Went to get a battery. They told me the Die Hard Red (their own brand since 2019, by the way) won't last. They said they have to replace them all the time and I should get the more expensive Die Hard Gold. They said they've seen the Die Hard Red die in as little as 4 weeks. So why would I buy a more expensive battery made by the same brand? So I left and got a battery at NAPA (which has an 18 month warranty rather than the 12 month one at Advance Auto). You can install your own battery folks, it ain't rocket science.

I came in one night and the workers were super nice. I bought A LOT of clearance motor oil and the one worker even took pics of the receipt and the haul of oil because it was so substantial and he was impressed by the amount and the discount. I live kind of far so I won't be back frequently but I highly recommend this store to people who are more local

Advanced Auto is a decent auto parts store however AutoZone is way better and always has the part you need in stock. Basically AutoZone is better in every way.

Terrible customer service. Asked a question about different battery types and the answer I got was that s what you need . Asked again and got the same response. Had several bad experiences here. Attitudes here are awful.

Needed wiper blades, called they had them. Got there and was providedc a selection. They did not try and talk me into the most expensive ones. Got mid range and they CHEERFULLY installed them. Very friendly group and installed the wipers as I waiting. Entire transaction took no more than 10 minutes including installation. Excellent service and competitive pricing.

I came here to get the proper stuff to change my oil. Becky was very helpful in figuring out what I needed. When went to leave my car wouldn't start, so Cody jumped it for me. I asked if they could check the life of the battery he did and determined I should get a new one. The manager (his name escapes me) was super nice and replaced the battery for me! Great service super friendly and helpful workers, highly recommend. 11/10

Lil scam going on. "The 'SYSTEM' is automatically applying the core charge but please bring back the cores" BS! never recieved the core charge back on my credit card.Update- they never actually applied the core charge. After several go -arounds with a counter person who insisted I was incorrect, he figured it out and refunded my $113.00

I had been baffled on how to get to the tail light assembly on my car this week. Resigned that I might need to take it to a garage, I remembered Advanced Auto Parts was on one of my alternate routes home.In the parking lot I searched for a YouTube video to to reveal the secret knob to open the tail light assembly. With in minutes I found a video, had the old bulb in hand and was able to purchase just what I needed.Knowing I saved myself a trip to the garage I rewarded myself with a cheese steak from a nearby shop. It cost far less than a trip to the garage and both tail light and tummy were satisfied.

They accepted my two old marine batteries and gave me $20 credit to buy something in the store. Clerk was exceptionally courteous and pleasant. Will go back if I ever need any tools or auto stuff.

Great friendly staff. My son in law was in the parking lot tinkering with my vehicle I was in the store with my daughter and 2 yr old grandson who was naming off the colors of everything in there (thought he would explode when he got to spray paint) and they were cool with all of it !!

These five stars goes to Keith. I purchased a fuel pump for my truck about a year ago that included a lifetime warranty and it had failed on me. As we all know the advance auto receipts wear out in no time. I also had paid in cash so there was no proof of purchase other than the worn receipt. Just to add lack of proof I somehow was not in the system, even though I shop there just about every other week. He got me a new pump in the next day and I am very pleased. This man IS customer service. I wish I could do more to thank him other than writing a review.

Was just there this past Sunday, returned a battery I bought a year ago, the manager that day, whos name I forgot, was beyond accommodating! thank you . Good guys and great customer service. Why I continue to visit this store. Thanks for being a great local place.

The store and staff are great, but like every other Advance Auto their stocking policies leave a lot to be desired. How do you only have one of an item that even your computer says needs to be replaced in pairs? (and every other store in the area also only has one)

Very helpful and knowledgable workers here. They are always eager to help, and have the skills and suggestions to back it up. I have been coming here since it opened, and they almost always have what I need, but I do drive an older Toyota, so parts are somewhat common. They do run out of chex mix somewhat often, so make sure you stock up!

Everyone is complaining about the same rude employee...which I also had the non pleasure of having to deal with him last week. I will never return to this store. At least I know it wasn't just me. Such an uncomfortable experience, I am sorry this guy hates his job so much...but taking it out on other people is not right.

This place has some bad customer service!!! Was looking for a part, guy at counter asked me a million questions, to eventually tell me they didn t have it. So I went to my vehicle went on advanced auto website found the part number I needed and it even said they had it in stock. So I go back in the store and get another guy, tell him the part number. Now this guy actually gave effort and went in back to look and still came back and said they didn t have it. Then why does it say you have it in stock??? Hard to work with, you need to do there job for them. Went to autozone got exactly what I needed and was treated 100%better

I went to this store at 7:30am when they opened. From the second the employee Donald/Ron opened the door it was nothing but an attitude. I asked him if he could put the headlight in that i bought for my car for me and he told me "this is a store, not a garage and no". I thought that was wierd because they have done it for me 3 times before. when I told him that, he said he couldn't because he was by himself and needed to watch the store that no one was in. A minute later another employee walked out the back so that was a total lie. This guy was totally not happy to be there and seemed to take it out on me. I will never go back there and you should not shop there.

Very convenient location for me. They always have what I need. They have installed windshield wipers and batteries for me in the past. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location.

I told them what part I needed (with figures from the manufacturer), it wasn't in stock so they had to ship it. I had to pay up front. A week later when it arrived I realized that they ordered the wrong part. I return the item and am then told that I can get a refund for the part but "I can't return shipping" They charged me money to ship the wrong part that they incorrectly ordered. The shipping accounted for approximately 30% of the cost for this order. They're not evil, just inept.

Great customer service and a wide variety of parts held right no hand. I went in to get a caliper top bolt and they had it right there in stock. If they dont have the part they'll hook you up with the closest place to pick it up quick. Tons of other stuff to clean, fix, or deck out your car with as well. Definitely on the top list of go to auto parts stores!

This location is wonderful, the staff is super helpful. Went in for wiper blades and gentleman offered to change them out for me. I took the offer and was very thankful. It was in and out easy fast and efficient

Always a helping hand here. Prices are good and staff is reasonably knowledgeable. Also great rewards program and they honor the Veterans card.
