I really had a wonderful experience here, I came in for a State inspection with some emergency lights on in my car and the team here was so helpful and supportive. Dave from the front office was so kind and welcoming, he went out of his way to make sure I was kept in the loop of what was happening with my car. I will definitely be returning here in the future. Thank you to all the wonderful Midas team at this location for all the great help and work!

Always a great experience. They always are on top of any problem that may arise and make sure everything is in great working order. I've been taking my car here for the past 3 years and my parents have been bringing there vehicles here for at the very least 15 years now.

First time here and it was a great experience! Dave was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices were very reasonable. Offering a military discount is great too! I will definitely be back when I need more maintenance done!

I was running on threads with my tires (literally) so when my husband took a look at my tires and announced they needed replaced TODAY, I was a bit worried about who would work on my car. Midas not only fit us in last minute on a Saturday but also got quality and affordable tires on my car in less than 2 hours. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish. I'll be returning for sure!

My daughter got a flat tire so we had AAA come and put the spare on it. The tow truck driver mentioned that the Midas in Conway fixed flat tires for free. When I got there they were very busy. But they still squeezed me in and fixed the tire. They even put it back on the car too. And I was charged nothing. Dave in the office was extremely friendly and went above and beyond with helping me out! I would highly recommend going there!

I've been going to Midas in Conway for 20+ years. Always great service. Dave the manager always accommodates the days I need to bring my car in. Mechanics are great and friendly.

My husband and our adult children have been taking our vehicles to Midas for decades. From inspections to brakes to tires and major repairs-they have never failed us! Dave is like family now :-) My introduction to Midas Baden was a blessing when many years ago I took a car to the dealer and they informed me I need a major service that would cost hundreds of dollars decided to get a second opinion and dropped it off the Dave, a few hours later they contacted me to come pick up the car..when I got there it was still on the lift because they wanted to show me that the only problem with the car was a loose bolt holding the catalytic converter! They tightened the bolt and did not charge me a dime!!!! I will be forever grateful. They could have taken advantage of a 20 something year old that was clueless about car maintenance. I was able to get in and out with the help of Erick, who worked on my vehicle. My appointment was set for 0900 and I was done by 0945. To cut a part of the exhaust pipe and replace it with a new one, welded a nice bead onto the pipe and fixed the problem.

They told me drop my car off at 9am and told me it would be done by 12 .. so 3 hours I said okay because I work after 5 hours go by and they still didn t even touch my car 7 hours still nothing .. so I just went and picked back up n lost a day of work for nothing

We recently used Midas for the first time ever after our normal mechanic retired and closed shop. We had Midas look for any outstanding issues to start since we recently purchased this vehicle used. I was under the impression we had a bearing failing and I knew the brakes weren t in the best shape. Their team cleared us of a bearing issue (our tires are incredibly loud) and recommended new brake pads for the rear. In the end, we decided to swap out the rotors and pads in the rear, did a brake line flush, oil change, and rotated the tires.The only hiccup we had was post oil change, there was an issue with the filter that caused oil to drain out into our drive way after my wife returned from a shopping trip. While it could ve been a catastrophic mistake, I will say the shop owned this and provided top notch customer service. They made a house call to clean the the drive way, replace the oil and filter and ensured it was good to go.All in all, even with an issue on my first visit, I confidently say I was pleased with my interaction and service. They saw my vehicle within a few days, pricing on the work that was completed was fair, and they rectified an issue by making a house call which I appreciated very much.I recommend Dave and his team to anyone who might be on the fence. I will trust them to service our vehicles until they give me a reason not to!Services: Brakes, Oil change

I highly recommend this business. They are so professional. I needed to have a visual inspection of my undercarriage and they did not charge me for it. Extremely honest and trustworthy shop with a great manager (Dave). Excellent service. Five stars!

I had an issue with my car for weeks. I had a few people look at it and even took it to the Ford dealership and was told nothing was wrong with it but all my dashboard lights would come on and my brakes would slip. I took it to Midas and they diagnosed it and fixed it all in one day. My car is running great now. I'm so happy I found a mechanic that was able to figure out the issue. The services I needed have been done quickly and without complication. Each service was explained and I was showed where the problem was occurring; if I needed a part replaced, I was showed the bad part and explained why it was bad. Also, a few times, for minor repairs, I was taken in immediately.I'm always treated respectfully and courteously.For one repair, the wait time was going to be several hours. I was offered a ride home and picked up when the work was done, by one of the service members.The place is very popular with the locals. I imagine it is because of the excellent customer service and support.
