Awesome staff at Smith Marine and I always get 3 Girls Towing to take my bike here. Best of both worlds!

Bought a used 2012 seadoo off of these guys. I went through everything with chuck to make sure this was a ski that was 100% no issues good to go and i wouldnt be having any problems. Drove 2 hours to go look at the ski told me i could come back next weekend to pick it up because they were going to "clean" it and prep it. Finally brought it home put it in the water and it wouldnt move. brought it back to them tell me that i damaged the wear ring and impeller. Never even got it out of the dock but somehow i destroyed it. Pay for all that and tell them there was a clunk noise at high speeds they just ignored it later on found two 2x4's shoved inbetween the top deck and bottom hull. Would never buy anything used from this place i dont know how they are with new stuff but make sure you go over every little detail before you buy something from these guys. update told me it was just serviced before i bought it to these are the spark plugs i just pulled out of it

If we could we would give Smith Marine 10 stars! Amazing family run business. My wife and I have been researching a touring vehicle and decided on a Can-Am. As soon as we walked into the front doors we felt at ease. No pressure to buy just helpful information and test rides. We knew we wanted to purchase a Can-Am, but Smith Marine made it so easy to know who we were going to purchase from. Thanks to Chuck for all your great information and help along the way. You have two dedicated customers for life.

I had a great experience at Smith Marine! I was treated like family from the start and was made extremely comfortable while inquiring about a Ryker. Chuck was patient and very informative. I am looking forward to picking up my vehicle Saturday! The tour was excellent also!

My husband and I were looking to buy a new Can-Am ATV earlier this year. We had contacted another dealer closer to home who ended up giving us the run around. We found Smith Marine and spoke to Chuck and he was able to reserve one of his last 2022 machines for us. Chuck was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He made the whole process very easy and his team is very knowledgeable. Will definitely go to Smith Marine for all of our future needs!

When I called to inquire about service, the lady representative was very pleasant and had a welcoming attitude. I had to call back due to work. The next day I called back and spoke to Chuck and he also has the welcoming and let s get it done attitude. The next available opening was two weeks out. However Chuck suggested for me to get the bike to him sooner if possible., thinking ahead Incase parts needed to be ordered. Here I am three days later and my bike has been repaired. I have been blown away with the service and professionalism I have experienced with Smith Marine LLC.

Even though there were two other dealerships that were way closer to me and also had what I wanted, I just felt that Smith Marine was a better place to make my purchase; which it was. Such a great purchasing experience here. The folks were very nice & courteous to me and my wife. Chuck helped make my big purchase very easy. He wasn t pushing anything on me, answered all my questions and got me what I wanted without any issues. Thank you to Smith Marine.

By far the best service I ever received via phone. Called all over the East coast for a Ryker Rally which is hard to find right now. Now only did they have one they beat everyone else's price. They even got it to me a day earlier than promised. Thank You

Great service!!just got a spark trixx the young girl at the front desk was always nice and toke care of business with kindness, the tall older guy with glasses, was a gentleman too, and the young guy outside that explained all about the PWC to me was very humble and knowledgeable, definitely recommend!!!

This is a mom and pop owned business that has been there for decades. They sell CanAm s and water craft. Friendly staff and lots of vehicles and clothing. While I was waiting for a recall being completed, I was offered a water. You don t get that offering in a Harley dealership. No pressure sales.

Great place, the owner and employees were very welcoming. My wife and I stopped by to look at a Can Am Spider RT and they had one on the showroom floor. I have always been a Harley Davidson person but these machines have so much more to offer such as heated grips, front and back seats and enough storage compartments to go on a long trip. Very impressive machine. Thank you for the wonderful visit.

I recently purchased a Can-Am Outlander Max XT 570 from Smith Marine and my experience was a good one. From my initial phone call in which I spoke to one of the salesman, to my on-site visit to make the purchase working with his daughter. Both were very friendly, patient, and provided me the information I was looking for. While I was making my purchase, I was asked if I wanted someone to go over the ATV with me. I believe they asked a young man that may be a mechanic, not sure, but he was also very knowledgeable, very friendly, and did an excellent job going over the machine with me. I should also mention that I had been to another dealership on Route 22 in Phillipsburg, NJ just a few days prior, and within the half hour I was there I could tell that the salesmen were not friendly at all and soon had no interest in helping me when they sensed that I might not be making a purchase at that time.

Recently purchased a used ATV. I spoke with both Chuck and Jack. They were excellent. Informative, courteous, and took the time to answer all my questions. Much better experience than other local Can-am dealers I spoke with. The delivery was easy, they went through all operations and didn't move forward until we understood what they were reviewing. They even made me an extra key with no hassle or charges. I went to about 7 ATV dealers in the last week and Smith was by far the best experience I had from all of them. I hope the future relationship is just as good.Edited to add: I purchased a second ATV from them. Very good to deal with. You wont be disappointed.

These guys are great to say the least !! I brought in a 2011 spyder that s been sitting (uncovered) for 4 years !! All kinds of sensor issues ! I brought it to smith marine and they took the project on at a generous price ! The bike runs like a dream now . Great team and great customer service .

