I contacted Fred Beans Lincoln in regards to a certified Lincoln Aviator I saw online. Joe contacted me right away and we were able to complete most of the transaction beforehand including the value on my trade, which was important as I live a four hr drive away. When I arrived the vehicle was as described and I was given the trade value that we agreed upon. It was a great experience, I would highly recommend.

I would not recommend this dealship ! this has been a negative experience . buying a luxury car should be a positive one . I found a BMW on CARFAX went and purchased it on 1/11. On 1/25 the salesman Scott calls me to ask me for a utility bill for proof of address . First of all a FICO score is based on five factors and a utility bill is not one of them . secondly I did a trade with the title of my old car which had my address , my drivers license had my address and my regestration and insurance all had my address what do you need a utility bill for two weeks after I got the car . then he calls me back the same day and says they don t need it any more .. sounds shady ! after this conversation I called my credit union because I no longer trust them to handle my financing . I get approved and credit Union is offering 2 percentage points less than what I was offered by their finance department . fast forward I now have had my car over a month now and have yet to get an account number from the financing bank . I have been in contact with scott who then refers me to Bill . There is no way the bank is that far behind if my paperwork was turned in timely . how do I not have an account number to pay my loan . these business practices seem shady and very unprofessional . I would not recommend this place to anyone .

This is my second vehicle from Fred Beans Lincoln. I traveled from out of state to this dealership. I found them to be knowledgeable, accommodating and best priced in 300 miles radius. No sales pressure and lots of support from an amazing team. Will be back!!

Strongly recommend JOE! He was easy to work with and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything. We never felt pressured or insignificant. Overall, our new car purchase was very positive.

It was an outstanding journey and we drove away in a new car. Our Salesmen Anthony Duckett listened to to our needs and truly worked for us. I highly recommend him as your go to Salesman. The experience was stressless because of him. We enjoyed the ride!!!!

In September 2021, I was looking to replace my suv and I have always wanted a Lincoln Continental since they were reintroduced in 2017. After searching locally with no resolution, I expanded my search a few hundred more miles. To my delight, I found a 2020 Continental Reserve AWD with only 1900 miles. Chris Katona helped with my purchase. This truly was one of the most stress free car purchases of my life. I will definitely shop this dealership again for my next car.

Fred Bean's Lincoln was the absolute best car buying experience in my lifetime. The salesman was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The sales manager was among the few that focus on customer satisfaction and corporate interest. Most people go to a car dealership with apprehension, as did I. Fred Bean's Lincoln quickly made me feel comfortable and secure in my purchase. I could not be happier with this purchase and with this dealer. God willing, I will live to purchase another vehicle from Fred Bean's Lincoln and hopefully our salesperson, Joe Taormina.

I just didn t feel the love from the dealership. Not warm and friendly (sales person was great though )..it s the big guys who call the shots who were not very approachable nor willing to have a nice conversation. Car sales requires negotiation but these guys really were lacking, not willing to listen or friendly and being polite about it. Sometimes it s ok to be nice and kind. I just hated my buying experience.

Top of my list of dealerships NOT to buy a car from.I Made an appt. last week to see a used vehicle. Went in at the specified time and met with a sales associate to view the car. Not a bad car and a fair price. After the test drive , I attempted to negotiate the price down to a point I would be comfortable with (considering the car was 15 years old) dealer came down $800, about 7% the advertised price of the vehicle.When I asked for the dealer to come down some more, I was quickly advised that the negotiations were over (take it or leave it) .OK...I get it...you are trying to gouge every last penny out of your customers, but this was a cash deal...I was prepared to go home with the car as long as we came to terms. But here is the kicker...After we got up and walked towards the door, the sales manager "Kevin" was siting in his office talking about us to 2 of his associates, and how we "walked out on a deal for $472.00) He was talking so load that we EASILY heard him along with other customers in the showroom. This is as UNPROFESSIONAL as you can get ! What he should have done is come out of his office and introduced himself to us, Thanked us for taking the time to consider his dealership for our automotive needs and asked if there was anything he could do make this deal work or make our visit to his dealership a positive experience. Obviously... Kevin didn't care AT ALL about that, he just wanted our $472.00and wanted us to know (and the other customers) how STUPID we were for not throwing ourselves on the floor and begging for the opportunity to purchase his car.As a sidenote....and BUYERS BEWARE on this one....I was casually talking to our salesman, and I mentioned I really liked the new, full size red Bronco, 2dr. he had on the lot. I asked if it was for sale and how much. I was advised it was NOT for sale and that it was a dealer demonstrator. I asked if it was going to be sold at the sticker price, which was probably close to $60k, just by the way it was optioned out...and I was quickly advised "HAH...NO WAY...they will be marking that Bronco up at least TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS".I was appalled ! Ford puts prices on their vehicles so the average person can afford the car they want. Then you take a dealer like FRED BEANS FORD. and they BLATANLY GUT YOUR INSIDES OUT so that the dealership owner can line his pockets with your hard earned money.When I asked the salesman, "How in good conscience , can they tack on a $20,000 ADMU (added dearer markup)" I was quickly advised, that it was "want vs need" and that it was a golden opportunity for any dealer to make a profit.WOW !this is NOT MY KIND OF DEALERSHIP !!Seems that the ADMU is something that is across the board on ALL FRED BEANS DEALERSHIPS.WHY WOULD ANYONE PAY IVER STICKER PRICE ???Thievery !!!!!

