I have been taking my cars here for years, and the service has always been very good. Recently, I encountered my first problem with their service and had to complain. They responded with above and beyond, generous, and professional customer service to make things right. Keith, the manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better response. They fixed the issue and more. I will be continuing to use and recommend this Valvoline service station.

I have recently started couponing and received a $25 discount on a synthetic oil change. Those things don't come cheap. I arrived without an appointment (something that I greatly appreciate). The attendant was very polite and respectful. And I'll tell you why that mattered. I had put off doing an oil change because other things kept taking precedence and in the list of important things, this ranked way below paying the rent or the electricity or buying groceries. The attendant didn't remind me how important oil changes are or asked why I hadn't done it sooner or talked down to me because I'm a woman. I'm sure other women out there will understand immediately. He simply said, this is what we're doing, this is what I recommend. The boys (they looked so young) quickly handled the oil change, I never got out of my car, the attendant reset the oil life reader and put air in the tires that needed it AND reset the reader too, which other places sometimes neglect. The experience was well worth the 15 minute drive. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Loved this place....I didn't even have to get out of the car! They check your tire pressure, wiper blades, filters, etc....Gary (who changed my oil) was very professional....I will definitely go back in 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first ! ****UPDATE!***** we went back 3,000 miles later and had another great experience! Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Gary, if you're in charge or even the owner....you're doing a great job! A+ customer service A+ customer satisfaction

I was helped by Mike! Very professional and very friendly! He recommended extra service but not aggressively. I drove my car in. Stayed in the car and they performed my oil change! 10 minutes or so I'm out the door! Boom! Highly recommend!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had serious car issues following an oil change here because they overflowed the oil. Had to take car to dealership as a result twice before they saw that the oil was overflowing onto the sparkplugs. Avoid.

I was pleasantly surprised. I've always changed my own oil but needed to go through a full service station today. They did go over other things they offer like wipers and filters, but they were very respectful when I declined and did not pester me. They're very thorough with double checking and confirming verbally with the other workers to make sure there's no confusion I was just very, very, very pleasantly surprised and will absolutely go back!Service: Oil change

The Doylestown location used to be very good. The last two times I have been there the oil I use was not in stock. How does this happen in an oil change place? The auto parts store is two minutes away and stocks this oil at less than one third what Valvoline charges me. Pure profit to keep a customer, or now, ex customer that used to bring three cars there regularly. Bad business decisions. The alternate location in Willow Grove has the oil, but I will never go back there. Last visit they broke the oil dipstick and began to drill it out without notifying me what the drilling under my hood was for. They never supplied me with a replacement for the one they broke. Same visit there the computers shut down and they had no way to manually bill me, so they closed all the doors and held three customers trapped until their system came up. Almost an hour after the service was completed.Extremely poor customer service. Just not a good experience as of late. Take your business to Meineke two doors away. Great service and they have plenty of oil.Service: Oil change

Quick, efficient service with friendly and helpful service techs. They do try to upsell, but not in a pushy way. They do a great job of reminding drivers about recommended maintenance schedules, again without being pushy.

Honestly I first tried another quick oil change place across the street. But they were booked solid.I drove over to Valvoline and they directed me to drive right in, and 10 minutes later it was done. You stay in the car! Loved it. Price was $55 cheaper than what the Jeep dealer charged me last time for 6 quarts of full synthetic. Guys seem to really enjoy their work too. Fabulous experience!! You can stay in your car. Brett was very professional and advised me about all the procedures. All staff members provided excellent customer service! It was very convenient. I will be returning to this location in the future.

Went to the shop yesterday for oil change. Was greeted by Gary the shop manager. Was taken in right away. Everything was explained upfront regarding services and prices. Even had a coupon which was gladly taken was in and out in a few minutes. Shop was neat, clean, and well lit. Was my first time here, but not my last. Was a great experience.Service: Oil change

I went to the Doylestown Valvoline because on the phone the Valvoline corporate said that they accept old oil at this location for recycling. So I took my two gallons of old used motor oil there and yes they did in fact take it! It's nice when things work out the way they're supposed to.

Oil change was fine but they replaced my left headlight bulb and they put it in wrong, completely melting most internal components and requiring a completely new left headlight. Mechanic that helped me was rude and dismissive to questions I asked.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This was my first time visiting this facility and I couldn't have been more impressed. I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the gentleman that greeted me (Bill), and how him and his team Justin (who did the work above the ground) and the guy underneath completed my oil change.The place was spotless, which made a great first impression. The price was fair compared to where I used to go in Jersey (only difference was I would get a free carwash once I was done).I have no problem going here again, and just paying extra for my wash down the street. It was quick, easy and complete! They take pride in their work, in their workspace and I'll definitely be recommending them to folks!Service: Oil change

I've been to a few Valvoline locations, and this was BY FAR the best one yet. Quick service as expected, but additionally the crew had particularly good rapport with one another and clients. My guy was Sebastian and he was quick, friendly, to the point, and just a really good representative of the shop. Price is on par with other quick change places, but remember you can almost always find coupons online. Def check these guys out!Service: Oil change

Third visit and still a great experience. Keith and Matthew were fast. Keith went over everything and answered all my questions. This is the only place I'll go for my oil changes.My second visit and William was great. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. He answered my questions and took care not to scratch the hood etc. A great team...Keith and Ethan were fantastic. While I sat in my truck they went thru the checks and oil change in an amazingly organized way. They showed me my air filter from the last oil change (5000 miles ago) which my usual mechanic didn t change and should have as it was very dirty. I m very happy with the detail of the work and prices.The shop was one of the cleanest Ive ever seen. Keith went over how to read the dipstick , the fluid update results etc. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, because of the air filter change and a VIN reading error. I would highly recommend using Valvoline. 2 very good mechanics!Service: Oil change

I had my oil changed here last week. The service manager and the service providers were polite, helpful, informative and they were quick yet thorough. You can pay less however, considering I never had to get out of my car and they performed the services while I sat in my car listening to the radio, it was worth the $41.00 (they sent a 15% off coupon that I used simply by showing the email with the coupon). If you haven't tried � drive through oil change, you don't know what you're missing in terms of convenience. Finally, they keep you informed of scheduled recommended maintenance. I highly recommend. Finally I wanted to point out how impressed I was with the service manager, he was a very nice, personable and polite man.

I showed up just after lunch during the work week expecting it to be busy or at least to wait a bit for a much overdue oil change. However, I was helped promptly and the service was outstanding. Kind, professional, informative; in-and-out within 15 minutes (the other reviews are not lying). Will be going here regularly for my oil changes going forward!Service: Oil change

And I love that I can stay in my car. They go above and beyond every single time. Before you go, check out their website for a coupon. It s weird to say, but this was the best oil change I ve ever had. The men helping us were nice and hilarious. They really made an effort to connect, even though they didn t have to. Also, the price I paid for a change and new air filter was the price I d pay for JUST the change at Jiffylube. This is much more affordable and easy. Took maybe 25 min max!

A little bit pricey, however they give fantastic service beyond just a normal oil change. They top off fluids, check lights, check tire pressure, air filter, oil filter etc. On top if it all, are very friendly and educational. In and out in minutes. All in all, it is a great experience that ends up being worth the money.

Manager Gary was very polite and professional but was not wearing a mask while dealing with customers, when I asked him to put one on he wore it below his nose. I feel they did a very good job with the car and they had me in and out in no time flat but that part of it was very disappointing. Carlos had his mask on properly the entire visit and was very polite and professional
