They were nice. My husband bought a car there and they were nice to him. They worked with him in getting the car ready before we went up to get it. Brian was who he dealt with and he was very helpful. We also talked to Anita she showed us the car and she was very nice and helpful.If you are looking for a car go check them out they are worth the drive.

I highly recommend this place! They have the largest selection of trucks of the any local used dealers. The vehicles are very nice. The people are so nice and helpful. This was one of the most wonderful car buying experiences I have ever had. A true pleasure!

Well I trusted that I was getting a fair deal because I was good friends with the owners good friend. But ended up paying 5k more than the car is actually worth according to kbb. I was going to buy a truck for my brother from them until I researched the cars value! I'm not mad just learned a lesson to do research before trusting anyone!

After a FaceTime call with the sales person, I flew in from South Carolina only to find there were areas around the truck that had issues and was not told about them and there were numerous issues with some of the mechanicals/ operational functions that were not disclosed either. Had to pay for a hotel room and another plane ticket home all because they were not completely upfront with all the issues. Waste of time and huge waste of money! I would never recommend them to anyone!!!

I've known several people who have gone here and gotten totally ripped off on vehicles that had major issues quickly after being purchased. Steer clear of this place.

Anita Depto was amazing! My sons and I were on vacation about 2 hours away. I seen a truck I was interested in on their website so decided to reach out. After speaking with her on the phone I submitted a financial application online. Within 15 minutes I received a call from her telling me that I was approved at a great rate and at a GREAT monthly payment!She gave me her word that she would not sell the truck and put it on hold if I was to drive up to test drive it. After hour two hour drive we pulled into the parking lot to see the beautiful truck waiting out front for us. By the time we got out of the car she was walking out greeting us with the keys in her hand! She was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us. You can't find a better place in this area to get a vehicle!

Most vehicles on this lot not only have 100k+ miles but most are also overpriced by about 25-30%. 2 stars only because of the large selection of vehicles, but the price/mileage is just totally off at this dealership.

Looked all around western PA looking for the right truck to pull my trailer. Had a lot of bad experiences. But then...i made the drive down to Garry's. I was pleased to see that all the trucks that were on their website were on the lot. They update it daily by the way. Brian, my salesman, couldn't have been nicer or more patient with me. I was interested in 4 trucks on the lot and I was able to take a nice test drive an all of them. I narrowed it down to 2 and was able to test drive both of them back to back a couple of times. Also, the quality of truck they had there was way better than what I saw out there at other lots, big or small. I drove the truck home 60 miles and it drove great. Very happy with my experience at Garry's and would definitely recommend taking the drive down there to find a truck. Thanks again Brian.

They sold me a chevy colorado truck that they said was 100% with no problems at all. The transmission went out of it before I even got home from the dealer. They said it came with a 90 day powertrain warranty. The warranty company messed around for 5 weeks before they finally approved the claim. The estimate to fix the transmission was $2500 + tax. The warranty company will only cover $1630. So in the end I have to pay an extra $920 and wait two months after the purchase of the truck before I even get to use it.

I bought a car from them but dealing with a check engine light leaking sunroof tire losing air pressure then they sent me out the door with title not knowing blowing my phone up a week later after purchase over charged my bank account for my Down payment. I will not recommend them for people looking for a good vehicle. Nice people though

This is the worst dealership that I have dealt with in 20 years. Talked to one "salesperson" over Email and over the phone and couldn't get anywhere. Acted like I was taking up there valuable time. So I was extremely interested in the truck they had on there website. So I called and tried to talk to another "salesperson" he seemed to care and told me to send him the VIN on my trade and pictures of my trade. He seemed to understand that I lived 6 hours away but was willing to come and trade. But kind of need a rough estimate of what I was going to be looking at. So it's been 4 days and still nothing from this salesperson. The one who promised me he would get back to me. Garry's obviously doesn't need our money so please stay away from them. Garry's pretty much missed a guaranteed sale. GUARANTEED SALE!!

We just bought a truck from there 2 weeks ago. They gave us 1 key......which he didn't mention intil after we bought it. Said that we could have one made at Walmart for $35...... LIE!!! We have to take it to the dealership & have 1 made that's going to cost us almost $300 for the key & to have it programmed. Now. ...the battery is completely dead & the terminals were corroded. So that will be more money out if our pocket to buy a new battery. Oh.... and they tore the sticker off the battery so we don't know how old it is or what sort of cheap battery they threw in it. Word to the wise.. . Be very cautious if you go there for a vehicle. I wanted to give them no stars for the review but I can't so that's why I gave them 1 star.

Great place and very competitive prices.Many vehicles used and new in stock. Staff friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. They don't sell junk. They can help with all kinds of financing and credit issues. Anita was an awesome person to work with. Stop by and check this place out when u want a new car or truck.

