The place is good. The service space is relatively small, but comfortable. The service could be better, the fact that a mechanic enters the store a little dirty should not be the reason for looking at you from top to bottom, since we are the ones who will get our hands to work. That can get better!

Bought a 2019 Volvo vhd and the night they delivered it, half the rear lights were out. Tried the AC to find out that it didn't work. I tried to charge it to find out the cooler had a hole in it with JB weld holding it together. Called my salesman to find out that the delivery driver informed him that it was not working. The truck started leaking oil to find out once again that JB weld was used to try and stop that leak. The second axle seal was also leaking the moment I received it. They say they put their trucks through an inspection process but clearly they don't. The truck wouldn't pass a DOT inspection with all the issues it has. Talked to the used truck manager, Tim Behrens, who was rude and said that none of those things have to do with a DOT inspection. Buyer beware they don't stand behind anything they sell. Photos uploaded. All problems happened after 1 week of ownership.

We had our Mack Anthem in for service and had a problem. When you have a problem that's when you find out about the company and people you are dealing with. They took care of the problem and went out of their way to help me. Vary satisfied with the outcome.

Always a good experience. My truck is getting older and with that comes repairs , whenever it ends up at the dealer the service advisor and manager always meet my needs and communicate well to keep me informed during the repairs . Thank you !

Came here to pickup after PM a leased on full service truck and upon starting it found check engine light. It turns out repairs needed but truck was here for a week already. And they decline responsibility for driver time and living expenses, setting up any trucking company who deals with them for a bad reputation.

Do as you wish, but I wouldn t recommend even driving your truck by this place let alone taking it here. Our experience has been horrible.

No way. No talk to the driver, who is actually an immediate translator of the equipment performance. Tried to ask for windshield wiper change and some other important (for the actual user of an equipment) issues....forget it - everyone over here rides so high and...fu..k it. The worst dealership.

Terrible service, only go here for an extreme emergency. My def pump failed. When I showed up the service team was in a meeting, they made me wait nearly an hour before I could even report my issue. Once I got checked in and the mechanic looked at the truck, it took them nearly another hour to provide an estimate, which I didnt need as it was all covered under warranty, they still didnt order the part until the next day. After two nights in a hotel room, they finally had the truck fixed. I will say the mechanic Johnny, is top notch, probably too good to be working for these people. They all seem to be "out of it", no sense of urgency. Was not a good experience. As a side note, if you do get stuck here like I did, you have got to go to the Loading dock for dinner, fantastic food and cheap.

I respect the staff at the parts guys helpful and respectful , but unfortunately after Ted Mathews left everything started to go down the hill Ted use to come help us out even tho one can cover a shift can here on Friday to pick up parts were closed. No one to help.. please bring Ted back so we can get rolling .. thanks sorry but unfortunately this is what it is.!! Will TheAll Respect ..Uncle Rus -

Needed a truck repair and stopped on our way to Florida. Matt Lewis was professional and very helpful in assisting us in repairing our truck. The repairs were done in an hour and a half. Gave us a lot of background information on the truck. We were very pleased with our experience there. Thank you M&K Truck Center for our wonderful experience!

Mediocre garage at best.They are horrible at scourcing parts.A very "don't care don't need you attitude"I had to scource my own parts out and wait almost 2 days for a basic repair.It's an owner operators worst nightmare.

When I called, they told me that they could accept me right away and that I don't have to wait but when I come here after all day waiting in small truck driver room, they said that they can't start working on my truck today so I have to wait tomorrow after 4pm for some technician. When I went to nearby hotel there was bunch truck driver, all from same service shop. Which make me understand there is NO SAME DAY SERVICE here. I had to wait one more day and thay fix truck third day. Problem was disconnected wire, which mean 30min labor work , thay charged me for 2hr work,which is probably minimum labor charge. But for 2 hr work I had to wait 3 days. BTW employees are kind, and near by there is loading dock bar and grill with good food.

Pathetic. Needed trailer washout and they charged full hour labor rate to do it. And for that 5 minutes they spent of the full hour labor rate trailer was still dirty and crud still on floor. For a full hour labor rate that trailer should have been sparking and smelled like a rose. Had to wait two hours before that five minutes even began and then they walked away without even pulling out of the dock. No thought care concern or consideration. Next time try the self serve truck wash bay just before them, if you can get in it. I wouldnt waste any more time or money on this place to do anything.

Service is good waiting area for drivers is to small there office is more big then that driver Lougue you could only fit 3 people there close to each other .

Tow your Volvo elsewhere. After 2 weeks of daily excuses why they didn t start work on my truck I spent 950.00 to tow it to Allentown. Turned out it was the best $ I ever spent because Scranton wanted to open up my engine and Allentown just replaced my EGR cooler.

The only problem you will have as a long haul driver is that you can't stay at their yard. You can stay outside of the yard until they start working on your truck. After that off to a motel you go. The employees are kind and curtious.

Go as far from this place actually RUN!!!They tricked me at the end for turbo replacement on volvo D12 i payed almost 9000$ and plus waited 2 weeks to get fixed!!!very rude people nothing nice about this place!!!Belive me tow your truck as for as you can from these people!!!!

Had one of our trucks in there for a crank no start, 2 weeks later they said they fixed it. Got there and truck was left running....well they did that for a reason because truck is back in the shop with the same issue, scammed me out of $2k. What a joke of a shop. 12 days down time for nothing.

They finished my trailer by committed time.....Donald in Service was very helpful...I recommend this Repair facility, we're limited in NEPA
