I am not usually a fan of car dealerships, but my experience buying my new car here completely changed my mind! Everyone was pleasant, courteous and it was actually a fun afternoon! I dealt with Christine who was outstanding in every way. Also dealt with John and he too was outstanding. They were both extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! I would recommend this dealership to any one of my friends and family.

The brakes failed on our 2011 Genesis 4.6 sedan. My wife had just started pulling away from a parking space and the brakes were nonexistant. Luckily she was only going 5 mph and was able to slam the car into park to stop. This braking issue has been noted as a problem with this model of car in the past.We had the car towed to Fred Beans Genesis, where it has sat for nearly 5 weeks. This dealership is so backed up that we were scheduled for an appointment on March 27th, which has come and gone with no word from the dealership. We've called several times over a 5 week period and can't get any information. About 3 weeks ago we were told the car was being looked at, but they needed a technician to read the codes. When my wife stopped a few days later, the service department said no one had looked at the car and they had no information on anyone looking at the car. My wife has called and stopped in multiple times since then and we've been told the only service technician that knows anything about the car is out to lunch. It seems lunch is a multi -hour endeavor, as she's stopped in at various times of the day, on seversl occasions, and he's never available.The service at this dealer is appalling, easily the worst I've ever encountered at any dealer or independent mechanic. Stick with Lexus or Acura if you expect "luxury" service and want a vehicle that won't have a catastrophic failure that could kill you.Update April 10:Other than the standard response from Fred Beans, when they get a negative review, no news from them. 6 weeks and counting......

Connor Leff was a totally outstanding sales person. He was very professional in all aspects of delivering the car that I wanted to buy.. He was very detailed, and I was very surprised when he even washed my old license plate off after the sale had been made. That s doing something a little extra besides going over all aspects of my new car.His patience in answering all my questions was very reassuring, and helped me to make a good decision to buy. I will definitely recommend Connor to anyone that is shopping for a car. Thanks again to Connor Leff.

Love the G70. Opted for it over the Lexus 350. (We have a Lexus 450 and this vehicle is surprisingly comparable) Kyle Scullion,our salesman was excellent to work with. As a business owner I am very aware of good customer service ,or not. I recommend Kyle highly.

Our salesman was Rob Bass. Do you know how everyone dreads buying a car?! NOT WITH ROB!!! He is the best! He went out of his way to take care of my wife and I when purchasing our new car. He is personable, knowledgeable, informative, and fun to be with. We talked about family, food, travel and yes, our new car. He treated us as family, something my father taught me. If you are buying a Genesis as we did, or a Hyundai, FRED BEANS is the dealership and Rob Bass is your guy!!Larry Iannarone

We have had the worst experience ever with them. This is not the first time either. At Newtown the service department didn t communicate about items on back order. They had our car for 6 weeks!!! Confirmed a service appt via email at Doylestown then they cancelled our appt since we didn t respond to a call. Then stated I didn t confirm via email. Will never buy from them again their service is horrible

Great experience working with Robert Bass! He was so easy to talk with, he explained everything we had questions about on the Genesis GV70 trims, etc. He was NOT high pressure sales, which is why this entire experience was stressless! I would definitely recommend Robert Bass from Fred Beans Hyundai (Genesis)! Thank you Robert!!

Just got a 2022 Genesis from Fred Beans Hyundai of Doylestown, PA. As always, my experience at the dealership was extremely positive. I was able to get all the 'pre-approvals' done prior to going to the dealership, thanks to a link from my Sales Associate Kyle "K3". It mad e the whole process really quick and easy. Roger made the financials easy, and quick, which was much appreciated, Joe, Dan, Paul and the whole staff at Fred Beans Hyundai of Doylestown are always very pleasant, and fun to be around. It's always a positive time there, and I feel that management and staff all work hard to get what the customer wants. At least that is my personal experience. With all the car availability these days being in such a questionable state, it was a pleasant surprise to find Fred Beans Hyundai had a not only a lot of cars available, but they got me the exact one I wanted. A great dealership experience. Again.

There are no signs to state this is a Genesis Dealership, it s a Hyundai dealership that sells Genesis vehicles as well.No signs to let customers know where to park, or entrance to customer parking.Wife and I walked in and an older gentleman with white hair approached us like we were lost, didn t even told us his name. We inquired about the GV70 and he pointed out side, we have some over there , my wife and I walked out and got in our car and left.This dealership does not deserve our business.Poor customer service.

Google should allow to rate 0 star. Worst place to service your vehicle. I had my service here on the 19th for oil change and they either forgot to screw the underneath of it after or it got loose. Been calling them for 2 days. Contacted several people through email and phone. However, no answer or someone will pick up and say service will contact you. Haven t seen a service center worse than this. Maybe this is what you get for free valet service when you buy a car from there. These people treated by G80 like trash. Even if you have to spend $50 or $100 more anywhere else, don t service your car here. This may or may not be an easy fix but it s their job to fix it.

Kyle Soultes and Genesis of Doylestown and Fred Beans saved the Genesis brand in my house. We already owned a G70 and I was looking to add another 2022. G70. For about a week I dealt with Genesis dealers sales people, sales managers and I wanted to take a shower after my conversations with them, Advertise one price you show up and the price is higher, they have the inventory until you show up 25 minutes later and they don't have it anymore, your car is worth x until you show up and then is worth x-$6,000 although the car is as you said it was...I even heard "why dont you go sell your car and come back with the money!!!!!".For a young company that is trying to break in the premium car market, they certainly have the product but as far as the people selling their product they have a ton of catching up to do. I can honestly say I have not been treated as a customer this bad by the worse used car salesman, I was at a point o where I was ready to walk in an Audi dealership and buy the first car I saw.That is when Kyle came in the picture, reached out to me "listened to the car and features I was interested in", imagine that! Provided a price for that car, then there was some back and forth on the trade we settled on a price upon inspection, during the entire process Kyle was very responsive and things were not changing with every conversation or text. He exemplified honesty/integrity and understood what I was interested in.Kyle's demeanor and interest to satisfy the customer convinced me to visit the dealership and make a deal. John Homan finance manager also made sure the experience that started with Kyle continued, what a relief! and pleasure it was to deal with the team at Genesis of Doylestown at Fred Beans. Highly recommend and will be going back again.

