I found them on google because I needed to get a pre-purchase inspection done on a vehicle I was interested in purchasing from a nearby dealership. I met both owners, Kevin and Bobbie Hicks, who were very friendly and knowledgeable. Kevin Hicks was teaching me how to fully inspect certain areas of a vehicle to see if there had been previous damage or replacement of key areas. On top of that Kevin didn t even charge me for the pre-purchase inspection because he said it s their way to give back to the community. Kevin s knowledge and professionalism put him at the top of my list for great mechanics who don t rip you off. If I lived closer I would definitely bring my car there to get serviced. They seem honest and reliable and won t scam you. Thank you Kevin for your honest inspection of the vehicle I wanted to purchase!

We take our fleet of work trucks here and I was so pleased with their work I decided to take my personal truck here too. Honest, fair pricing and excellent turnaround time. Kevin, Bobbie and Libby are the best. I recommend these guys to everyone!

I was looking for a new, local auto team that is kind, knowledgeable, fair, and supportive and BBack Car Care is all of this and so much more. The team is extremely professional and communicative and works to ensure you get the best service for your car. Will definitely be returning to them for my future car care and highly recommend to others looking for a great auto care team.

Thank you to BBack Car Care for being a shining example of what a local business should be. My first experience taking my car in was not perfect, but as someone who has worked in service most of her career, I can be the first to admit the customer is not always right (even with me as customer) - there was a lot going on on my end and that likely contributed to some miscommunication. The miscommunication did not impact my car and even though I was a little frustrated, Libby and Kevin were gracious throughout - I was happy with the service performed, so I went back a second time. Smooth sailing and again, great customer service and communication. I even had a follow up issue and they got me in immediately and took care of it. Will continue to be a customer and refer people to BBack. Thank you all for your patience and hard work.

I recently had a leak in one of my tires and I knew two tires needed to be replaced. The folks at BBack were very responsive, knowledgeable and spoke to me in a way that I felt comfortable. I had a chance to speak with the owner, a service tech and the front desk rep. Everyone was knowledgeable and easy to speak with. I will be taking all of my car services to these folks. I really enjoyed my experience. Thanks BBack!!!!

Glad we finally found an honest and knowledgeable auto mechanic at a fair and honest price. Everyone that we dealt with at Bback was pleasant and helpful which was so nice and unfortunately, not easy to find anymore.

I recently required an enhanced state inspection for a trailer and was referred to BBack. As a first-time customer, I was very pleased with my experience there. They are friendly, professional, and thorough. They went out of their way to make sure all the paperwork I needed was complete and sorted out so my visit to the tag service went smoothly. I can confidently recommend their services.

After growing increasingly frustrated with another family operated car car business in Ottsville, I tried BBack several years ago. Since then I have brought 3 cars here both for scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs. I find their analysis and estimates thorough and appropriate, their work careful and professional, and their prices fair.Dealing with the office for appointments and billing is always pleasant. Never said that about a car place before in my life.I trust the vehicles my wife and kids drive to BBack Car Care, which is the highest compliment I can offer. Unhesitatingly recommend.

Update: June 17th 2022Another great experience at BBack. Bobby and Kevin let our son watch cartoons and have lunch while we waited for a fix a flat!!I can not say enough positive comments about the customer service and automotive service from BBack car care. Kevin, Bobbie, Andrew, Dillion and all the guys in the shop are fantastic, professsional, and prompt. I wouldrecommend them to anyone. I have never had a bad experience with BBack. I have always found them to be honest, helpful, and attentive when it comes to my car. Even if there's an issue, they're willing to make it right, no questions asked. I can always count on BBack to go the extra mile (no pun intended).

