Expensive repairs and the price they charge for picking up and returning the mower is high. I was told that he was taking my mower home Tuesday evening and would bring it back to me first thing in the morning after it was serviced.. He showed up at 7am and I was asleep. He claims to have been waiting for five minutes but that s a lie. He took off back to the mower shop. I got up and dressed quickly but he was gone and he refused to turn around when I called him back. A real attitude he gave me. He brought it back later that evening. They charged me an extra $50. to bring it back. Expensive, won t use again

I have a 10 year old lawn tractor that has had hard use over the years. One day it would not start, and I called TC Lawn Equipment for service. They were able to pick up my mower and get it back to me in a week. I started it up and it ran and mowed almost like it was new! In addition, the cost for the repair was much lower than a repair I had at one of the "larger" service facilities. I highly recommend their service!!!!

I have used TC Lawn equipment's services for years and they have never disappointed. We bought the Husqvarna Automower from them 3 years ago and it has continued to perform extremely well ever since. Would highly recommend for anyone in need of equipment assistance of any kind.

He is selling old equipment as new and refusing to acknowledge the lack of manufacturer support. Please be careful when purchasing from this store yes he has a fair amount of favorable reviews and this is good however his knowledge of the products he sells is lacking along with his ability to support these products. The owner is a nice guy without good business sense and an inability to look forward at things to come. He has a chainsaw in his inventory which has been discontinued 4 years ago and yet is selling as new despite no parts being made for it anymore. His price is $300 higher than when the saw was still being sold from Husqvarna. He won t budge on the price because he literally said he d rather have something on the shelf than nothing. I asked him to drop $80 off the price since I d be taking a risk - he replied it was against the law and he d go to jail if he sold it cheaper .this is a true statement so please know that you may be dealing with someone who doesn t quite grasp what goes on outside of his shop. I m a huge Husky fan and wanted this saw for my collection and NOT for full services since it s lacking in support from the factory I truly hope that someone doesn t buy this saw believing that the warranty will help them should they need it. On top of his jail statement, he said he simply isn t concerned with selling it which I m sure Husqvarna would love to hear as well. He said well, eventually someone will pay full price . Sadly this is true and Not a good thing for the consumer Please understand that I don t wish bad on this shop or anything, I also don t want someone paying this guy $920 for an old and discontinued saw because he s too stubborn to get the kickback from Husqvarna to lower the price to the appropriate amount and move it out so that newer saws can be brought in If he would have simply worked with me I would have paid him cash and added it to my collection with no risk to his business. His choice, his loss - Hopefully nobody goes in they re and and buys the Husqvarna 576xp for $919 and has a bad experience. Please proceed with caution!!!

I have used TC Lawn several items, varying from mower/chainsaw blade sharpening, power washer & leaf blower tune ups, to timely diagnostic & repair of my John Deere riding mower. These guys are nice, knowledgeable & eager to assist. And their pricing is fair. I highly recommend for any/all small engine repair work!

They are very good when it comes to buying a new piece of equipment. They are also very helpful when buying parts. In general they are very polite to customers. They also offered for me to come look at my mower while it was in the shop for repair so they could show me what was wrong with it. Over all I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their equipment repaired or tuned up or is looking for a new piece of equipment.

Buyer beware! This place is a huge scam! Make sure you read what they write down before you sign to have them do any kind of work b/c they will lie on what you tell them. They will give you the run around on why they have your equipment for over a month and why it isn't fixed yet. They will tell you one price and will be 3x as much. Make sure you save any receipts you have to show that you paid the down payment b/c they will claim that they don't recall you paying it. On top of horrible customer service, after getting my mower back it now has a whole bunch of issues it never had before. Go somewhere eles, it is not worth it!

I called to have my tractor serviced I was quoted $225.00. They called me when it was ready and advised it would be $657.50 three times what I was quoted. They never bothered to call to say it needed additional work to see if I even wanted the work done. I would give them zero stars if I could

I ve bought several pieces of equipment from TCLE. Everything has been great. Also, their repair department is excellent. Owner and staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I know many people including landscapers that have now switched to TCLE because of the service and large range of equipment / brands. I generally don t review businesses but I felt this one was necessary.