I had been looking for a GV70 for several months. I ordered one through another dealer, but was told it could take 9 months to arrive. Many dealers in the area are asking $5000 over MSRP but I found the exact car that I had wanted at Doylestown for $1500 over MSRP. I still think it s absurd to charge ANY amount over MSRP, but these are strange times we are living in. I went in to purchase the car and they gave me an extremely lowball offer for my trade fortunately I came prepared with an offer from CarMax which I asked them to match. They were able to come close to the CarMax offer for my trade, but then they added in a ridiculous third party warranty which included roadside assistance (Genesis already gives you roadside assistance!!). They made it seem as though the warranty was through their dealer and not a third party warranty. They also claimed that they ceramic coat all their vehicles and that the warranty would cover redoing the ceramic coating if necessary. At this point I felt as though I was dealing with a shady used car salesman and not a luxury car dealer. I asked them to remove the warranty but then they said they may have to adjust the cost of the car. They finally removed it, we agreed to the deal, and then when I went to sign all the paperwork the business manager AGAIN tried to sell me on multiple third party warranties. George did do a really nice job of going over all of the features of the car with me before I drove off with it. I LOVE my car. Genesis is putting out FANTASTIC products, but unfortunately their dealership experience is still far from what I would consider luxury and they have a ways to go in this area if they truly want to compete with the heavy hitters like Audi and BMW.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing my G70 at Fred Beans. I specificall want to single out my salesperson, David Roberts. He has the rare combination of being a really nice guy while also being extremely knowledgeable about his vehicle. Try as I might, (and I tried hard) I could not stump him. Finally he can take you a for a really exciting test ride showing all that this car is capable of. He was good to his word about sending me a sample of touch up paint. I cannot recommend him enough. Truly a breath of fresh air in the world of auto salespeople.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my GV70 at Genesis of Doylestown. Ian was responsive to my inquiries, and addressed every question that I had. He was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the features that are available Scott was very helpful with the financing and other issues associated on the business side. Everyone I met at the dealership was helpful and responsive - they work as a team. So far, an excellent experience I look forward to working with that team for my regular maintenance on the GV70.

Best customer service experience I ve had buying a car.Cody was my salesman and went above and beyond to cater to my specific needs. Even a week after the purchase Cody has available for questions no matter how frivolous they have been. The sales manager Kat has also been a great help I recommend Fred Beans Genesis of Doylestown if you re looking for great customer service and a beautiful vehicle.

We were thoroughly impressed with the customer service from Dave, Tyler and the team at Fred Beans Hyundai/Genesis. The level of consistent communication, care and attention to detail was superb. They even worked with us to get as much done as possible via telephone and e-mail in advance of picking up our vehicle to expedite the day-of process in-store. Our two little ones were especially grateful for this. We love our new Genesis, thanks guys!!

Would give negative stars if possible.Had my car scheduled for a diagnosis of a bad transfer case on July 26th 2023. Took over a month to get that appointment. The service department is either overworked or don't care about their customers. My 2018 G80 has been here twice so far, and after each time I have to follow-up with the staff leaving voicemails and e-mails for them with no reply. The phone system dumps you back into the main line if the service writer is not at their desk as well unless you have their extension. I had to reach out to another service writer who was working the day I called to make sure my original service writer got back to me to keep things moving.After the last (2nd) trip, I was informed that Kayla would be reaching out to my aftermarket warranty company to schedule my transfer case replacement and send me details of the cost since they wanted to use a used one. That was on August 16th, I e-mailed Kayla and Harley on the 25th of August, after nothing from Kayla, that they have my permission to proceed with the repair and anything else to keep this moving. It is September 15th and I still have heard nothing.I hear this is across the board a Genesis Dealer problem. The sales teams are great, but once they have your money that's where it ends because Service is terrible.

Went to have service on my newly acquired 2022 Genesis g70 which I purchased at another car manufacturer with 6,000 miles on the vehicle. The front tow access panel was loose, so I called and made an appointment for that to be addressed as well as tire rotation and oil change.I specifically asked for a loaner and was provided an appointment which was over 30 days to get. When I arrived I was told there was no loaner set up and I could pay for the loaner for the day.I was given poor attitude from the service attendant David and when I told him of the poor treatment that I'm certain to expect from David he said "you're free to have your car serviced anywhere you like." A comment which confirmed the level of service to expect from this car manufacturer and certainly now this dealership.Thanks for letting me know that I can choose to get my car serviced elsewhere. Will take your advice.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Had a great experience purchasing my GV 70 from Genesis of Doylestown . Cody was my sales person. He was patient professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. I had aThousand dollar down payment on another genesis dealer for four months and the car never came in. I called 11 Genesis dealers trying to find the color and package that I wanted.Cody found the color and package that I was looking for and he made it happen. After leasing three BMWs, and one LanRover, I love my Genesis, the most.After the sale is over, sometimes you never hear from the sales person again, but Cody continues to call me to make sure everything is OK. I strongly recommend Genesis of Doylestown, and I strongly strongly recommend Cody as your sales person.
