Great, local, friendly service with great prices! I ditched the large box tire places because they don t take care of their employees like mom and pop shops giving you respect and awesome service you can t get anywhere else! Highly recommend!

I ve been going to this place since 2020 and by far the most professional and friendly service I ve ever had. They explain everything they do before they do it and I always leave happy. The one mechanic (Don Carlos), as soon as I came in with my truck he jumped right on it and fixed every thing within the hour. Absolutely fantastic place I highly recommend to all my friends and family.

I had my brakes done here for a very reasonable price. They are quick, honest and very helpful. The receptionist is so lovely and extremely communicative and knowledgable. Great experience! I will be recommending Knox to everyone from now on!

Great place to take your vehicle for service and tires! I've had both tires put on and just had a brake work done there as well. They are very accommodating and honest!! And friendly too! Unfortunately there's still a lot of people out there that want to take advantage of others - but not here!! They were upfront, straight forward,, and did a great job! I definitely recommend Knox !

If I could give this business 10 stars I would! They are absolutely amazing. So kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them over any tire/auto store in the area.

5 stars in my book! Friendly call service....immediate appointment start...affordable prices...fresh coffe machine.....great service at a family owned buisness. And they do more than just tires. The waiting area is nice....and they got me on my way in less than an hour. Being a former ASE certified automotive technician.....this shop has superior customer service.

My rating is 5 stars! Nice call centre staff, prompt appointment scheduling, reasonable rates, a fresh coffee maker, and excellent service from a family-run business Beyond tyres, they also do other things. The waiting space is pleasant, and they had me out the door in under an hour. As a former ASE-certified automotive technician, I can attest to the excellent customer service at this business.

Always fair, always straightforward and up front. I ve never been more comfortable leaving my keys at the front desk and letting them work on my truck for whatever they believe is necessary. This place cares and they have a customer for life with me.

Up to this point, Knox has been ok. The price point is the biggest plus. I called to have tires swapped and balanced and was given a price over the phone. I had to load the tires in a trailer and go to the location, when I arrived, the lady immediately stated a different price after I stated what I was there for. I reconfirmed the price and service before ending the call the day before, the reason for the immediate change in the price statement was that she made an error. I asked what changed from yesterday to today with the price and her response was, "I figured there was confusion". She couldn't admit she was wrong, couldn't take care of the customer due to her error, and now has lost a customer. I have recommended many people to this location over the years, but no more. This inconvenience and lack of professionalism will cost them more in the long run due to word of mouth. Bad way to do business in this day and age.

I used to go to Knox tire pretty often, I own four vehicles that somehow always need new tires. They were always fair with me , but I suppose it s because they knew what I was doing. What really turned me off about them was when I recommended my ninety year old grandfather go to them, because he thought he needed tires. I did not personally look at his tires until after he had visited their shop. They had told him he desperately needed all four new tires on his car. I was a little skeptical when he told me that, and when I looked at them in person, they still had over half the tread on them, and were not dry rotted in any way. They were blatantly trying to take advantage of a 90 year old man nothing lower than someone who will take advantage of the elderly. Stay away from these scam artists

Okay so I'm 26 years old and I've been coming to Knox Auto services since I was 16. I believe one day I had a flat tire and happened to be in the area and ended up pulling in and they ended up changing my tires for me for a very good price very quickly and had me right back on the road. Since then I've been coming here for new tires tire changes oil changes fluid checks and brake jobs and I always have a pleasant experience. It seems by the dynamic inside that it is family run and everybody is very kind and inviting. The waiting room is very comfortable and they have a dog which I enjoy very much but it's probably good to put out there in case anybody has a dog allergy just to let them know when I'm sure they would take the dog upstairs. They are very nice people and I plan on coming here in the future I recommend this place to anyone

Had issue with tpms on one tire. At least that was my thinking. Turns out had multiple minute rim leaks probably from scuffing curbs. They took my tire on a Friday late AM, fixed and recounted by days end. Highly recommend (family run business).

Knox came highly recommended from my fianc� and after my check engine light came on I now know why! Absolutely AMAZING service from drop-off to pick-up. The staff here has gained a customer for life after one visit.

This is the best tire buying experience I've ever had didn't have to leave my car they had four tires for me earlier than they said they would and I only had to wait 20 minutes for them to be installed, didn't have to leave my car All day. The people are very nice with excellent service and very reasonably priced! And they're right in Forks Township on Sullivan trail where I live!! I also had a battery installed today September 30th they had it delivered by 12:30 installed by 12:45 and I was out the door can't ask for better service than that!! At the big tire and service centers you'd be waiting for hours!!!

We are extremely pleased with the service we have received at Knox Auto Services. I think we all get a little nervous when our vehicles need service or repairs - always worry what they'll find and what it will cost. We have found the owners here to be honest and also very nice. It's great having them in our community!

