Best repair shop in the area! Everyone there from the office staff to the technicians were amazing, honest and so responsive.I had my front bumper and related areas damaged in accident of someone ramming into me at a parking lot- they did an incredible job and made the whole experience as painless as possible.Worked with my insurance co and rental car place. I was recommended to them, however they exceeded my expectations! thank you for being so amazing. Recommend them to anyone in the area needing any type of repairs.

Recently we took our Subaru Outback to this shop after a person blew through a stop sign and hit our car. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. They were very professional, courteous, and kept us well informed about the progress of our repair. They finished the job faster than they thought and it looks beautiful. Thank you Suburban!!! Nice job!!! Highly recommended.

A great company from start to finish. I was given a very detailed quote for repairs on my car door. Schedule was set and the work completed above my expectations in the time frame they told me. Highly recommend.

Suburban has excellent service and great staff! After hitting a deer and searching for garage, practically every shop had turnaround of 2 to 3 months while waiting for parts. After bringing it to Suburban, they were able to thankfully help me out with less than a month turnaround to get it fixed and back to me! Brought car in for dented hood. Given date for repair. Notified a couple days before that hood wasnt avsilable bc of supply issues. I told rude receptionist that i would try to locate hood so they could install. They then canceled my order!!!! Well i called back and told them to keep it on order which they said they did. Well they lied!!!! They didnt order my hood until 3 weeks later only after calling repetitive times! Horrible customer service and marginal workmanship

This is a 5 star review for work NOT done. I took my SUV to Suburban and Scott looked at the rear quarter panel that scraped against the garage as it was backed out. He took vin#, asked for email address, took photos etc THEN said hold on I want to get something from the shop. He proceeded to wipe down where the scrape was and amazingly the damage was just dirt from the vinyl garage surround nothing else needed to be done! The only word I can think of to describe my experience is - HONEST thanks Scott.

I can not say enough about the level of professionalism that I received at Suburban Autoworks. My car was damaged by a delivery truck and we thought that an insurance claim battle was going to be the next course of action. Eric and Scott wrote up an estimate and handle the necessary paperwork with the insurance company for us. I didn't lift a finger.The Suburban Autoworks team was awesome to deal with. If your car is in need of some bodywork TLC, Suburban needs to be your first call!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Suburban did a fantastic job on my car after a deer incident. Though they were not on State Farm's go to list, there was absolutely no hassle in choosing them. Suburban has worked on 3 of my cars over the years. Most recently about a month ago. Always do a good job and got the repair completed quicker than anticipated. Highly recommend!

Eric and his team are always professional and excellent attention to detail. I have taken my car here twice now and cannot speak highly enough of the quality job done. On both occasions my car was hit by someone who didn't leave a note, with enough damage to make me want it looking brand new again. I took it here, got a great price, and the end product looked brand new. Thanks to Scott and everyone at Suburban my car is back to looking great; I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of work I have received.

I had just purchased my car less than two months ago when one of my children accidentally wedged his bicycle handle between my car and the garage wall. When I pulled the car out, it put a hole into the side. I was angry because I figured that even after repairs, it would never look the same. Suburban AutoWorks was recommended to me and Eric Mann did a fantastic job. After the repair, it looked like the accident never happened. I was blown away that I couldn't any evidence of the accident or the repair. The cost was fair and I felt like they took good care of me and my car. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired.

I have had the pleasure of having Suburban Auto Works repairing my vehicles from numerous accidents and mechanical work since 1989.There is no other shop around out there that can come close to their honesty and perfection! Eric and Scott Mann as well as their staff, I can't say enough about you! Thank you for taking care of my family's car's for 30 years! You're the best!

Our car had a big dent on front bumper and inside light also detached. We thought we may need to replace it with big cost. Eric did amazing job to fix it like new with way less money than we thought. Highly recommended.

Honest, which is not a word I use often when it comes to auto places (was horribly ripped off by the last place we used). Reasonably priced. We used Suburban years ago and then moved to where they became inconvenient. Now we've come back to them, and I can't imagine why we didn't drive the extra distance. Suburban has been my go-to repair shop for years now. I've had a Honda Prelude there twice. Once for a rear side panel replacement and another time for a front- end / hood repair due to a deer running into my car. then my Acura MDX was there for a driver door replacement. Last visit was for the Cayenne and some work needed on the rear bumper and tail gate. As you can see, I keep going back to Suburban. Scott, Eric and the whole team there do a great job. Their workmanship and color matching is awesome. Now it's time for me to stop running into things... but until that happens, this is the shop I prefer to use. Thanks again for all you do.

Eric and his staff do excellent work. My car was fixed quickly and looked as good as the day it came out of the showroom! Would (and have) highly recommend their shop to anyone that needs body work on their car.

They repaired a dent in my car with a paintless dent removal technique. It was a very fair price, the repair looked great, was done on time and the staff were very courteous. I used this company because they have a very good reputation and my experience validates that.

The service and work at Suburban Autoworks is exemplary! The last Nor'easter resulted in deep scratches in the finish of my car due to flying tree branches. Scott Mann, one of the owners, was extremely helpful, accommodating and so wonderful to deal with that any stress I was experiencing due to the situation dissolved. He did a careful assessment of the damage, noticing areas/details that I had not seen, including a fine crack through the windshield! We were leaving the next day for a trip, so Scott offered to keep the car in order to do the bodywork while we were away. Scott kept me updated via e-mail about their progress and took over all dealings with my insurance company. Because we were gone when the work was done, Scott even delivered the car to my home - stating he was often in our area! Scott made it so easy; the entire process was seamless. I returned home to what appeared to be a new car! In addition to painting and repairing the car body, Suburban Autoworks did detail cleaning - from the interior to the hubcaps. Again, the service and work completed were exemplary! Choose Suburban Autoworks for your autobody needs - you will be happy you did!

This place was named Best of Bucks for very good reasons. Service is responsive and caring.They know about working with insurance companies than any can advise you and even make the claim easier. Work is impeccable.

Staff is welcoming and takes the worry out of the process especially with insurance companies. Their work is thorough and delivered as promised. We definitely recommend them for auto reconstruction, etc.

The door of my truck suddenly wouldn't close. I was nearby on 611so I stopped in. They didn't have the part to fix it, but told me what was wrong and even gave me a free bungee cord to keep the door closed so I could get home. Thanks Scott!
