I arrived early for my inspection, the owner checked me in right away with a smile! They even printed my documents for me so I had them. They noticed I needed an oil change soon and offered to complete the service, I declined because I still get free ones from where I purchased my vechicle. They got me in right away and even gave me an estimated cost for brakes and rotors in case I wanted to return to them for service. I will definitely come back for some form of service!

Absolutely a wonderful experience! I did not have an appointment but was taken care of immediately. The owners were very cordial and professional! It is where I will go for my inspection, tire needs and anything else that hopefully doesn t come up !

I called to book an an appointment for inspection here and spoke to Liz, she was very friendly and helpful and made the experience go very smooth! Service was was excellent and was in and out in no time at all. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to get work done at very fair rates and great service!

This shop does an excellent job! My car runs better than it ever has. They explained what the job needed and gave me a quote and realized once they took it apart that it needed a slightly different part. It wound up costing less than they originally quoted. They were so honest they called me and said the actual part needed for the repair was cheaper then the original one quoted and charged me less on my bill than I was originally told. So wonderful to find an honest place with nice staff that followed up with me. What a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this shop and special thanks to Jason the mechanic that worked on my car he was able to fix something that the dealership could never seem to figure out.Highly Recommend!!

Just took my car in for a deep clean and some of that protective stuff, and wow, did they nail it! The whole team was super easy to chat with, no drama at all. And the price? Totally fair for the kind of magic they did. Really happy with how it all turned out and will continue to take my car there in the future!

Dropped my car off for inspection at 9:45 am and they had it done less than 2 hours later for a price you can t beat. Great customer service and great with keeping you updated on any work your vehicle might need! They re very fair and affordable and don t do unnecessary fixes!

Great place to work with! I ve been going here for some time now and they seem to do a great job on everything done. They re patient with me and reasonable when it comes to working with all of my cars! Whether it s inspection, a brake change, or some of those major headaches you often deal with Autobots knows how to make things work at a fraction of what the dealer charges.

One of the most stressful things about growing up is wondering if you ll ever find your guy for a thing. My dad always knew a guy, whether it s home repairs or auto repairs and he just sounded more comfortable knowing he wasn t going to get screwed over because he had a guy .Of course, he never told me exactly how you go about finding them. I guessed it was just supposed to be some kind of lord of the rings type epic journey. Turns out it is completely trial and error and often it s just a gift from the universe when it happens. One such a gift for me was happening upon Autobots of Easton.I don t have many hangups in life, but one of them is definitely being a stickler for customer service. Nothing infuriates me more than poor customer service except for maybe people who don t put their shopping carts back when they re done with them. Every.single.employee of Autobots is worth their weight in gold. I ve been going there for a couple of years now, and I am never disappointed in how they take care of my cars and their customers.They are prompt in their responses, thorough in their explanations, and they do it all with a friendliness and approachability that should be a gold standard taught in textbooks. I have lots of reasons why I love living in the Lehigh Valley but now I have one more. When it comes to trusting to someone to get me back on the road with the least amount of hassle, I found my guys at Autobots of Easton.

I would like to start by it was a blessing to find Autobot. We just moved to Easton and we were looking for a mechanic. And thank goodness we found Autobot, they are very kind and helpful they fixed my f150 and my truck is back in the shop for another repair. Because they are honest and great price. The young lady in the front office of apple st a great young lady -God bless her- I over paid by $20 and she called me to come pick it up. all I can say is we found our mechanic

We are a family of 6 cars and all our cars go to Autobots for oil changes, issues and inspections. We have never had a problem & highly recommend them! Great service & terrific prices!!

After an absolutely awful experience at brown daub Kia, i had my car brought to autobots. Brown Daub had my car for 20 days with no end in sight, and Autobots had it fixed in less than 24 hours and for HALF the price of what I was quoted at brown daub. Not to mention, the staff is so friendly and helpful, Dave was GREAT! 10/10 recommend, will def be bringing my car back for any future maintenance!

Autobots of Easton always takes care of our automotive needs. Love how the new owners has the place very professional and actually does a full inspection on vehicles. The staff is amazing and always does their best to get our appointments to work around our schedules. Highly suggest them!

Autobots of Easton is great. They set up my appointment asap!! I dropped my car off and they got right to work fixing it. They even stayed past their close time to ensure I get to go home with my car today!!!

Place is like any other SCAM repair facility. They FAIL you for stuff thats EASY AND COSTLY TO FIX. The imbecile who inspected my ML Mercedes says its failed way too thin on the rotors, LOL they were 6 mos old !! and to top that they were completely safe and passed with flying colors at Mercedes Lehigh Valley 3 days later. They refused to refund me even after I explained that they are breaking the law etc. this joke of a scam wanted $780 for brakes for a 2007 ML350. STAY AWAY FROM THE SCAMBOTS of Easton. Next step call the state and let them know! STOP SCAMMING!!

Service was great. They took the time to look over everything during my routine oil change to make sure my vehicle is safe for me and my children !! The girl that gave me the recommendations was thorough and in explaining parts and price break downs. I feel pricing was fair. They have earned another forever customer just from the care they showed. Will recommend to everyone !