My family and I have been coming here since 2014. They are great. Nice friendly. Services on point. Just got my tires from there and going back to get my breaks done. I would recommend them to anyone.Support small business!

Wow, what a great experience I had today at Knox! They were able to fit me in on a same day call, and were incredibly pleasant and so welcoming. The work done was first rate. i highly recommend them to anyone looking for new tires and the other services they provide!!

They are honest people and do great job with good price. Last Summer, I got flat tires and brought new tires online and brought them. They installed them timely manner for me. I was a new to neighbor and was a nervous to find a honest car shop and glad I did. Their price is really competitive. I highly recommend this place.

After reading the reviews of what other people were saying about your facility I decided to bring my car in to have my passenger side rear tire fix which had a slow leak. After arriving at the facility they had my tire fixed within 15-20 minutes. This was my 1st time here and I was very impressed of how friendly the staff was and how quickly they got my tire fixed. I will definitely will be coming back in the future to have other repairs done. If your looking for a great auto and tire repair facility I recommend coming here..

Fast, quality service! I woke up to a flat tire, called at 9 AM, was fixed and back out on the road in 30 minutes. The price was fantastic, and the people were friendly, I highly recommend this place.

I brought my car to Knox this morning because I thought I needed new brakes. Within an hour I received a phone call saying that my brake pads and rotors were in great shape, and nothing needed to be replaced! I'm extremely happy with the customer service I received today - if I brought my car anywhere else, I'm sure that I would've been told otherwise! Thank you to the staff at Knox for being honest and making me a customer for life! I highly recommend Knox for all your automotive needs!

Excellent place for tires and service. The owner is very nice and engaged with his customers. I normally get my tires installed and rotated there. Their prices are great, and if they don't have a particular size or part, they will get it. There is a small wait area, but I normally walk to the pizza shop down the street to get lunch while my car is being worked on. I'll continue to go there, and prefer them over the bigger and less service oriented places in the valley.

If I could rate this place with zero stars, I gladly would. I ve been given great service at this establishment multiple times. Today however, I was so terribly disrespected. NOVIA stated that my father explained that he would pay over the phone, therefore I called him so we could go forth with the process. NOVIA then told me that I had to pay before my service began which seemed weird because she had my keys as well as my car above ground. There was no way I could possibly leave without paying. I asked her why and she explained that many people before have stolen her service. My father then stated that was a low blow over the phone. NOVIA jumped out of her chair and threatened to take the car out of her garage which caught me completely off guard. She left me in the office by myself and stormed to the garage as I was left confused. I followed to the garage a couple minutes after only to overhear NOVIA saying very nasty things about me and my family to another worker. She stated things like Why come if you re broke, I can t stand people like this . I approached her and stated that I overheard the nasty things she was saying and corrected her that my service is only $180 and I booked an appointment. Why would I book an appointment without the money for my service?? How would I leave without paying if my car was in her possession. She yelled in my face multiple times. She told me to get out of her garage multiple times, cutting me off while I was trying to figure out what the misunderstanding was. She blew kisses at me as I left and just overall had the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered. I have no clue at all what caused her to react like this when all that was said by my father was that was a low blow . This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I will not be returning and I advise that you consider before attending if NOVIA is present as well. God knows I have nothing to lie about. I would not come in for a service with no money. You were and are still being extremely impatient and overall disgusting. Our encounter was less that 5 minutes. A simple apology would have been appreciated. God bless you.

I always go to this place if I need anything on my 3 cars - like service, tires, alignment, balancing and any TPM sensors issues. Very knowledgeable techs and friendly staff.

I went into Knox Auto today to get 4 tires replaced and balanced. Novia, the lady with the green contacts at the front desk, demanded payment before the service was even started. When questioned why, she claimed other people had ran off without paying before. If you have my car lifted in the garage and my keys, how can I run off on the payment? Anyway, after voicing that her reasoning seemed off, she immediately went to remove my car from the garage. My sister, who was with me, followed her to the garage to try and reason with her. When she got there, she heard Novia insulting us and saying things like I hate dealing with broke people. My sister went to her and tried to explain the misunderstanding but Novia told her to get out and started shouting over her. I came and tried to diffuse the situation but Novia rudely walked away from us. All in all, I spent my entire lunch break there, being treated poorly and talked down on and I didn t even receive my service. We were extremely polite (until Novia got disrespectful) because we understand how customer service gets and because it was the decent thing to do. But to not have the same courtesy reciprocated says a lot about this shop. I have never been to a shop with such poor service. I suggest you go elsewhere for your auto needs!

Very happy with the service, I dare say that it is the fastest mechanics workshop I have been able to attend.When I arrived I thought that my brakes were damaged, and they did the review which concluded that it was not that factor, that left me very satisfied because they showed that they do not want to take advantage of the misinformation of one as a customer.
