Mr. Elie Elysee scheduled quickly and I wasn't charged for the extra days it took to repair my transmission and brakes. The repair work was expertly done (Mr. Elysee performed additional/needful repairs which I was not charged for). My Honda Accord came back to me riding much more smoothly/quietly than it did before. I can always count on expert, professional repairs, from Mr. Elysee and his skilled Tech. Repair Team (in my specific case, Mr. Elysee worked additional late hours and during the Holidays). Mr. Elysee and his Tech. Team can expect me to return for future car repair services!!

I am dealing with an issue from hell and Elie has been an absolute blessing.The oil pump in my Ford EcoSport failed which caused me to need a new engine. I have a warranty company - NVP - that is making us jump through hoop after hoop to approve my claim. It still hasn't been approved yet but Elie has been so patient with me and understanding, and is even towing my car from a Ford dealership during the holidays for me. I could weep with gratitude. The Automotive Clinic has a customer for life with me.I do not understand how anyone could question his character in other reviews. This man is a diamond in the rough of mechanics, and I see why his lot is always full. People trust him to take care of them.

Eli my mechanic, I say that with much respect and grace. His service his employees and him are the reasons I have been faithfully coming here for all my vehicle needs. Always honest and sincere never overcharged or taken advantage of me due to being a woman. Elie and is team are very good at what they do. Elie takes time to research and explain what may be wrong with your vehicle. I had been dealing with multiple repair shops and the dealership to fix an issue with my car that had been happening for almost two years. Elie and his team found the problem, ordered parts, and fixed it in three days!

I was looking for a good mechanic for my 2004 Ford Explorer ( Eddie Bauer edition) I might add.. I had just moved to Darby , pa for about a month 1/2 now and my poor baby needed a good look at and (Eli) the owner of Automotive Clinic did just that.. He examined her and gave me her diagnosis.. he recommended what needed to be done and even offered to look into getting her some tires that I very much need b4 the winter really hits.. he was the best and I am glad I let him look at my truck.. I love my vehicle very much and I needed somebody to really take care of her. Eli and his associates did a great job.. I am definitely taking my baby back to him when she needs to be looked at again and I am going to recommend him to whoever is in the area and need a excellent mechanic.. This place has my vote for #1 best place to take your car!!!!!!

Honestly the only place I trust with my vehicles. Eli is thoroughly fair. Prices are significantly lower than the competition. And the work is top notch... From your basic oil change to even doing the entire body of your car making you look brand new, clean.

I just want to say thank you to all of the men who work at the automotive clinic. These gentlemen were awesome in the way they handled their business. From the time I dropped off my car until I had to pick it up these guys were helpful and kind. I had to drive to work and Dems went with me and was so respectful and curteous toward me. When I had to speak with Elia he was just as kind to me while explaining what was going to be done to my car. I picked up my car and it had been detailed and left sparkling. The paint job was impeccably done. I was so excited and proud. If you need your car fixed for any reason go to The Automotive Clinic and give these guys a try. So proud of these brothers.

One of the best places to get all-around car service. Spoke to the owner Elie about looking to purchase a new car, He went above and beyond what any mechanic or salesman would do. Found me a car, serviced it, painted it, and now it looks brand new; off the lot! I can't thank them enough for all their hard work. This is the best shop in PA.

I have to say The Automotive Clinic is by far the best place to take your car for repair. The Professionalism of Elie and his staff is out of this world. I only trust them with all my vehicles. They not only fix your car, they teach how to prevent problems from happening. Let me started off like this!! As far as the service with your car and prices those things are number one. Know the owner for many years now and those things won t fail as long as he s the owner of the business. But sometimes things aren t perfect, the waiting time for 2 to 3 hours after notifying him that you re coming to his shop, while he s not there but at the same time. He does not respond to your messages is a little bit uncalled for especially when you know the person for quite some time. After numerous conversations abt the treatment, it comes to a point you feel not valued or disrespected when you don t come off that way to him or others. At the end of the day we all should be treated with the same amount of value. If things still continue to be that same way when you want service, then it means u never matter in the first place. For you to say that I haven t done service there is shows your accountability value when I came for service today after speaking to you 2 months about my situation. The issue today was your customer service which is something we spoke abt many times in the past and i was there FOR SERVICE and waited for close to two hours and spoke to you prior to driving there. I told you abt my timing belt two to three months and u never got back to me... then for u to come and say u didn t work on cars when u had 3 months ago to tell me it s unacceptable. Like I said the works and prices are great in the shop and you re trustworthy in that aspect, but your customer service has been off since u became an owner. You weren t like this when u work in BMW... u have changed and after you doing this to me numerous of times. Just because you became the CEO of your own domain, don t mean you get to go around and treat ppl like that. Own up and take accountability when you wrong.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Best Mechanic hands down. Owner went above and beyond for my inspection and even ordered my registration renewal free of charge. I got a new mechanic. You won't ever regret getting any repairs done to you car at automotive clinic. The name says it all!Thank you from a satisfied customer.

The service was great and was done in a very timely professional matter. I live in Darby most of my life and always drive past this place, so I decided to give them a chance and they did not disappoint. Will continue to go there for future maintenance. Great guys!

Automotive clinic is the best auto body shop in the Delco & Philadelphia area. The mechanics at the shop are very knowledgeable and you can t beat there price. They were able to complete my car in a timely and professional manner.I will continue taking my car and will recommend anyone with a car issue to come to this shop. You won t leave disappointed

Well let me say this the mechanics here are very honest. I initially came here because I thought I had a transmission issue in which the mechanic advised I didn t. I m a female and have no clue about cars and I must say i learned something new. Overall I like this place and the people are very nice and informative....... they are very honest..... all be coming back from here on out!!!

I'm a very pleased to say that this establishment. Doesn't get enough recognition for their business. The knowledge that was brought to ny attention. On my vehicle 2012 Nissan Rouge V4, I want everyone to know that the Owner, & Staff had corrected safety hazards, that was overlooked by my Technician in Queens,NY I'm very appreciative as well Greatful for thatBest Regards,Weeb Julien Amy

I went here once before and I had a good experience. I actually went to get inspections and found out they didn t do inspections. I got willed in because he said my tire was going bad. So I got a new tire.. fast forward this weekend,I am having trouble with my brakes so I decided to go back to this place. It s not far from my home and I had a good experience the first time. So I asked about brakes he gave a rude answer. I looked shocked and a bit puzzled. I then asked if they also do mirrors he said look I m getting ready to close (it was 3:00pm on a Saturday) Told me to come back Monday. I simply drove off. Won t be going there again.. I don t care what kind of day you re having, don t take it out on customers.. I ll be going somewhere else.

I went in for head lights change and gotbetter job than what I been getting from another shop for the past year. Found out they been doing a poor job on my car. All I can say whenever you need a professional job done on your car and not just a quick service. Please this is the right and best place to go. You will get all answers and more. PS. They do everything.

Only shop I go to for anything as small as oil change to as big as a totally wreck vehicle. Had both done and the mechanics brought my 2010 nissan back to brand new for reasonable price. Awesome service!

I called for a quote, I m not to familiar with cars just driving them. All I wanted was a quote for an engine and how much labor would cost, and the man that I spoke to was rude, I hung up in tears having a full blown panic attack. 10/10 would NEVER recommend.