Was able to purchase one of the last Can Am outlanders in the tri state. I called and talked to Tori Smith who was super helpful. We basically did everything via phone until I came to pick up and sign some papers in person. I also had some accessories installed and Tori and Chuck Smith were so helpful in giving advice about what options I had and the quick turnaround in having them installed. The pickup process was easy and the tech that went over the quad with me answered all my questions and took the time to explain it all to me. He even loaded it on my trailer while I was finalizing the paperwork. Just an all around great family owned dealer that I definitely buy from again. Highly recommend to anyone! These family owned businesses are still out there and this one provides great customer service.Matt

I can't say enough about my experience at the Smith Marine. I've been in the dealership business for 15yrs, they are not in that category, its a good thing! They are a true family run business. From the second I called, til I drove the hour there, test drove the spyder, then left 2 hours later, I have no regrets. Chuck was informative without talking down. Knew the product inside and out. Seriously put me at ease, from the beginning. Thats how you keep your client base, treat them well. I won't go anywhere else.

Loved the place Chuck, Tori, Jim (I think thats his name Chucks brother) everyone helped me from the minute I called and spoke with Chuck. We traveled from Jersey and made it so simple when we arrived until the end. They explained everything to us and helped strapped the bike to the trailer. Most amazing place I've ever dealt with purchasing a bike!

When I say this is amazing service I mean it. I have ever had an experience buying anything like I did here. Chuck and Jack and the rest of the crew really took care of me. They definitely went above and beyond. I purchased a new F3. Valued my trade at a very good price. Made the experience super easy and stress free. All of my questions were met with a lot of information.If you are thinking of purchasing you need to COME TO SMITH MARINE LLC. They have gained a lifetime customer for sure!

I was a new customer and first bought a Can-Am side by side which is awesome my kid loves it. I was so happy with the way they handle our business I went back a brought a 16 ft trailer and then we just got the 2017 850 Renegade. Chuck and Jack are awesome people. I bought a new CanAm Ryker from this location about a month and half ago. The communication and service were beyond excellent. What caused me to write a review? There was an issue with my bike prior to a 5 hour road trip so I showed up to the location exactly at opening and told them my concern. They brought the bike in immediately and fixed it - I was out the door in less than 30minutes and their professionalism/service was outstanding.I highly recommend this location. Even though it s and extra 20minutes out of my way than another CanAm dealer - I will always visit this one.

I had been looking for a CanAm Spyder for 2 years. I visited numerous dealers, only to be told they could not offer me a test drive, or to be totally ignored. After emailing Smith Marine for information and a quote, I received a prompt, detailed response from Chuck. After several back and forth emails, my husband and I made the hour long trip to Smith Marine. I was thrilled! No sales hype, no gimmicks. First words "Have you ridden one yet? Do you want to?" Loved it, bought it. Financing was a breeze. The bike was delivered to me the next day.I very highly recommend Smith Marine. This was hands down the best buying experience I have ever had!

Great place to take your trailer in for if it needs to be fixed or serviced. Had a problem with mine and although it took them a few days to even look at it, they fixed and serviced it in under 2 hours and had it ready for to make money for the weekend. Also, had to bring it back the following Monday cause the lights were flickering. They looked at it immediately and spent an hour making sure it was perfect. Great bunch of guys there!

The guys at at Smith Marine are a top-notch group! Chuck and Jack were great to deal with on my recent Spyder purchase, and Ryan and Joe were awesome to work with, going over the introduction and features of my new ride! I look forward to lots of fun times and I know these guys will be there to support me when needed.

Just bought a new Spyder RT Limited. Did the whole deal long distance via e-mail and phone. Chuck was great to work with. Price-wise, he beat all the dealers in my local area and made it worth my drive. When I went to pick it up bike, I didn't "surprise" them like some dealers they had everything ready. I even asked for a couple of personalized things, hook up battery tender, set up GPS, etc. and all was done and waiting for me. No haggling. They gave me a full orientation and didn't "rush" through it, answered all my questions.

I recently came from out of state to purchase a new Sea Doo Spark 3up. Prior to the sale communication via phone and email was excellent. On the day of the sale everything was ready for me when I got there. They took their time to go over everything with me and customer service was also excellent. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Simply amazed.. After a horrible experience with their competitor, I turned to them when purchasing a watercraft and was thoroughly impressed with the process.Chuck and his team ensured me that my needs would be met with expectations and I was honored to see the level of care that they provide their customers. Had a trailer repaired here. May have been the best automotive repair experience I have ever had. The technician Sean was incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. All of the staff was extremely friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. Will definitely bring the trailer here anytime I'm within 200 miles.

Today I purchased my 1st jetskie. I was searching dealerships on Google yesterday and came across this one! There were a few closer to me as well ( easton pa) but I called Smiths. Chuck, the owner was great on the call, helped me understand everything. I drove down today, and he took the time to explain every and made sure I had all the info to make the right choice.. Thanks, Chuck this is my 1 stop marine shop going forward