I have had the pleasure of working with Jillian Katona twice now. She assisted me with finding the perfect vehicle for my previous car, after explaining to her my needs. After losing that truly amazing vehicle she helped me again, finding a very similar vehicle, within my price range, and pretty much better than what I had owned previously. In both instances she truly went above and beyond with my personal experience. More than I ever expected from buying a car - which as we all know, can be a bit of a process. All went so very smoothly each time.I will continue to go to this location, specifically to work with Jillian, despite it being out of state for me. It is so very well worth it for such an amazing experience. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle that is anywhere within decent traveling distance to this location. You will be very pleased.

Just got home from the dealership after picking out a brand new car for the family and I gotta say it was an incredible experience. I needed something that would work for me and my two young girls plus a new born!- safety was definitely a priority for us. The dealer Dylan who helped us out was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable of every model and you could tell he cared deeply about his clients and making sure my husband and I were happy! Very professional young man! Would definitely recommend him as well as the dealership for anyone looking for a new car that fits directly to their needs! 10/10!!

I had a great experience buying my car at Fred Beans. I was greeted upon entering although I was late for my appointment. Dylan Collie showed me the car that I saw on their web site he pointed out features and stats that were helpful I took it for a test drive. I worked with the finance department which set me with a manageable payment. Dylan helped me contact enterprise where he drove me to drop off my rental car. I got to drive home my new car in a couple hours. I received a call back a week later checking to see how I liked my new ride. Great experience

Fred Beans Lincoln has a beautiful store. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The service department makes scheduling easy and the availability of transportation makes drop off and pick up a breeze. Overall, the service received at Fred Beans Lincoln was excellent.

Jason P provided excellent customer service from beginning to end of the purchase of my new car!. All his responses to our questions were prompt and professional! I was particularly impressed with Jason s knowledge of all the features of the car. In addition, he assured me that if I was having any issues, that I could call him or stop by anytime. This is our 3rd vehicle being purchased at Fred Beans and every experience has been top notch! Thanks again Jason :)

I have always loved my experience at Fred Beans, but I recently upgraded to a Lincoln and I have to say Chris Katona is the best salesman I've ever encountered. Where do I even begin. This place is incredible. Dylan Collie is the MAN!!! What a great guy and salesman. I have never had such a good experience at a car dealership than I have with Dylan as my extremely intelligent guide to getting the car that works for me. He knows absolutely everything about the entire selection and brought a high level of professionalism and great humor to the transaction. I will definitely be recommending Fred Beans to everyone that I know and I'll be sending them right to Dylan Collie. 5 stars, very happy customer.

I had nothing but an absolutely pleasant experience car shopping with Fred Beans. Everyone seemed very friendly and helpful. The sales person I worked with, Austin Savage, deserves a mention as well. If you are going to buy a car from Fred Beans, he is the guy to go to. He certainly took care of me. I highly recommend Fred Beans and plan on buying my next vehicle there as well, whenever that time comes.

I had a great experience buying my Lincoln at Fred Beans of Doylestown. Most in part by the great staff that worked there. Austin Savage helped me and had exceptional knowledge of the vehicle I purchased and was very helpful through the entire experience. The Finance person was great, as well. Brennan Bostock, my salesperson was a terrific salesman. There was no pressure, and he was a pleasure to talk with, making my car buying experience very relaxing. The other salespeople were very helpful also in assisting me with making my decision to buy the new Ford F-150. I truly had the best car buying experience here than from any other dealer I have dealt with. Brennan entertained me throughout the time it took to complete the sales paperwork and made it a pleasant, relaxing wait!

If you are looking to buy a car, buy it from Fred Beans in Doylestown! We were very happy with our experience there. Ask for Joshua Clyne!! He was Super knowledgeable, very patient, and ultimately got us a deal that made me and the family happy. I have bought a number of cars before and was concerned this time around with the issues regarding micro chip shortages and inventory. Well I can say for certain that Scott Marziani, my sales person at Fred Beans Ford, put to rest any concern I had! From our initial phone conversation to taking actual delivery of the car, he was nothing but professional, helpful and fun to work with. I was most impressed that in addition to just listening to me, he took the time to actually hear what I was saying and find a perfect solution to my needs for my new car. Definitely will be using Scott for all of my future car purchases as well as Fred beans. All around an amazing experience!
