Excellent customer service by technician Mike. Prompt response and excellent quote on windshield lowest out of 5 others in the area and first to return phone call with an estimate!! Definitely recommend this company especially after being in the automotive business in the past and being extremely critical when getting my 2019 Subaru Outback serviced. Came out on a holiday weekend because the glass came in early after letting me know I would be scheduled during the week as soon as the glass arrived. Above and beyond is hard to find and this guy exceeded expectations!! You will not find a better price or service!!!

Mike is the best in the Valley. He prides himself quality and doesn t cut any corners. After dealing with some other companies in the area, I would avoid them at all cost.

Mike was absolutely amazing! Answered my phone calls and texts right away and was actually able to fit me in same-day! Did an amazing job replacing my Jeep windshield! Words can t describe how grateful and happy i am with Michael and his team at Pro-Set Auto Glass!!! A piece of metal fell from semi truck fell onto my windshield and cracked it pretty gnarly i called around and no one was able to get me in when i needed it, gave Pro-Set a call gave them my address and vin number and i could not lie within the hour Michael not only stated he had the windshield in stock but could provide a mobile service and get it done same day! Upon arrival Michael was very courteous and professional making services and charges very upfront and said to give him and about an hour and he would have it completed. nonetheless about an hour goes by and Michael calls and tells me i m good to go!! This is the second time i ve had to replace my windshield and the FIRST time i genuinely had a good experience and in the event i need my windshield replaced strongly recommend Pro-Set! Micheal came to camelback resort to replace a honda pilot windshield we came all the way from long island .. Every other glass auto repair companies turned us down but Michael took the time out of his Saturday to give great service. handled everything in a professional manner . Everything about pro-Set was handle in a timely matter. We highly recommend Pro-set for your auto glass issues. THE BEST auto glass replacement service in the LV and beyond. Mike and the team are prompt, courteous, professional and do what they say with no bs or hassle. Prices are fair, they come to you, and honestly I would not use anyone else. I drive 78 everyday so I see these folks 2-3x A YEAR. Came right to my house and fixed my windshield on site! I had a great experience with this company. He came to my house for the repair. I have used safelite before and i will tell you, never again! These people are really good they came out did my wind shield in the rain rail friendly real courteous and they do a thorough job that work or even came back and help me with my windshield wipers that I broke myself so I would recommend these to everyone they're on their game and they're really good My 2000 mitsubishi 10 galon is back on the road because of them
