Absolutely fantastic customer service and product quality. They go above and beyond providing unparalleled service. I recommend this company even if it requires some extra travel to get to, they far out perform any other company you might pass along the way.

Had Daeger RoadGuard Intoxalock installed on a motorcycle and vehicle and had no problems, they will travel to your home if you locked your self out of the blow meter. Block Communication installed it. All good things to say.

Incredibly satisfied with their upfit of my emergency vehicle. Their staff took great attention to the detail involved with my install, and rendered a product of which I am incredibly proud. I plan to go to them for all of my emergency vehicle needs going forward.

The service here was excellent!! I had an interlock device attached to my car that was installed in another state. That didn't seem to phase them as they took care of me and made the whole experience easy and pain-free when device needed to be calibrated.. Both Chad and the lady there (I'm so sorry I don't remember your name but you where phenomenal as well!) where amazing and would highly recommend!! Great people great service!!

Chad and Jen are awesome! They are clearly seasoned professionals at what they do.Jen will sit with you, explain everything, and answer any questions until you fully understand. She knows that people make mistakes and doesn t lay a guilt trip on you. The reason I point this out is that I am currently on my second interlock device (1st going on 10yrs ago). That experience unfortunately was with a woman who was well, let s say she was extremely stern with everyone off the bat no matter who you were. Jen is NOT like that at all!!They will also work with you if you need to reschedule and/or payment issue arrises.Chad is also a great, hardworking guy. He s always ready for the procedure and I d be willing to bet a watch could be set by his consistent performance! He too is easy to talk to as he does what he does.I am already about 1/2 way done with term and it feels like I got it yesterday. Of course no one really wants to do this, but it isn t the worst difficulty in life; and these two are part of the reason. I will ABSOLUTELY be recommending them to a friend who will need their services in the future!

I d like to say thank you to Block communications. Those who are required to install interlock devices rest assured that Block communications has you taken care of. The process was easy, effortless, and worry free. I had tried a different company (intoxalock) first but reading their reviews and seeing the awful comments made me stop the process. Block communications had the best service I could find, I am grateful that I found them and highly recommend to anyone who faces the same circumstance.Service: Electrical

Had interlock device installed by Chad for one year. Very professional business and service. Had no issues with interlock at all. If you need an interlock installed look no further. Very pleased I went with Block Communications and Draeger. Thank You!

I m giving Block 5 stars because, Chad who is always the point of contact, and I m not rating the experience with the state and the interlock system which is never a smooth or affordable but part of the experience, that being said, the Chad service manager and hands on is very knowledgeable and fits me in when the equipment which I pay to maintain is and fails consistently is quick to diagnose and repair, keeps my rating at 5 stars

I went to Block Communications for my breathalizer machine. They were extremely helpful and flexible with appointment times! I had an issue with Penndot and Jen saw it through until the end to make sure I got my lisence back! She even called me after I got the machine taken out to make sure everything was all good! They are a little pricier than other places but for a good reason! They are actually there for you and help you with any issues you have...and trust me, dealing with Penndot, you WILL have problems lol Thanks Jen and Chad!
