It had started to drizzle and when I turned on my windshield wipers and discovered one was broken, I called the Lexus dealer. I was told I couldn t be seen for another week. I called Pep Boys and Advance Auto Parts. Pep Boys had no stock. Advance Auto Parts had me on hold for ten minutes. I went to Auto Zone and Cameron found a replacement, rang up the sale and installed the wiper in under ten minutes. He was efficient and courteous.

Stores say it s closed at 10 but they apparently close at 9. Pls update your time on the apps because it s very much an inconvenience driving there before store closing hours and someone in the parking lot telling you it s closed at 9:15 when the time for closing says 10:00pm

I broke down 1 1/2 mile from the store location when my battery died. I was able to park safely thank God. However, I still needed help with my vehicle's battery. I phoned the store and thanks to the manager Mr. Rodney Hall and his employee Mr. Jemal Wiggins I was picked up by Mr.Wiggins and driven back to the store to purchase a new battery. The manager of the store even drove me back to my vehicle and took out the old battery and installed the new one. I was even given a percentage off of the new one on the end. These two men didn't have to help me the way that they did and I am so grateful for knowing that there's still good people in the world like myself. Let's talk about promotions these two men need one as well as a monetary commission on the back end. I will be so forever grateful for their generosity. The date of this act of kindness is November 22,2021 at 7:50 or 8:00 a.m. The weather was chilly and damp. I will never forget about what they did for me.

This place never has what they say they have online. Inventory is not updated, although they are ready to send you to another location to pick up an item that states they had it at the location you're at, it's not a convenience to shop there at all.

Prices are to expensive on just about anything from now on I'll probably buy my engine oil from Amazon or Walmart

The customer service was awesome. The store manager Mr. Rodney Hall was very helpful with my car issue. He went above and beyond to make sure my car issues were addressed. I truly appreciate being a customer at his store location.

Excellent customer service is an understatement! The manager James helped me to understand a very critical function in my new car I had no idea I was damaging my car. I come in often for little things like wiper blades and accessories the staff always greets with a smile and the line is never too long, I understand it s a lot working in customer service but the staff doe s genuinely try to help everyone from what I see! Thanks again James for helping me when I couldn t get my car back on the road when the dealership refused to help!

employees need to be taught some manners. Start talking bad about customers thinking they won t understand/hear them. when you confront them they act like they don t know what your talking about. Worst employees from any auto zone I ve been too.

I called the Auto Zone on 56th & Vine they had me on hold for twenty mins, called back n he was irritated. Called Upper Darby they had my battery, he put it in. Me and the sales man was laughing n joking. A friendly environment. Nice service.

Ordered a part that was supposed to arrive the same day Later that day went to get the part didn't arrive the employee acted as if I did something wrong and I was told come back to tomorrow I arrived later the next day only to be told the same thing by a manager who didn't know if the part arrived or not requested a refund and left

They may not smile and be all customer service friendly but they will get you in and out with what you need. No long lines no waiting around while they Google BS that you typically get at auto parts stores. In and out

Extremely helpful, let me say that again, extremely helpful!! And they let me use their cart that they use to stock shelves with so I could take the stuff that I bought out to my vehicle. Very professional very customer service orientated wonderful staff! I don't give five stars very often, but these guys warranted it I wasn't there that long but for the time I was there they treated me like I mattered and they took care of me. Thanks to all of you!

I bought a battery back in February for my 2005 BMW X5, but the battery didn't work for me for some reasons.When I went back and explained to the store manager, he just went and took one right off the shelve. 1/2022 so I'm very satisfied with the exchange.

The young lady that waited on me tried to give me something that I didn't ask for and wouldn't help me find a part for a battery post told me I had to look myself. However there was a gentleman that looked it up for me and helped me out

I dunno who the man with the face tattoos was but he definitely needs a raise! Never have I met such a great person at autozone! Usually they are rude but this guy was super nice and got my battery changed in and out within 30 minutes! Best service I got ever from this man! Y'all give him a promotion!

Posted store hour on the wall said they close at 10pm but when I showed up there at 9:45 the door locked and when I called the store to make sure the girl upfront caught an attitude. I guess they don t know how treat people

#noshade didn't have the opportunity to ask an employee for help. Greeted practically as I walked in through the doors. Diagnosis ran and helped in under a half hour. I know this probably isn't typical- today however Employee 'Ron J'** set that bar. I hope this becomes standard if not already. It was almost like being selected on the 'Price is Right'. In an era where those going above and beyond seldomly get acknowledgement- today 'Ron J'** earned his flowers.-rarelysatisfiedcustomer

This afternoon I had the Worst customer Service experience that I have ever had with a Retail Business. The Manager (dark complexion, heavy set) was Rude, Obnoxious and Unprofessional. Not to mention he nor his Staff, with the exception of one young man wore a Mandatory Mask in this Covid 19 Critical Era. I would suggest that he undergoes Customer Care Training and taught the importance of wearing Mask in the workplace to avoid HEFTY FINES that are in place during this Pandemic.

Absolutely amazing!!! Jamal went above and beyond to help me! I can barely walk on me knee and he helped me in the store and walked me to my car and carried my bag for me! He was the sweetest!

I just called the store someone picked up the phone never said hello and laid the phone down on the counter after 5 minutes of listening to the employees laugh and joke around someone picked up the phone still never said hello and then put the phone on hold. There really is no good Customer Service any more. Just a lot of excuses and attitudes and unprofessionalism while your expected to spend your money at this establishment. Get your phone game up and learn the proper way to greet a potential customer.
