I can t begin to explain how impressed I am with this business. My car broke down on 322E as I was headed back on a long trip home. I called AAA and they sent Hirt out to do a diagnostic. Hirt realized that the serpentine belt had come off. I initially was going to have my car towed to the Honda Dealer in Mechanicsburg but they said they wouldn t be able to look at it until the next day. The driver let me know they had a shop and could fix it when we got back. Literally when we got back the belt was getting dropped off by their supplier and ready to be replaced. The driver that initially came out to assess my car ended up towing it back and fixing it with the owner in a jiffy. Pricing was reasonable but the service was unbelievable. Very down to earth and personable people. Highly recommend this place.

Great service, timely helped me with my flat tire. Took an hour, but that was normal considering the time of the day. Wonderful service person, maintained professionalism throughout the conversation. I am glad I picked them for the emergency service.

Dave installed a new battery in my husband's Jeep after we called AAA. He was very friendly, efficient & knowledgeable. He was on the scene super quickly, as well. Thank you, Dave!

Honest, trustworthy and GREAT customer service. If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would. My wife and kids were traveling and got a flat tire on the highway. It was after dark and I called and immediately got through to Scott. He was super helpful and was on the scene in 15 minutes, he ordered me an new tire and had it installed the next day. What could have been a really bad situation was made easy. A+++

Amazing experience! Had an appointment for my suv today for an oil change, but over the weekend it decided it didn t want to drive! I called at 7 am and he answered right away, knee deep in mud pulling someone else s vehicle free! As a veterans wife, it makes me happy to support a veteran owned business. He was prompt and my husband loved him. He got the SUV to Acura dang near right away and payment was easy with an immediate receipt. We will be calling hirt s any time we need a tow!! Thank you!

I was unfortunate enough to be in need of AAA services with a flat tire. I called AAA and within minutes was contacted by one of their service people who turned out to be a David Baskin. Mr. Baskin was very courteous and efficient and had me back on the road in no time. Mr. Baskin is a good example of what AAA stands for and should be commended. I thank him and AAA.

Did not get drivers name but he was fantastic. He towed our Corvette which alot of company's would not do. Made sure all was done right. Hope we never have to use again but would in a heart beat.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Fast response time. Tow truck showed up within 15 mins. Reasonable pricing the dispatcher actually called around to get me the best rate, which was nice. Scott was great, got there quick, and got my car to the shop. Will definitely use Hirt towing for any other towing or roadside needs.

If I could give this place a negative number of stars because of the owner, who is unhinged to say the least, I absolutely would. I dealt with them 2 days in a row and it only got worse. My vehicle was towed to the wrong location, i was charged a few HUNDRED dollars after i was told the bill would be HALF of what it wound up being, they wouldn't give me my car unless i paid them an obscene amount of money, while by myself in the office/building with the employees one of the men told me that every person there including the desk woman was carrying a firearm in what seemed to be a rather nasty/intentionally intimidating fashion, plus a handful of other ridiculous details i won't even continue wasting my time with.. It's unfortunate that the tow truck driver, who was pretty wonderful, is working for such a clown that likes to scream at customers and shout about how he's a retired federal agent to make people feel uncomfortable and get them to abandon vehicles there.

He was completely professional as well as courteous and pleasant, answered all of my questions, and addressed all of my concerns. Stuck along the side of the highway late at night with a flat tire, Scotty came super quick, fixed us up, and made sure we were ok! They were very professional very quick response time and took care of the persons property did not leave any marks in the driveway. And very fair priced I am so very thankful for the service they did and I recommend them to anyone any time.
