As usual didn't have what was needed in stock

I would give them zero stars if I could. They have wronged me several times in the past two months. First, they gave me the wrong oil fill cap for my truck. Then they gave me the wrong wiper blades for my car. Then I placed an online ship-to-home order, in which the alternator was damaged, and the radiator cap did not fit. They said they would not take the parts back in-store, even though it says directly on their website that they accept ship-to-home order returns in the store. I called the number to make the return, waited half an hour, and they then said I would be emailed the return label within 24 hours. Three weeks later, and still no label. I give up. Thanks for screwing me out of over $200 and my time. I will NOT be back!

Place is a mess. I feel claustrophobic when I come in. And this place never has anything I need. Was looking for a specific part dude couldn't find in his book. When I asked if he could look it up online to understand what I'm talking about he snapped and said everything I need will be in the book. Needless to say he didn't even find the part I was talking about let alone have one in stock.

This particular Napa auto parts was very professional and courteous outstanding prices and the employees had Excellent knowledge of my meads. I deftly suggest this place over Advance Auto Parts because they have more of a variety and they give more discounts for senior citizens Tripoli members and veterans on the United States

The people are very nice and especially helpful! I only wish they were open a bit longer for last minute and unexpected projects. But then the staff might not be as friendly

Excellent people that will help get the right parts. Needed tail light socket for my truck and they found a model in stock that would interchange.

Helpful staff. Item I needed wasn't in stock but they were able to get it by 10a.m. the next morning. I was extremely happy!

Sold me the wrong wheel bearing and my wheel fell off. They could have killed me. Don't get parts here unless you want to die.
