Great news place for all small equipment! I found parts for my Honda mower online and was going to order them but had a question so I went to Paul B. Moyer & Sons. They answered the question, had the parts in stock, parts were cheaper and they made some really good recommendations on how to fix the mower.

Exmark 3 blade set.Arrive on time. Packaging was poor at best. Blades as a result were dinged up, maybe because of the way they were package in a plastic shipping bag. First time in 15 years new blades did not come in a cardboard box, first time with this company.

I have been going to Star since they were on Church LA in Germantown, PA. It's the only place I trust, recently Moyer serviced my Echo pb-230 Ln and it looks and runs like new, I'm lucky to have a company so close to me that takes such pride in work they do, Thanks Paul B Moyer and Son

I was in need of a discontinued internal engine component for a Kohler engine that during my research found infact the particular model engine I'm working on one that Kohler discontinued along with factory replacement parts. Fortunately during my continuous searches I picked Paul B Moyer & Sons Inc. Called them, spoke with a parts service specialist Jim, and he quickly located my part and took my order over the phone. He was very professional, clear and pleasant with as he promptly completed my order. I received my package faster than expected, he said approximately 3 to 5 days for delivery, I received my package in just 2 days of placing the order. Awful mechanical and customer service. I paid $400 for a hydrologic service and oil change. The hydrologic fluid was not filled and the engine was significantly over filled with oil. I called to discuss this and I was told to just go out and purchase the fluid after being significantly overcharged for basic service. These guys do not know what they are doing when it came to actual service. Refer to the photos for reference. Oil measurement was taken according to manufacturer s instructions.*in response to the comments made by owner. Let me clarify, there was NO hydraulic fluid in the machine(not just reservoir). As stated in my original comment the oil was checked according to the manufacturer. The cap was not screwed down when reading. The engine was overfilled by Moyer as shown in photos. I also noticed in your comments that you made zero effort to rectify the situation professionally and financially.

I purchased a OEM stator for a Kohler welder 16 hours of used stator went bad , not the fault of power by moyer but kohler, will not buy OEM just get the junk from china half the price, all that work for nothing. I think that power by Moyer could have offered at least one a discount on a new one. LIKE I SAID NO FAULT OF POWER BY MOYER. THEY REACH OUT AND MADE IT RIGHT, AND I THANK THEM, AND WILL CONTINUE BUYING FROM THEM.

Ordered K46DM transmission price was great and there was no shipping charge. Said 3 to 5 days for delivery but received in 2 days. Ordered on line and was a smooth transaction. Hopefully will get installed tomorrow.

Requested tune up and blade change on my tractor. They replaced my fuel filter and loaded it back on the truck . Poor communication, overcharging.

Ordered parts in a rush. I didn t foresee it We are a mom/pop lawn service now,(38 years in the business).We only own one JD Z950R with MOD deck now,(after downsizing).(Only some customers want leaves mulched). I ordered new front wheels on 12/01/2022 and received them on 12/3/22! Much appreciated!Will definitely be dealing with this company again soon!

My generator kept shutting off every 3-4 minutes and was just under a year old. Upon being told it s probably under warranty so won t cost a thing and should be an easy fix, they call me to pick it up and charge me $201.01. And the issue was the gas switch was just turned off. This is my first time dealing with a repair here, but good business practice generally means informing the customer how much it will cost before doing the repair. Instead, there was no communication made.

I wouldn t recommend if your a new small business. After they promise warranty and good machines, our machine broke after one use. When we took it to get check the warranty didn t cover and they charge just to look at the machine not even repair it. We are a small business trying to help small business but I wouldn t recommend buying here at all.

I ordered a package of six Oregon Gator Blades for my Kubota lawn tractor on Friday 5/20/22 from Paul B. Moyer & Sons, Inc. and received them on Tuesday 5/24/22. What more could a customer ask for. I called Paul B. Moyer & Sons, Inc. and ask a customer service representative about the blades and would they fit my Kubota and he spent a great deal of time on the phone with me before confirming that in fact they would. He was friendly, and professional over the phone. This is my first order from Paul B. Moyer & Sons, Inc.but it won t be my last time. Thank you for your service and quick delivery.Lou

I needed parts for my Husqvarna ZTR3016. I searched high and low trying to find my parts and calling different vendors. I then search the company that made the transmission for my mower. My search directed me to Moyer and Sons. Their Website had the parts I needed. I placed my order, I received a tracking number that day from Moyer and Sons via USPS. Gave a date for a Monday delivery, it arrived on Saturday, two days earlier!!!!!!!!! They were quick with my shipping details. It showed that they shipped it the same day that I ordered it...... Awesome..!!!