Bought a car from Garry's, on a Saturday. Sunday the check engine light came on. Called on Monday and they had me bring the car in and they scanned it. Found out what the problem was and scheduled an appointment for the car to be repaired. Brian the salesman was awesome though the whole thing. Said they would fix it and they did. Would definitely recommend Garry's for your next car buying process.

definitely don t recommend truck will start to fall apart after 3 months and the best part is i bought the truck in october and went back in december and tried to trade it in again and they offered me 13,000 $ less then what i bought it for 2 months prior in the same condition and i had to end up replacing the back end a month later for god knows why and all my bolts on my lift kit were lose when i got it inspected and my buddy had the same thing but worse his truck blew up after 3 months they look nice on the gravel lot till about 3 months down the road

I wasn't gonna write a review being I bought my 2011 f250 as is until I found evidence in the oil pan that someone added a heavy weight additive to the oil to hide the noise. I paid 27500.00 for a truck so I could have a nice dependable truck and now I'm putting a 10,000 dollar motor in it and when I called garrys and asked for some kinda help all I got was their is nothing we can do for you....deffinatly not a reputable dealer!!!! And I will never buy anything their again!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Greg I appreciate it

Anita was great to work with. We called the day before and she had the truck in front ready for us to look at. Very helpful...answered all of our questions. And most important she was not pushy. Great buying experience.

Just looking at there website with a 7 year old truck with 139,000 miles and they want over 20k for it. Even more for their diesels with higher mileageTook a car there to trade in and what they offered was a straight disrespect. I know they got to make money but horrible trade in offers.Their diesels are over priced I don t know how they move vehicles around with these prices

I found the perfect 1st car for my daughter, contacted Brian who was great with communication and sent me honest pictures of any cosmetic issues with the car. They were minimal. I drove with my family 4 hrs. Brian had the car shined and ready for me to look at and drive. I have been around cars my whole life and proceeded to go over the car. I noticed a pretty good oil leak. WHAT???Right????This is where everyone thinks they did me dirty. They knew there was a leak and were trying to hide it...NOT true....Remember in life...THINGS happen. It's how a business handles issues. They took the car in, put it on a lift and allowed me and the mechanics to look at it and talk. They were legitimately surprised. They had it in earlier . They had it running while it was being washed and no oil on the floor. My guess is power washing broke something loose. It happens sometimes. I know from experience.. The owner Garry came out and was very involed in looking at the car. BTW.... Brian was right there with us too. Gary and Brian sincerley apologized.Gary informed me that he would fix the issue and deliver it to me 4 Hrs away!!!! No charge. WOW!! He told me if I didn't approve of the fix, just send them away. Purchased a lot of cars in my life and best experience by far. THANK YOU to all of the staff that I had interaction with today!!

Didn't catch them on a good day first truck broke down during the test drive second truck had a check engine light. I've bought from Garry's many years ago and didn't have problems.

Do not EVER buy a vehicle from this place! We helped my 19 year old son find a vehicle that he had saved up money for years on and did not even make it home when the check engine light came on! We were told by our mechanic that it was turned off to sell it. They refused to pay for the fix even though they knew this was a young kids car. We did not haggle over purchase price at all. AWFUL business ethic. DO NOT TRUST THEM

The gentleman selling us our Grand Cherokee admitted to us there was a gas leaking problem with the vehicle and that the problem would be repaired. We then told them we ll take the car after the problem was solved. After a week, we got the car, took it to Morgantown for an event and the engine light came on. We hooked up our code reader to the vehicle and it gave us a gas leak code and the engine is overheating code.Gary s auto told us the problem was fixed; obviously the problem wasn t repaired. Evidently Gary s Auto idea of fixed is deleting the codes so the customer doesn t see them at the dealer, until they come back on that same day after driving it off the lot.Thanks so much, I can t wait to work on this overpriced vehicle for the rest of the week.

I bought a civic still runs good. My step father bought a ranger years ago and he ran it for years and loved it. Also, my mother in law bought an eddie bauer explorer from here and she too loves it.

I got a good deal on a nice truck. They even offered to buy my family dinner. Large selection of nice vehicles to suit everybody's needs and price ranges. Would do business with them again.

Anita our sales person was very courteous and gave us the best deal we drove from West Virginia to see a truck. Everything on the internet on the truck was dead on no switch and bait here.

Purchased a truck about 2 1/2 months ago and its been nothing but a money pit even tho a warranty came with vehicle. Motor is basically shot and had 1/2 the front end replaced including rack and pinion. Now i will be buying a remanufactured engine to put in truck because the warranty dose not cover all items wrong with motor.

Kinda skeezy. The tuner on a diesel I looked at showed 5 codes that were thrown. Asked them to check it. Plugged their reader in and I saw the same codes on that as well. The mechanic then cleared it, and said it was never there. Also told me twice that it had an egr delete, but it didn't. They were very nice people, but it's still a used car dealership. Make sure you know your stuff before you go.

Called before I left and when I arrived I still stood in the lobby not greeted by several employees for way too long. When I did find help, I told the salesman what I came to look at and all he told me was "It's somewhere over that hill," then he handed me the key and walked away.Even if they gave me the price I wanted I still wouldn't of gave them my business. I get better customer service at the DMV.

My daughter bought a car here. Very affordable and low prices. However, her car had some problems soon after she drove it off the lot, was in the shop 3 weeks.

Paid $25,000 for a truck from here last year and I have had to put another $5,000 into it. Don't trust this place or their trucks! If you want to put more into a truck than you have to, buy here.
