Thompson Lexus is in a league of their own! They should be the role model for other dealers to strive for greatness! A big shout out and thank you to everyone from the Folks in Service, Brenda, Keith, John just name a few, as well as the Techs behind the scene.It is clearly evident that they take their work seriously, and go way beyond the call of duty To meet their clients needs.Along with my Major service, I had the car sent to the Thompson Detail facility ..WOW!They did an unbelievable.job!They detailed my car and as well corrected one of my wheels.that had major curb rash (thankfully, I purchased wheel tire protection)The valets who picked up my car and as well brought it back to me communicated perfectly to coordinate the pick up and delivery.They were very professional, clean cut, as well as courteous at all times. It s great to know that in the fast-paced world that we all. live In, the people at Thompson go out of their way to make sure their clients are happy with their cars long after their initial purchase.There is more to owning a fine motorcar than just getting the best and the Folks at Thompson are well aware of this! I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a Lexus, Toyota, or BMW to make certain they see Thompson ., not just because their Pricing is Great, but for all the other dynamics of their Ownership experience.As I mentioned previously, they really care about what they do and how well they do it and it shows through loud and clear! This is probably the reason that once someone buys a car from Thompson, they become a client for life!You should definitely Visit Thompson, and see why people come to them while passing two or three other Lexus Stores on their way.Lexus makes great Cars, and dealing with Thompson Lexus makes you feel good about havingTheir name surrounding your license Plate!

Awesome experience. This is my second time coming to Peter and Thompson Dealership. Peter is so kind, knowledgeable, organized, and fair. I love my UX and the service I got from sales to finance was impeccable. Honestly everyone I talk to is so nice, you really can't go wrong. Thank you Peter!

We had a fantastic buying experience at this dealership! Wayne our sales advisor took the time and went above and beyond to make sure the car met all our needs. The financing process was smooth and easy, we never felt pressured to make a decision. The service department are professional and friendly. This is the second vehicle l have purchased from Thompson Lexus in the last couple of years. My salesman Ryan was fantastic. I specifically went to the Doylestown location to have the opportunity to work with Ryan again, as I felt comfortable and not pressured into making a purchase. I got a great deal and I am very happy with the my 2024 RX 350, thank you Ryan.

An absolute 5 Star experience @ Thompson Lexus. Ryan Mckinnon is the type of sales person everyone should hope for when buying a car. He is the kind of guy who shows up first and leaves last. The entire sales process from start to finish was smooth and easy because of Ryan. I have nothing but great things to say about him and will be definitely referring friends and family in need of a vehicle to him in the future. This is the second vehicle my family has purchased from Thompson Lexus is the last couple of months. Our salesman Peter was fantastic both times. They were extremely courteous, efficient andpreformed the work very quickly. They gaveus a car to use while doing the work whichtook a day. We purchased an extended warranty thru them when buying out ourleased SUV. It turned out to be everything they said it would be.They gave us a list of what would be coveredin full without a deductible and it did exactlythat.My husband & I were very pleased with thework & service we received.Thank you.

Thompson has kept my 2013 Lexus in great running condition for these past 11 years. I followed the 5,000 service recommended schedule and they took care of anything else that would be needed at that time or notified me of anything that is close to needing attention

The Thompson Lexus Doylestown team provides excellent customer service so much so that we choose to drive 1.5 hours from Delaware to experience every part of the dealership from purchase to service. Yes we have visited other dealerships along the way but none compare to Thompson Lexus Doylestown. Always professional and Pleasant. Every time we work with Sharon, Brian and John we leave satisfied and discussing our next visit. They make us feel like family. Purchased a used 2013 Lexus GS F-sport with only 26000 miles. The dealership did an outstanding job to make this car feel and look new.My salesman was Peter, awesome guy to work with. Inspection charge was high at $70 for emissions.Five Stars for salesSo many cars to choose from.Very easy purchase. Didn't play games with price or trade. Delivered the exact car/ colors and options we wanted. Papers were ready for signing and pick up. We were in and out quickly.I recommend this dealership and our salesman Peter Chan.

My fiance's Lexus felt like it lost all power, the next day called Thompson Lexus Doylestown Where John Baseline Our service advisor, without an appointment told me to come in for service, picked up a loaner car & had all spark plugs replaced. Baseline explained situation extensively & Professionally, even provided a complimentary discount. Vehicle was all done next day, the mechanics & service team at Doylestown are second to none-! We have been Thompson Lexus customers over 4 years now & won't take our vehicle anywhere else. Thank you again Doylestown Lexus for your expedient Professional services. D.Hart--

Overall, the service at Thompson is typically stellar however my most recent experience was infuriating at best. Had my husband's car in for state inspection and an issue with the clock. The car has only 12K miles and was recently in for the 10K mile checkup for which an oil change was completed. When the service desk called my husband with the recommendation for an oil change he unknowingly said yes. My issue is that the car just had an oil change in 4-5 months ago and now 2K miles later you advised for another.!!! I found this a bit much. Who changes their oil every 2 K miles aside from a race car driver. Maureen Mann

As always Thompson did a great job with my 2016 Lexus. Even though I made my appointment last minute they had a loaner car available and completed work on the car before the end of the day. 20+ Years, never had a bad experience.

Honestly, 5 stars doesn't cover the wonderful experience I had! Paul was so knowledgeable, welcoming & kind, not just to me, but to my 5 y/o. It was not your normal dealership experience. The way he explained every detail of my first Lexus to us was amazing. You could feel his belief and passion for the brand, which made me have it too! He made my daughter feel like a total princess by walking her around the showroom and telling her about the vehicles, having conversations with her, and intently listening to her long winded stories about nothing. Not to mention the beautiful presentation of the big pink bow on the day of pick up!! (Which, secretly, I know was for my kid) He went above and beyond, for that, I cannot thank him enough.

My experience at Thompson Lexus was an amazing experience . Brian Sherman answered all our questions. He always answered my calls or called me back and answered my text. The rest of the staff was absolutely a delight to work with. Brian, the manager, came out to make sure that we were pleased with our purchase and experience.

Thhey have to learn how to get a car loan for their customers! After sending them bunch of documents, paystub statements they declined to me, even I had Lexus lease car with them.this is how Lexus treat their customers. After them I went to BMW and they easily got approved me for a car.

I can't think John and the team behind him at Thompson for not only finding me a RX Hybrid, but when push came to shove, after some odd circumstances that I required a vehicle immediately...they pulled a rabbit out the hat and not only produced a hybrid BUT one in the exact colors I requested. To boot they had the car to me in 4 days! John made it completely seamless! I would highly recommend Thompson but do yourself a favor and visit John!

Service was very good. The only reason I didn t give it five stars is that I made a reservation in advance, and when I got there, they had no history of the appointment. As such, My car cannot be serviced to the afternoon, which I needed to return a second time to pick it up.

Wayne H. was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. The top tier service was wonderful, I didn t say exceptional only because the PHEV SUV I purchased was not charged upon test driving/purchasing. The entire support staff was fantastic.