I purchased some Briggs parts online. The d@$%!n post office lost my package. Paul B. Moyer refunded my payment even though it was not their fault. Very prompt customer service even if there is a problem. Pretty rare these days on the internet to deal with great vendors like Paul B Moyer.

I have used Paul Moyer & Sons in the past to service an old generator and lawn mower. We needed a generator. They were helpful and provided options including a generator that i can hook up to my house. He even delivered the generator after I bought it when we realized it wouldn't fit in my car. Very helpful. I highly recommend.

Stay Away! I purchased a Husqvarna 320iB blower. The salesperson in the fall claimed it was one of their best sellers, that contractors use these all the time. I went in to purchase one recently and found out, when I got home that I was lucky to clear off my small 12x15 covered patio three times before the battery died. In addition, supposedly there is a "safety" feature that makes you turn the switch to on, then off, then on again to operate it. When I went to return it, one of the owners, who did not sell it to me, told me that the battery only lasts about 18 minutes. I did not get more than 10 minutes, but to me, no difference between 10 and 18. Then I told him that when I turned it on for the first time of each day, I have to turn it back off, then on to get it to start. He told me that is a safety feature. No where in the manual does it state this, at all. Then he proceeded to tell me that "I must be the type that has very little patience". When I tried to return it, I did not realize that on the receipt, it states "all sales are final" which surprised me even more. A reputable dealer like Moyer has an all sales final policy. No one told me that when I purchased it nor did I think that would even be a policy of a store like this. He offered to return it, and charged me a $20 restocking fee. Maybe there was a sign that I did not see when I purchased it, but most people would not expect an establishment like this to have an "all sales are final" policy. And usually a restocking fee is charged because of the size and/or complexity of the item. This was returned just like when I bought it. I thought that being an authorized dealer, they would back their products, and ensure customers are satisfied. If you have your heart set out on any Husqvarna battery product (not sure why unless you spend hundreds on extra batteries), buy it online directly from Husqvarna. No difference in price, but if not happy, they accept returns for 30 days for any reason, no restocking fees - "If you are not happy with your Husqvarna purchase for any reason, Husqvarna is happy to offer a convenient refund on all online purchases." If I was aware there was an "all sales final" policy, I would have ordered online. I always try to shop local and small business, but I now know why people shop at Home Depot or Lowes, they stand by their products, return without a charge, and don't provide insight into my personal patience level.

My Honda generator failed after a power outage on a Friday and I found that out when I got home late that night. I called around the next morning and only Paul B Moyer & Sons would consider looking at it. They close at Noon on Sat but said if I could get there by 11am they would do what they could. A long story, but they stayed open until 2 pm replacing parts of my carburetor which had been fouled by ethanol as they did not have a new replacement in stock. When they did not give what they considered reliable performance they pulled a carburetor from a trade-in machine and that worked much better. When I thanked them for such great service they said they "could not leave me without power" (it took almost a week to restore power in our area). Along the way I got a great education in the evils of ethanol and witnessed their impressive knowledge and efficiency in the repair. I will not go anywhere else after this and will buy equipment from them as well as use them for repair work. Great to have such good service locally.

I ordered a part using Amazon's Model # and part name search. Moyer had what I thought I needed. The part was the wrong one so i called Moyer directly and a very friendly, helpful man told me the proper number, but he was out of them. I then needed a new gas tank for my Poulan Pro string trimmer. I called Moyer and the man who answered not only gave me the right part # but said he had 125 of them. I ordered it on powered_by_moyer and received it 3 days later. It was $3.00 to $6.00 cheaper than any other one I found including shipping. I wish I could give 6 STARS.

Needed a part for my honda lawn mower and found this company on ebay. Before ordering, I confirmed that I am ordering the correct part. I email them with all the information and they asked me few addition details(i got the response within 24 hrs which is great). Received the part within 3 days. Looks like a correct part and I will install it during this weekend. I have a very good experience working with this company and saved their contact information for future.

I ordered a part which was listed as compatible to my equipment. The part I received does not fit, it is not the correct width and the mounting holes do do align with the bracket. I have attempted to contact a representative and also left my contact information on their voicemail with no return call as of yet.

My elderly father purchased a part from this company through Amazon. Unfortunately, he had ordered at the time he changed his email address and never received an order confirmation because it went to his cancelled email address. The part was delivered and was wrong part. I reached out to the company by email and telephone multiple times as well as Amazon multiple times who responded that they were waiting for a response from the company. this went on for months, add COVID where you cannot connect with anyone, so time has passed. Finally reached a person today with Paul B. Moyer & Son to be told that they would not accept the return/refund because if was over 30 days. Very disappointed that the company was unwilling to help.
