The crew at Midas on state road/ west Chester pike was great. Went for an oil change, wait time was perfect. Troy gave me good pointer on keeping my car in good running condition. Will definitely go back again for future services

I received excellent service today, I went in for an oil change and my check engine light was on. I was given a call with a reasonable price and time it will be done. Big shout out to Troy, Dk and Levi. I will highly recommend to anyone looking for straight forward prices, excellent customer service and efficient work!

4/2/24 was my first visit to this place upon arrival I noticed a dead mouse in the parking lot by the front door. I was greeted by Levi told him my problem which was a muffler and a stuttering and hesitation during acceleration. He said let s take a look at it. They do their inspection and tell me I see the issue but you also need brakes I says I just changed the back brakes and rotors two weeks ago I may need front brakes but that s not what I m here for. Troy says I ll check it again but I m sure you need brakes he comes back with my brake pads and says you have at about 30% pads left, I said that s fine I ll take care of it. I let them do the work for me to come back on 4/8/24 because the car is still stuttering and hesitating while accelerating. They end up charging me $3600 for the stuttering and hesitation to still be going on to my car. Now as of today 4/11/24 I m here right now at 3pm since 9:30 am waiting for a throttle body to get here from Langhorne Pa. that they promised to put on for free and said that should fix everything. To be continued ..

Randy took care of me for my oil change today. I appreciated his friendliness and bringing to my attention things to watch for on my aging vehicle, without trying to upsell me on services. Would recommend this Midas location.

Levi is a great manager. He didn't lie about the prices like the previous one. He showed me the problem and told me he would be finished the same day and he did, he also gave me a discount. That's something most auto shops won't do. He also held onto his part of the bargain of a free oil change. Gained a new customer.

I had service at this location today (oil change, break pads/rotor, and a Safety Inspection Sticker). I d say this is the best customer service that I have received in quite some time. Also wanted to give a shout out to Troy and Levi for the exceptional services that I received while getting work completed.

It s always a great experience working with this location. Troy always takes good of care of my car and gets me in and out no prob, you can tell he really cares about his customers. It s hard to find customer service like this these days.

Recently tried to set up an appointment for transmission flush from a missed appointment that I had scheduled about a month ago. When I called, representatives who answered the phone was extremely rude when inquiring about coming in for new appointment, hung up and when I call back said it disconnected but didn't apologize. It was stated we no longer do that service anyway. I have went there as a customer over the years, but won't be returning. It was also said under different management then what I knew.

Few months ago I was at this location to get an oil change, purchase new tires and new brakes for AWD. The computer still shows oil needs to be replaced, the brakes are still making horrible noise and on top of that they kept my wheel lock which I had to go back to get and the manager had to find it in a box full of wheel locks they never give it back.!Old management was good but it s not worth bringing your business at this location.!

Went in for a $29.99 oil change and free tire rotation. I was charged regular price and was told labor is extra to actually perform the oil change. They said my tires looked fine so they did not do the tire rotation. The tech took his lunch in the middle of my oil change, so I waited for almost 2 hours.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This store is absolutely unprofessional and will charge you for work they don't complete. I came here for my front and back brakes. I had to bring my car back several times because my car was squeaking soo loud. I didn't bring my car in that way. Everytime I would tell them something was wrong, I was told to continue to driving my breaks they need to be worn in. I knew something was wrong, so I took it to the dealership and they informed me that my front brakes had incorrect pads and one of my back brakes was missing hardware and had a pin stuck in the pad (I have video). My car was deemed unsafe to drive. The dealer also discovered my tag light was out (which I paid for) and my air filter wasn't changed (which I also paid for). I had to spend an additional $900.00 to correct these issues on top of the $1100.00 I already spent at Midas. All they offered was a measly $400.00 refund. They gave me the runaround for a month to get that money back (I have receipts from the company) as they never contacted them to have my money refunded. I had to call the company and the woman contacted the store and boom I had my money within 2 days. There's soo much more that happened with my experience, but I would run out of characters to type all the details. Do yourself a favor.... avoid this store & company as a whole! Workers constantly showing up late and leaving early. Less ain't always best! The prices are cheaper but can cost you soo much more in the end!!!

The best Review I Can Give You for thinking about being a customer at this Place Is Go Somewhere Else For your peace of mind and wallet ... The One Star Is Left For You To Acknowledge You Have Been warned ...My boyfriend went here on October 14th to get work done an left with a possible oil leak that wasn't possible until they touched the car and they argued him down that it was where he got his oil changed serviced. Yet all the oil leaked out not even 24hrs after they touched it and allegedly tightened it when that wasn't part of the assignment with dash board lights that never came up until leaving them. Be mindful of going in with one problem an leaving with another especially in the oil area. My homegirl said she had the same issue where this midas stripped the Nut an she couldn't get any one else to change the oil but Them an they tried to argue her down about that. Always make sure you have another mechanic to check the work you get done through them to make sure it's accurate an that they didn't cause other damages to make money off you trusting them with your vehicle. Stay blessed All.