I work for a shop that does collision repair. We use them for alignments and other services. When I needed some help with my personal vehicle I chose B Back because they are fair and honest and know what they are doing, which seems to be getting harder and harder to find these day. I happened upon BBACK in December 2021 and it was highly recommended to me. I have brought my car there several times and am very happy with them. Kevin s service is excellent as is his staff. Have been to bback 2 times. Once for wheel alignment and once to have my tpms sensor replaced. They are great. Love that they are a family business. Called to get an estimate for my tpms sensor and Bonnie texted me and asked me to bring the car over for a quick look. Kevin looked at it in less than 10 mins and I was able to make an appt to bring it back the next week to be repaired. They had a loaner car available for use for the day also. Everything about them is very convenient. Work was done quickly and I love that they give $10 bback bucks. Will definitely return when my car needs more work done. I have been living in the Doylestown area for many years and have tried many auto shops, including the local dealership. The work was never done completely correct. A friend of mine mentioned BBack Car Care and spoke very highly of them. My wife's 2006 Solara was making strange whining noises. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the alternator for not only a fair price, but far better than other shops. The courtesy and friendliness of the people working there is amazing! Friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, like a great neighbor. The car is now running even better than ever. I love South Main Tire/BBack and went there from the mid-80s until moving to RI in 2007. I never had a problem with any services they provided. They are the best! I have yet to find anyone as honest and reliable as BBack Car Care. That is why 2 + years ago when I needed tires, and I was visiting PA, I went to BBack for 4 tires and again this past August I asked them to check my car before I drove to and from Texas. I trust them completely and highly recommend this company!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with BBack Care Care over the years. I have since moved out of the Doylestown area, but still only get my car taken care of at BBack. The team is friendly, efficient, fair and so kind. I couldn't say more positive things about my experiences and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a talented and trustworthy team.

Visiting from north Carolina. Battery light came on . Took the car to BBack. Didn't expect to get it back till the next day. Got it back the same day. Excellent service and very nice people. Highly recommend BBack.

We have had our cars serviced by Bob and his team for what seems like always...well over a decade! Keywords? Unrivaled integrity, incomparable service, unmatched quality, consistent reliability, TRUST! We recommend EVERYONE in the area to their facility. And when they go, they agree.From the simple things like oil changes or wiper blades and inspection to the challenges of discovering a design flaw that subsequently gets recalled, the service technicians at BBack Car Care are the best. They know cars and care about cars. And they care about you, the customer.Their care will help you maintain your vehicle for years and miles beyond the average--like my 15 year old Subaru with 280,000+ miles that I traded in while it was still serviceable! We will never take our vehicles elsewhere! You will not be disappointed.

Great experience here with Andrew. I usually had my car serviced at the dealership but after they tried to tell me brake pads repeatedly wearing down to metal in <7k miles was totally normal I decided to have an independent shop do my state inspection and see what they find. BBack discovered the issue almost immediately (which appears to have been IGNORED by the dealer) and fixed it on all my brakes for a fair price. They also got me the new brake fluid and front pads and rotors I needed for about $250 less than the dealer's price. Great to find a good honest shop, I will be doing all my maintenance here from now on. Thank you!Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

We recently started using BBack car care for all our vehicles. We have been extremely happy with their service which has been efficient and thorough! They never come up with a list of other things that need to be done like we have found in the past with other dealers/ Car service centers. We highly recommend them!

We have been using BBack for a few years now and we could not be happier with the service. Recently I got a nail in my tire on a Saturday and even without an appointment, they took care of it first thing Monday morning. We have also used them for tires, brakes, oil changes etc. Great all around. Highly recommend!!

Honest and reliable care care. I've been bringing my cars to Bob and team for 20 years. Repairs are done right the first time. What I really value is their view on long term maintenance. BBack will let you know what maintenance services you need to keep your car running for the long haul, but will never recommend work you don't need...like the dealers do.

I am somewhat of a gear head and have probably owned at least 15 vehicles in the last 16 years. A couple weeks ago my lifter pump went out in my 2016 Nissan Titan XD and I had to have my truck towed to BBack Car Care. (I am new to the area so BBack was a referral from my neighbor.) From start to finish this was, by far, the best auto shop I have ever dealt with. Andrew, one of the owners, let me know the second my truck got there, gave me a time window of completion, and gave me daily updates on progress after a part was delayed by Nissan. For the work that was done the prices were great, they were honest, didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, and even let me know the back rotors didn't need to be replaced when I asked them to replace the brake pads and rotors all around. They earned my business, and I will definitely be back.