Horrible service! Absolutely go elsewhere! Biughtbmy Hustler Raptor from them four years ago. Took it in for repair before July 4th weekend. The drive belt kept coming off the hydro drive pulleys. After a week they still hadn't called me back. I left numerous messages with my contact number. Finally get ahold of them after the long weekend. Told me they tried to contact but "oops" they used my old cell number. I had even put my new cell number on the service order when I checked the mower in!!!!!!! To make it worse they tell me they fixed the problem by bending the "idler" arm back into position. Hmm says me....it didn't look damaged when I brought it in....seemed to work fine. Total cost...$140. Take mower home and use it ONCE and yep you guessed it it threw the drive belt again. I then proceed to put the drive belt back on the pulleys and begin mowing again. Within a minute the drive belt snaps in two!!!!! Bent idler arm? Absolutely BS. I have since taken it to a reputable mower repair service. No more working with the clowns at TC's circus.

I want to thank Tony and his staff! I recently purchased a Husqvarna leaf blower from TC Lawn Equipment. They took the time to make sure I bought the right piece of equipment for the job. On top of that, they assembled and tested the machine. Also, they took care of my warrenty registration. I'm looking forward to dealing with TC Lawn Equipment for my equipment and servicing needs!

Purchase a Husqvarna 42 inch rider. It was delivered that afternoon pre tested and ready to go. They showed me how to operate it before leaving. That's the type of service you won't get from Lowe's or Home Depot. That's why I buy from local small businesses.

Called up to ask about a problem i was having with a used mower i bought. Because i wasnt eager to order the part from him before knowing if that was the actual problem, i was told he didnt have time for that. I simply replied "if you dont have time for it then i guess you dont have time for my buisness" he hung up on me before i could finish my sentence.. most ignorant person i ever talked to trying ti conduct buisness with so few words exchanged.. wouldnt recommend even lookin at their display when driving by... keep driving a little to home depot or TSC where people know how to communicate like human beings if you want a lawn mower.

I had an issue with the tire for one of my tractors they addressed it quite quickly and repaired it easily the price was fantastic I'll certainly go back

Thank you..i had my generator serviced a d the carburetor replaced 1 year ago. I had issues with it running stopped by to get a additive and they walked me through the oil shut off and what could be wrong..i went home and 5 minutes it was running like I just bought it..piece of mind before a storm. Thank you..see you in the spring!

About two yrs ago bought a new trimmer and would not self feed. I thought I was doing something wrong. I asked owner to show me how to do it, he said I showed you once, I'm not showing you again. It was self feeding. Being 71 yrs old my memory is not what it use to be. My neighbor fixed it for me. Never will buy from them.

Great place. Took my mower here to fix a problem caused by a lousy repair shop in Parkerford, they diagnosed and fixed the problem on time for the price they quoted, and said they will stand behind there work.Tony & his crew were great.

Got charged 25 dollars for them to look at my husquvarna leaf blower when i came back they tried to charge me an additional 25 dollars the guy was kind of rude about it when i said i already paid the diagnosis fee the only thing he could come up with is that i must have put bad gas in it..which was not the issue as i use premix vp 50:1 gas they also decided my blower was trash and robbed the spark plug from it i was there for about 40 mins waiting for him to give me my blower back weird way of running a Buisness i cant say anything about there sales maybe that side is good but the repairs department is down rite goofy i have since found a reliable mechanic who has a much more professional way about his Buisness

Although I have a belligerent lawn tractor T&C (Tony) has done a great job servicing, diagnosing and helping me with my tractor. He dropped by my house after work hours to assess my tractor and stands behind his work.

Purchased a 48" Husqvarna lawn tractor from TC Lawn Equipment. The sales person in the store was friendly and very knowledgeable, taking a lot of time with us answering questions and going over various tractors. When Tony delivered it to us, he spent time showing us how it operates and how to move/remove various parts to perform our own maintenance on it. All around great customer focus! You can't get this kind of service at Lowes! We will definitely go back!

Quoted 145 for a seasonal tune up and was told they would not do anything to add to the bill without calling me first. Long story short 145 turned into 200 no calls
