A wonderful first time storage rental experience thanks to Barbara! Reserving a space online was easy; and was followed up with a friendly and informative phone call within hours! She goes over everything you need to know, and the process overall was very simple. Affordable pricing, great access hours, and assistance whenever you need it! I was recommended Valley storage by my grandparents, who had a storage unit there, and they have been nothing short of amazing through the process of renting me my first storage unit. The process was super painless and both times I was there the service was excellent. The prices are fair and I am super happy with my unit.

The storage units were clean and well priced. The office manager was fantastic. Ease of access with the gate code. We enjoyed the service from Valley Storage in Dillsburg. Highly recommend.

No problems. Unit was ready and setting it up beforehand was easy. The manager is very friendly and easy to work with. This is the second time I ve rented a unit from her. Unit was clean and secure. I moved out in order to move the items closer to my home in Maryland. I originally chose to use Balley Storage because it is close to my son s school, Messiah University. It s a great choice for storage.

We first reserved our unit online and within 24 hours we heard back from someone about coming in to fill out paperwork. The sign up and paper work was so fast and friendly service! The unit is in amazing shape we are so glad we chose valley storage!

The site was glitching for some reason so I called and was able to get the same deal I was getting online and she took care of everything for me and made it very easy.When we got to our unit it was very clean and very well maintained and secure.Update: We no longer needed our storage unit and they made it very easy to end our contract. When and if we need storage again I know exactly where we will go. Thank you so much for a wonderfully positive storage experience.

My experience was great from the moment I walked into the office. Barbara was very pleasant and took the time to show me the storage units and answer all of my questions. The unit and the entire property was very clean. The management cares about clients and was flexible.

I was running out of space in my home for my small Business supplies and this was the next best solution. It has been great to use this convenient location for the past couple of years. We have now outgrown the space and moved on, but it was very nice and easy to use while we needed it.

We had a very pleasant and positive experience at Valley Storage! We were warmly greeted by Barbara. She listened to our needs, and made recommendations for units, based on what we told her. Barbara took us to look at the storage unit before we confirmed and signed paperwork. Barbara was very thorough, fair, and a pleasure to work with to complete our storage unit rental agreement. We will definitely tell friends and neighbors about Valley Storage!

I have used Valley Storage for almost 3 years now. I want to express my deep disappointment at the constantly escalating rates. I searched my records going back 2 years and was paying $149.46 per month in October of 2020. Here we are in November of 2022, and I am now paying $242.74 per month for the exact same space. In 2 years time, that is over a 62% increase!!! There have been no upgrades-the place is not climate controlled their costs are pretty much fixed. There is no justifiable reason for this outrageous increase. I have spoken with Barbara, the manager, on multiple occasions, and while she is pleasant and a good front person, the rates just keep increasing leaving my concern unaddressed. I would not recommend using this facility for long term storage as they raise the rate about every 8 months.

Anyone looking for a storage unit that is top notch, Valley Storage in Dillsburg is the place to go. The folks in the office are very nice and worked with me in getting two units for our move.The units themselves are high quality with concrete floors that kept my restored antique trunk dry & in perfect condition! The facility is very secure and easy to access with the keypad personalized entry & remote gate.For the year I had my truck in storage, there were zero issues. I highly recommend Valley storage for anyone's storage requirements. Five stars!

Barbara was so easy to work with, she knew we were moving back home and understood the emotions associated with moving-and made us feel so comfortable , helped us with our concerns and all went well. The facility is clean and always accessible. The staff are very friendly and quick to respond if after hours. We have recommended Valley Storage to friends and relatives and have taken advantage of your one month free offer. Very good experience in using your facility.

Barbara is very professional and very personal at the same time. Two qualities that are rarely found together in today's world. She did a great job of explaining the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. I tried, but could not come up with any questions as she answered them all before I had to ask. Barbara should teach classes in customer service. Barbara gave me the feeling that I am renting from a friend or neighbor. I REALLY like that. The facility appears to be clean and secure which gives me peace of mind when storing my valuables with Valley Storage.

Was given info when I called the 1800 # but received the best service when I went to the office. Very helpful and accommodating.
