Thankfully I came by on a weekday morning when they weren't busy. I received OUTSTANDING customer service by Tori, who answered my phone call. When I arrived she listened to all my requests and did 50% of the work of vacuuming all the deeply embedded dog hair, ots of crushed leaves, salt, dirt, etc. that accumulated in my SUV from a cross-country trip. She also coordinated the work of others and seemed to be concerned about their welfare. Everyone who worked on cleaning my SUV put in a lot of effort and did a fantastic job!

I like the service and pricing. It s a mix of automated car wash and human help at the beginning and end. Will come back.I m not sure about the detailing prices. Wish it was easy to find.

Hello Google Family/!!!! I visited the car wash after my incredible weights and cardio workout at the Edge Fitness Club in Plymouth Meeting. I have procrastinated getting my car washed and vacuumed. However the deed was done today!!! The attendants working the car wash were nice and friendly. I purchased the Supreme option. My tab was $9.50. I enjoyed my experience here today. Good night Google Family!!!

I've been here a couple times and each time my car has turned out very nice and squeaky clean. Reasonable prices and wait isn't too long even if it's a bit crowded. Never had any issues here !

Employee attitude and customer service has a long way to go. If you are not prepeared to give car wash and tell people rudely that itll be 20 minites wait for a car wash might as well never come back here. I waited about 10 minutes even before getting any information.

Reasonably priced car wash. After visiting all the car washes along ridge ave, this one is probably the best, and is the only one that I really use.

We're from NH and we need car washes like this place in NH. The people were very nice and worked extremely hard and efficiently.

I ve been going here for 2 decades. Everyone is nice and professional, even the folks who dry off the car at the end. And when I buy the 6 pack of coupons, the price is really affordable. I ve moved 6 miles away, but I keep coming back here. My only criticism is that I wish they would stay open a little later on weekdays.

I like that before you enter the car wash. You have two people pre washing and rinsing your vehicle. Also a Towel dry when leaving.

Ridge pike car wash is one of a kind! I ve brought everyone one of my cars here. The employees are very friendly and the owner bob is more then accommodating when I needed my car detailed last minute. I would never go to any other car wash. Give them a shot! You won t be disappointed!

Pricing is good and the service is great. They have a traditional drive through car wash, which cleans thoroughly. My SUV looks very clean after driving through the tunnel, better than when I get a hand wash. No streaks or swirls and the entire vehicle gets cleaned from top to bottom. Every now and then I think it's a good idea to get a good wash underneath your vehicle, especially after a trip to the beach. They also detail cars and have powerful vacuum cleaners.

Went today and got a great car wash! They did an amazing job cleaning the inside of my car as well. I ll definitely be going back!

Started going here a few months ago, and now it's my go-to spot. Good place. Way cheaper than Philly, and lasts like a car wash should. Better exterior results than most of the newer robo washes, without all the scratches and splotches. If you've got an older car or truck like I do that matters.Good folks here who mind their business, and keep their hands off your stuff. I've seen some people here complaining, but after having read a few of the reviews it seems like the real problem is that they want stuff they didn't pay for and/or how they ask for things. Support small local businesses like this. It's good for your community and for the future. If your parents raised you with decent manners, no problems here. Just remember that respect given is respect received.

Terrible. I went there couple times. I paid extra for the tire shine and when they dried the car I told to guy and he gave me a hard time. Asking my how much I paid. Never again. The people, well, one guy in particular is so miserable I d never go there. I drive out of my way to Clean Machine in Fort Washington. Much better. A friend of mine when there and asked the guy to dry his door jamb and they attendant said I don t get paid to do that . Nice, good to know.

Excellent wash! Same price as my local car wash, but far superior. Before you enter the wash, the guys do a great job washing your car, even the pesky leaves that get caught in your windshield wiper vent. I'm coming here from now on.

When I went there the people were nice. Very respectful. I dropped my car off for the "Ultimate Was" which is the most expensive. Pretty much a full wash and detail. When I picked my car and hour later, I realized it was poorly done. The vacuum was bare bones. There was still dust on the dash and gauges. I was not pleased with the outcome for the price I paid. Would not recommend. Would not go back.

ALWAYS go above and beyond. Fran and the other teammates were helpful with recommendations for cleaning the interior of my car. IF you live or work locally, they offer coupon books, with 2 free washes, which makes it well worth the book. Highly recommend.

These guys are awesome. Super friendly and they do an amazing job! It s by far the best car wash in the area (I ve tried them all) and it s reasonably priced.

One of the best car washes I've ever been too, not only did the wash itself do a fabulous job but a couple guys that stand out are bill and Fran, they made me feel like I've been going there for years. Thanks you two it was a great experience!

I drive an SUV and I gave 1.50 dollar to a clown working here for dry it up. He made the aggravation short and complained that my car is double the size any regular car. Rushing to get to work, I just smiled at him and asked him the regular price for any regular car. The low life; miserable, pathetic, weird ,unhappy, hungry, uneducated, ignorant, disgraceful, dishonored, shameless,...; employee came up, then, with some attitude in his face, and didn't say a word. He is lucky I was busy, if not I may have nice talk about imposing his own tariff in full service car wash...

I've been frequenting this car wash for years and have NEVER had anything but great reviews to give. In a time where everyone seems to rush their clientele in and out without care and diligence, I must say Ridge Pike Car Wash is a breath of fresh air. The "Ultimate Wash" for $20 is a heck of a bargain. It's essentially a mini detail. Twice a year I get the Handwax Special thrown in for an extra $30. I can't recommend this place enough!

The service is just OK, not really a very good choice to go premium wash, maybe just for a daily routine wash. People are polite and nice, but they don't really care that much about your car. They clean the front and rear bumpers manually, while you can hear that noise inside with your windows shut (it means they are definitely not "gentle"). So after several times going there, you can find small scratches all over your bumpers. And most of the times, they don't really dry you car, leaving water spots over the body, mirrors and your windows. If that happens to be a sunny day, you know what's gonna happen afterwards...I also tried the premium wash several times which includes tires and rims, while they only spray some of those tire-shine products and not really clean your rims at all before that. So it's pretty like a "what was there will still be there, but shiny" deal. If you care about your paint and always want to have a scratch-free look, this place is not the right one.

I just got out of the wash, very reasonable price, thorough wash, friendly employees. The automated wash wasn't geared toward speed but rather took it's time and the results showed. I'll be coming here from now on.Services: Auto detailing, VacuumingServices: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

Waited at window for 5 mins until someone showed up- and in no hurry to help me (or the 4 cars behind me. ) all was fine until the kid who was hand drying the cars at the end took his tip and said- "tsk cheapskate" Owner needs to talk to his employees and teach them customer service. the dryer will not receive another tip from me as I will not return If you dont mind ignorance and poor treatment- go here!

Dang! Expectations blown away! Awesome job might as well have been a full detail. They took about an extra 15 mins after wash to fully vac, windows, armour all, the works. Really nice job guys. Thanks!
