Sebastian was the best service advisor that I could have asked for. He listened to what I was experiencing without any preconceived judgements. He explained everything very throughly and when he didn't know an answer, he wasn't afraid to ask. I have never experienced such a nice service advisor who was willing to help and he seemed like he was genuinely happy to resolve the issues I was having with my car. He took the time to listen, explain, was not pushy at all, and helped me resolve the problem that I was having with my steering, all the while still being honest, forward, and to the point. I will definitely be bringing my car back because of the customer service and professionalism that I saw and experienced at Faulkner Honda.

My first experience buying a car was an amazing one at Faulkner Honda. I wound up getting a used 2018 Honda Accord and Dylan was amazing throughout the whole process. He made my first experience buying a car great! He was super helpful and wanted to help me find the best car for me while also keeping it affordable and he did just that! Super thankful!!

I ve purchased 2 Accords from Faulkner and was treated like I was buying a premium branded car. Excellent physical facility, Rob Thompson took care of me and any future Honda purchase will be at Faulkner first. Would definitely recommend!

Always a pleasure doing business with the people here. Always nice, greets you and makes sure your car is well taken care of. I purchased my vehicle at another dealership, but always come to Faulkner (previously Keenan) for service. Ashley is very kind and always explains what needs to be done without pushing anything on to the customer that they do not want. She and the rest of the service department are great. Definitely recommend Faulkner service.

Excellent service, as always! ALL the employees are attentive and never rushed. They explain everything thoroughly. This is some of the BEST customer service around.They also have excellent Covid precautions. I saw surfaces being cleaned. The waiting area is large and comfortable with TV, fireplace, large fishtank and kiosks to do work privately. No problem staying 6 feet apart. I would highly recommend doing business here.

I can not say enough about Evan A. Skoures, Sales & Leasing Consultant. Last June he took the time to help me choose the best Honda for me a 2020 Honda Civic (I love it!). Evan was the best: knowledgeable, professional, patient, and personal. This June, he called to wish me a "happy 1-year anniversary," and asked if I needed a refresher tutorial on operating the many features on the car, such as Driving Directions, use of the operating buttons on the steering wheel, etc. I did and was very thankful that he had called. We set up an appointment . Before we met, Evan had told me to write down any questions I had, which I did. When we met, Evan answered all of my questions. He is the absolute best!!

I couldn't have had a better experience today with the Keenan Honda service team. My car needed new tires, rear breaks with rotors on top of the oil change I was there for. Not only were they able to do the additional work the same day-my car was ready a lot sooner than I expected. Every one was very nice and professional during this difficult time!

I am very disappointed in the service that was done for my car. I asked them to look at a fan blower that worked intermittently and they said they had "fixed" it after pulling a piece of plastic from the fan. I got home with the car and I still have the same issue with the fan not working sometimes. I asked for a refund of $88 since nothing was fixed but they refused it despite the fact that I spent over $770 on maintenance on the car that day and had originally bought the car at their dealership. I will not buy anything from Keenan again.I am changing my rating to 4 stars based on the fact that Keenan has reached out to me and provided the refund I requested. I appreciate the fact that this was resolved fairly.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Its a long story so I will keep it brief. Keenan performed major engine work on 3/2/2020 on our Honda Odyssey. The work involved replacing rings in the engine per a service bulletin. A week after the work, we noticed the battery light was on. Keenan told us after review that the problem was due to a broken bolt affecting the belt system that the alternator uses to charge the battery. According to the Honda service bulletin for the repair work, this bolt would have been removed and then reattached during the repair. The service representative said they did not follow the service bulletin process and did not touch this part. Just a coincidence that it broke within a week of the repair. I don't believe this at all. It is my belief that they caused the new problem and are dodging responsibility. I have subsequently spoken with the Service Manager and he has confirmed their position. "Trust us, we are honorable people" is what I heard. Based on previous interactions with the service department, there is no longer any trust. My advice to anyone reading this is to choose another dealership or you may end up where we are, towing our vehicle to another garage to have this problem addressed at our significant expense.I have provided all of this information to Honda Corporate who has documented our position. I will follow up with a letter to Honda Corporate to express our concerns with this dealership. I encourage anyone else who has concerns with this dealership to do the same. You can write to Honda at 1919 Torrance Blvd Torrance 90501 Mailstop 100-5E-8A.Finally, we will never associate with this dealership again and will tell our story to anyone who will listen.

Took my wife's car for inspection. Very courteous, efficient, professional, and friendly staff. I was surprised to learn that Mr. Keenan sold this car dealership to A. Charles Peruto. While ownership changed hands, the philosophy of treating the customer with respect and value still remains. Great associates at this place. Good job.

In for a recall repair on my Honda Fit. They did it fast, great, comfortable, luxurious waiting area and they performed a free multipoint inspection and car wash. What a place.

Was recently there to complete a state inspection and have new brake pads installed. There was concierge type reception even though I have a Honda Fit. The service even included a free car wash. This is a very hassle-free way to maintain your car.

We service both our cars here. Years ago it was fantastic talk about above and beyond. Unfortunately, my original service guy retired. Since then there have been some bumps in the road but it is getting better.

Masks should not be forced on customers. Your employees are used to intimidate customers about wearing a mask!I purchased my veh. At your dealership,won't be back for any maintenance,there are other good service centers that will take my business.
