Worst experience I had ever had.1. Communication with customers was absolutely zero. My husband and I both tried to call them to figure out was is going on but they never pick up and never call back.2. Painted parts are very different from the body - I also posted a photo of the car to show. They tried to pursue me it is impossible to match the color but I know it is. At least not such a difference.3. It took a week less than 3 months from the day I provided down payment to day when I got my car back.One good thing - they cleaned the cat perfectly and even put antifreeze that was extremely low.

Smitty's was great to deal with. They got me right in and did an excellent job on my car. One of the parts was on backorder, the day the part came in they repaired my car and had me back on the road. I had an issue with my oil pressure gauge and this shop went above and beyond to help me out. They were very welcoming and accommodating. Staff was super friendly, honest, the price was fair and quality work. They kept me informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend Smitty s!

This place is the absolute biggest rip off I have seen yet. I brought my car in for an inspection and told it needed two front tires an alignment and new wipers .$657+Are you kidding me?! They charged me $59 just for labor to swap out wiper blades!!! That takes 10 minutes at max AND the labor cost more than the blades.Stay far away from this place!!!They also like to recommend hundreds to thousands of dollars in repairs you should get"THIEVES!!!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

The staff at Smitty s is always friendly and helpful. They are very timely as well. Once in awhile I have to stop by because it looks like I need oil. I've used Smitty's twice with outstanding results and customer service each time. They're real auto champions and I can't thank them enough for the quick work!First time was new tire installation/balance and the second was a tail light repair. I used Smitty s after my car made contact with a deer. I had to get a brand new hood, headlights, side mirror, and passenger door. I gotta say, my car looks brand new. I am so happy with how my car looks. They cleaned up my car really good. And the staff is very friendly and listens to all you concerns and will answer all your questions. I highly recommend them

Took my car to Smitty's repair to check out why my air Conditioner wasn't work right, they quoted me 1300.00 to 2000.00 to repair it. i took it somewhere else and got it fixed for 189.00 what a ripoff this place is, be smart do your homework do not go there to repair any parts. get a second opinion. disappointed never will i use or recommend them.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

I believe that two people you need to trust before you have them provide their service to you. They are your hairstylist and your mechanic. Smitty's is a great place to put your trust in when it comes to your car. I have bought their service twice and have seen nothing, but perfect work and honest answers not to mention the great experience they have. I used body shop and the repair side and they both were great. If there's something more than five stars I would have given it to them.

I had a tire with a screw in it, that needed to get removed and patched, I called them at 9am by 10am I was heading home, with a patched tire. Very friendly and professional service. Highly recommended!Service: TiresService: Tires

**DO NOT GO HERE**I have spent nearly 2 months trying to get an answer on why I haven't received payment to re-apply ceramic coating to my car that was hit. Smittys performed some body work repainting my fender and bumper. I was told they would submit the estimate to the insurance and pay me once they got paid. In the very beginning it was a good interaction, being a business owner myself I thought we established some good rapport but the following few months have been an absolute nightmare. There are plenty of good body shops around, I would advise whoever is reading this to avoid this place and look into another one to save yourself the countless hours of time I've spent trying to get things done here. Absolute waste of time, terrible communication, and the bodywork really wasn't that great. Swirls throughout all the panels, the color matches and there isn't dirt in the paint but how lazy can you be to not polish out the finishing marks. I also had asked to have a small 1/4" chip and slight ding touched up at my own cost. THEY PAINTED THE ENTIRE QUARTER PANEL AND CHARGED ME $800. Please, do NOT go here.Service: Painting

Took my car in for a routine state inspection and emissions test. My usual mechanic is an hour away because I just moved to the area. I knew going in that I had the car in tip top shape and wouldn't need anything. I noticed since I moved here that they work on local police vehicles here at this shop and figured they were a reputable place. I was right. Service was great. Extremely friendly office staff and I was in and out in no time without trying to be told that my car needed things it didn't. Great experience and they have earned a repeat customer in me. I would recommend this garage to anyone in the local area.

Got an estimate for collision on my car 7-weeks ago. Not once have they reached out to communicate with me. Understandable that parts are hard to come by but when speaking to the female receptionist and she rudely tells you it s not her problem or department, I ll take my vehicle elsewhere!! Zero communication and horrible customer service!

They were everything I want in a mechanic. Double checked prices before doing certain things, explained in detail what was going on. And very reasonably priced. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me in anyway (which was a first for going to the mechanic!), And they were super polite. Thank you so much

TWO bad experiences with this establishment - the first time my boyfriend had taken his car there to get new tires put on as well as some parts replaced, one specifically being a belt, on the way home from "repairing and replacing" the belt, the entire belt fell off the car in the middle of us driving. After giving them a second chance this go around (stupid on my part) for a simple inspection and oil change, i was informed that there were other things needed to be fixed in my car, I ok'd the fixes and cost and then received another call the next day telling me that they had DAMAGED ANOTHER AREA OF MY CAR WHILE TRYING TO FIX IT. Never will I be taking my business to this establishment again nor will I recommend them to anyone EVER AGAIN!

Took my Bmw here after another car hit it when it was parked. (Drivers door, front fender and bumper) The shops body work was great.. the problems started with them not paying attention in there work. The insurance company said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to complete the work. After the 3 weeks I got a call saying the car was done. Drove it less then 2 miles and had to take it right back. The car looked good but no one test drove the car to see how the steering was. It needed a new steering rack and wheel bearings ( damages from the car getting hit ). Five weeks later I called to see if the car is done..they tell me it's done but never called to tell me. After taking it home I realize the driver side door was not locking (door that was replaced at the shop). Called and they said to bring it back and they will take care of it.. after two weeks and me calling them the car is done .. again.... I pick up my key to drive home and getting in the car the drivers side window is lined up wright and is getting stuck.... it didn't have this problem the other two times I picked up the car from this shop.. I didn't even say anything.. I will get it fixed somewhere that cares about quality work.I really think these guys did not know how to work on a BMW they took the job because it was insurance job and easy money I would not recommend this shop to anybody else

Smitty's fixed 4 of our work trucks. Repairs and body work, all excellent work and quick turn around, which is important with business vehicles. Professional and knowledgeable. Handles everything from state inspection, to major repairs. Reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them.

Just Love this place. The guys who run it are great and they really saved my butt by letting me get an inspection 2 mins to closing time. I live in the area and always hear great reviews from everyone local, and my friend Syed H. always told me they were great and they helped him one time even jump start his car when he had car issues. Just a great home grown local car shop. with fabulous customer service, and a great looking, comfortable, accommodating service center. The best in town.

I brought my Chevy tohoe here about two weeks ago for some auto body repair. All I can say is WOW they did an awesome job and Dwayne was on top of it, he would call and let me know we re we were with the repairs. Another plus was that husband approved which is not that easy! I have brought my car to other auto body places and never experienced the service that I experienced at Smitty s. And when I went to pick up my car it was very clean inside and out which I ve never experienced with other autobody places . Highly recommended! Thank You Denise

This place is phenomenal. I would totally recommend this place and do recommend this garage for repairs, inspection, whatever you need. I brought my car there to get looked at and instead of lying and trying to charge me an arm and a leg they told me What was wrong and for me to take it back to the dealer. They could ve easily decided to charge me but instead were honest and said I had a few recalls and printed out the recalls for me and told me to bring that back to the dealer. I have had other things repaired and looked at there, and they have always gone above and beyond for me. Very nice people and thorough. Definitely go check it out.

I've used Smitty's in the past with great results. Went there today to have something diagnosed and Josh was very informative and helpful. I will 100% use Smitty's in the future whenever necessary. Great group of people.
