The guys at Borders really helped me out of a flat tire jam recently, while coming to town for a funeral. Their fast help allowed me to make it to the services on time. I can't thank you enough for the fast, courteous and inexpensive repair. Your team is top notch!

Very knowledgeable staff.and super friendly. A family oriented group of fellas. What makes my first experience with them is that the mechanic came in on his day off to finish my truck. As a new customer I was impressed and grateful to this above average service. As a first responder the previous statement is unselfish, vey much appreciated, and putting a volunteer firefighter back to helping the community. They called several times to give me status updates. Hands down by far the best mom and pop shop out there. Better than Mavis or blue moon. Rates are reasonable and won t break the bank. This group of guys want to do the job right and they did in my book. They fixed a problem that I ve been chasing for a couple months with a cheap code scanner. Borders employees you are the best. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. They say everyone needs a hero and these guys are mine and yes firefighters have hero s too haha.

If you're looking for a mom n pop shop near downtown this is the spot! I come regularly for oil change and they're all always quick and easy. Unlike others they're usually pretty good with picking up the phone Seating for only 2 or 3 people at a time so if it's a busy day may be better off to either have a ride or hope it's nice enough to go walk on the trail Highly recommend border's garage to anyone considering it

Honest and very nice. They also have a quick turnaround from when when you leave your vehicle, to when it is done. Would definitely recommend.

Good humored and does good work. While the car took longer than I expected it to it was only because of something beyond their control, so it s all good. Highly suggest going to this garage for your auto mechanic needs!

Great owner. Pleasant astomsphere, Maybe a bit expensive on a paint job, I had asked him for my car. But business is business. I like the owner, he is a nice guy and always busy. And I have no intention of not using him.

This garage is a joke , they failed my inspection for ridiculous reasons , they used the excuse that codes came up only toldMe what one code was reading , my check engine light is not and has not even been on , it was old code from a longgg time ago , that problem has been addressed for months and months now . They also failed my inspection for one missing outside door handle on my back door ??? They saw a chick coming a mile away and knew they could get over . First and last timeI will ever give them any business . I only went bc they were like the only place who had an opening , now we know why Service: General repairs & maintenance

Simply great people to communicate with to get the job done from beginning to end, been going they're 10 plus years and just had my vehicle serviced there Oct. 2022, and it's nice to know some things don't change.Thank you Borders !!!Ed Kirby

Heard about this garage from a friend of a friend. Word of mouth means much, so I gave them a try. Great service, friendly people, really reasonable prices, and the repairs (Jeeps can be tricky) were done in a timely manner. They have mechanics who know their cars; they had to use some creativity to perform the repairs and it was a brilliant solution. I would've done the same thing if I had a shop myself. I feel like they're my own personal pit crew and can put trust in their abilities.

Highly recommend Borders Garage. The price was not exorbitant and I did get a call as I requested when dropping keys off to pls call me before doing 1 out of 2 things I requested to be done if too expensive. The gentleman said he could do the job a different way - much cheaper. They're an honest establishment and do good work.

Borders is great. I won't go anywhere else. Went in for an inspection on my car and it turned out the check engine light was on because the monitor wasn't connected. They could have told me anything under the sun needed done to my car due to that light being on and they were honest about it. Some reviews say that they are rude, and Russ can be a little gruff. He's straightforward no bs kind of guy, wants to get off the phone and get to the work. Easier to talk to in person. I wouldn't hold his demeanor against him he's honest and doesn't over charge.

Failed my inspection because I wouldn t buy tires and brakes from him. My brakes are fine and tires are already on order to be replaced. Do not go here. Worst experience I ve ever had.

After hitting 18-wheeler tire tread and getting stuck with damage done, Borders fit us in to their busy schedule, offered us water, took care of our car and us, and got us back on the road. We are so appreciative! Thank you!!!

I've been going here for years. Russ and the team there have been great! Good service and they have helped me get nearly 250K miles from my car and it is still going strong

They are extremely effective, helpful, polite and flexible with working with us. It is hard to find a reliable mechanic to work on our motorhome. We are glad to know of them

After taking all our vehicles there for the past 13 years our family has decided to switch garages because of poor service from the new owners. 1st they replaced our headlights but forgot to hook them up, only for us to realise as we were driving and dusk began to set. Then a fan belt popped off only a week after having them replace the old one. A terrifying experience because the power steering cut out while on a curve.And for the fan belt they charged us for a new tensioner...the old tensioner hadn't any issues for 21 years until a week after they used it to put on a new belt..Borders under the actual Mr. Border was a great garage. Sorry to see it fall under poor management.

Have to make an appointment was on time they said it would take about an hour to do the inspection but it took less time than that basically I'm satisfied.

I had a very rude experience with them. Charged for repairs that were never done to my car. Returned several time for follow ups to the same problems only to receive an annoyed answers from them and no further actions on their part. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!
