Such a local gem. It is great to see the local businesses supporting one another. From a kid point of view, one of the best features of the air museum was the cockpit replica with controls you could actually play with. The car museum is a little heavy on the Chevys, but the attention to detail, like the steering wheels, parking meters and carburetors as posts to rope the cars off makes this place stand out from other public collections. And the showroom sparkles. One of the staff members even gave my kiddo a quarter to put in the 1950's style Jukebox. The local high school was selling Cokes, Hot Dogs and pork bbq. Who doesn't love to support that? They often have special events, so it's not a bad idea to follow them on Facebook. While in the area you almost have to visit the little town of Eagles Mere. And then support the PA State Parks by visiting Worlds End State Park. You will not be disappointed. It is a perfect way to spend your Saturday.

Visited both the car and air museum today with my family, our second time there. I am blown away at how great of a place this is. It is in the middle of no where PA, and worth the trip. If you love cars and vintage airplanes, don't miss going here. 6 bucks admission with a family discount is offered. If you go on a weekend chances are you can see the old planes flying around. What an amazing site and sound. Super clean, and great parking for people who have nice cars! Trust me I know that is important. Nearly all the parking is paved!

I very much enjoyed my visit. The staff and owners that we met were all very kind and helpful. I was there with my 3yr old son and everyone bent over backwards to help keep the experience fun and engaging for him!Thank you!

Went for Father's Day to see the cruise-in. An immaculate, interesting museum packed with a lot of neat information and cars. Our son really enjoyed all the cars and seeing a plan take off and land. It took us about an hour to see it all.

This is an amazing museum that our whole family loved. The guides and greeters are ridiculously nice and helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions including the ones from our 7 year old. If you are in the area do not miss this museum it is true hidden gem.

We went to the Museum by accident on 4/29/17. The gate was open, but we were unaware that it dosent open until May 20th this year. The Managers of the Museum came outside and we got talking, and told them we were from Bear Creek and in the area camping. They were so nice and gave us a guided tour of the auto museum even tho they were closed. They explained so much and were sooo nice! There are still good folks left in the world, and they are among them. Quite an impressive display of Cars! Quite a facility, very clean, well kept and friendly! I just wished to again say thank you and that we WILL be coming back with the family and friends after opening !

Very interesting place with loads of historic planes, air shows featuring them, aviation history memorabilia, and classic cars. I definitely recommend a visit. I have to take a star off though, because there's no indication on the property that there's an admission fee or directions to where you pay and get wristbands ($8 for adults, and in either Hangar A or the Car Museum).

Enjoyable display of well-prepared cars, early aircraft and a few motorcycles. Also fine displays of car and aircraft memorabilia. $8 pp admission, which is reasonable. Heads up about the portable toilets only. Easy to find and well marked.

There are no words to describe this place. A must see for all!Even the buildings are amazing. Our guide was informative and enthusiastic. The next time we go we will have lunch at the snack bar. The old juke box works and the cars and airplanes run.

Read about this place in Thunderpress and made up my mind I had to get on my bike and ride out from Long Island. What a treat, this place is amazing. The volunteers were extremely helpful and informative, great job.

Claimed online to be open, was met by a do not enter sign upon arrival. Traveled on the road to get turned around and was greeted by a rude man and told to leave. Kindess matters folks.

Wow, what a great little collection is a remote location. This place changes the collection arrangement every few years. Makes it worth it to revisit to see the new updates. Thank you!

This is a tremendous collection of all things related to flying's Golden Age, planes, engines, trophies, memorabilia, pictures and stories of historic aviators. It is a beautiful airstrip with numerous gorgeous hangers to serve as the museum. The airplanes are so rare and beautiful they are worthy of being displayed in the Smithsonian! Thankfully there are not there so that we can watch them fly on Sunday afternoons. Be sure to check out the wonderfully old school village of Eagles Mere on the way to the airport.
