Ah, I don't even know where to start!!! All positives of course.1. Helped me figure out that my alternator was bad (code popped up with a scan) on a Friday just before close.2. Scheduled to bring car in on the following Tuesday, and were able to get part and finish it the next day (a much quicker turnaround than I'm used to!)3. Reasonable and fair pricing, given my car (PT Cruiser) can sometimes require a lot of work and patience.4. Honest and open about problems, cost, etc - as a woman, I felt heard here and didn't feel ripped off or the like.I will totally be back for routine maintenance and any other problems!

If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. Paul is very honest and very helpful with any issue I ve ever had with my car. I don t go to anyone else around.

Another 5 star review for Paul. Twice now he has helped me out in a bind and fixed my car. I made the mistake of using a different mechanic who charged me for a part he NEVER put in and misdiagnosed something else. After getting it looked at here, Paul was able to get me the part needed. Not only that, he was able to find the part used, in perfect condition that was less than half the price of buying it new. My car was fixed quickly and done correctly. Paul himself is personable, practical, and really cares about his customers. As long as I live in this area I will only be taking my car here.Thank you Paul!!!

Paid for a PPI (pre purchase inspection) for a car I ended up buying for $10k. I took it here reading the reviews online expecting them to be thorough. 2 days after driving the car I noticed a vibration. Took it to shop close by me. Turns out the car has a bad engine mount, as well as worn control arms and tyrod bushings. $1k worth of repairs that would have been good to know prior to purchasing this car. This place has a a lot of good reviews, but in my experience they saw me as an expert say way to make a quick buck. Tread carefully brining your cars here. You ve been warned,

Paul runs a very well oiled and tight shop. From all appearances, his lot is always full of cars to be worked on. That says that lots of folks think so also. His mechanics are all certified and the work bays are always filled. Kind of out of the way to find but definitely worth the search.

I switched to Paul's garage about a year ago and so glad I did. Unlike most mechanics I've dealt with, Paul understands that the cost of repairs matters to his customers and goes the extra mile to find the best prices for parts. He literally called me one day to say he found a part for my Nissan Frontier but that the person who was selling the part "wanted too much money for it." It was refreshing to know that he didn't just buy the part knowing I'd have to pay for it. Paul and his staff are genuinely friendly and courteous. They also work hard to make things very convenient for their customers. You might find a bigger shop, but you probably won't find a better one. They have a very high level of empathy for their customers and put customer needs first. I've had few mechanics in the local area and Paul's Auto by far has been the best. Paul and his crew are honest and they provide high quality work for a very reasonable price. I' took my car for a frozen bolt on alignment - and Paul and his crew were able to fix in much less time and cost compared to other local shops. I highly recommend Paul and I'll be a repeat customer for a foreseeable future.

Paul s is the BEST out there! My husband and I were stranded on the highway with a busted tire and a bad alternator. We googled and found Paul s and were towed there! Best decision we could ve made. Mr. Paul is the kindest, most sincere man and took our car in right away. He and his team got us a new tire and alternator, all while we waited and in less than 1.5 hours! That is unheard of on a Friday afternoon! These guys are the real deal and at great prices! If I lived closer, this would be my go-to shop! If you re looking for a good mechanic with great morals, honesty, service and prices, go to Paul s. They will take care of you! Thank you so very much, Paul! I was a first time customer at Paul's Auto repair and the experience was wonderful! I am always hesitant to find a new mechanic, but Paul's Auto proved me wrong. The staff was friendly, professional, and finished my car within a few hours of dropping it off. Also, the pricing was extremely fair, for high quality work. My long time mechanic just retired / closed up his shop, and I switched over to Paul's Auto for last 12 months. Great shop - everyone is honest, hardworking, reasonable and straightforward with what you need and what you don't need. High recommend! Forget the chains and support your local small businesses!!

Paul is by far the best mechanic I have had after having lived in multiple cities. He has done transmission work, flood diagnostics, and routine maintenance on both of my cars with great work and fantastic prices. Small family business. Affordable, honest service. My tire had a slow leak after running over a nail. They plugged the leak in 10 minutes and charged me $20. Can't beat that. I've gone there at least a half dozen other times and always have a similar experience.Their parking lot is small and always over-crowded. They make it work, but that's the only negative I can think of.

went in for an inspection and ended up needing new brakes/rotors, too - when I got the call I was so nervous to hear the price but then SHOCKED by how low it was! service was super quick too. Paul is a true example of what excellent customer service is. He is always polite and goes out of his way to help as fast as possible. I called with an emergency this morning and even though they were slammed, he still took my Jeep, diagnosed it and will have it ready tomorrow morning. And the price is honest. Best auto shop around.

The reviews say it all but let me add another. Thank you for the quick service after a complication after a home brake repair. I had gone to another auto repair shop and was told my rotors needed to be replaced but turns out it was just a bent piece of metal. Will be bringing my car here for all further service. Thanks!

Paul is a life saver! My boyfriend and I were on our way back home to Kentucky (9 hours away) and my transmission was having some serious problems. He was so kind and reworked his schedule to allow us to get back on the road. My car drives better than before, he did a phenomenal job! I can t recommend this place enough! Thank you Mr. Paul!

If you bring your car here Paul and his crew will definitely take care of you to say the least! This dealership is by far the most honest, doing right by the customer through price and service. Paul is very genuine and cares for the safety of his customers. He offered to give me a ride to the shop so I could retrieve my vehicle without having to pay a costly Uber. I called Paul s Auto Repair Wednesday afternoon to check if there was any availability for this morning. Paul was generous to squeeze me into his schedule and I got my car back in such a timely manner. He calls you every so often to update you about what s going on and he always keeps you informed. In my 25+ years of owning different cars, I can finally say I've found a place where I feel comfortable saying that I have a reliable mechanic. I've been at Paul's several times over the past few years and every single time I've been met with great service and fair prices. It's never fun to have to take your car in for any kind of repair or inspection, but these guys do it right. I highly, highly recommend this place if you are looking to find a place to take your vehicle.

Paul is friendly, helpful, and considerate. I had recurring problems with my car and he persevered through fixing them and did not continuously charge me. I am thankful to have found this auto shop!! Highly recommend!

I moved to Conshohocken a few years ago and with that began the search for a new garage to service my car. Paul and his team came recommended and rightly so. I ve had great experiences coming to Paul s Auto Repair. My bf has been going there for six years and recommended it to me when I moved to the area. Paul and his staff are trust worthy, attentive, and always go the extra mile to take care of their customers. My mom s battery went today and she needed to drive home (2 hours) in the snow. They took her right in to evaluate it and had a new battery put in within 30 mins. They even noticed my flat tire as I sat waiting for my mom and they fixed it right away. The service and genuine care these people demonstrate is amazing. #lifecustomers

I had what seemed to be a very costly repair in my car. I went to numerous mechanics and was told the problem was one thing when in reality that was not the problem at all. I took my car to Paul and he found what the problem really was and fixed it within hours. He's super honest and friendly and very decently priced. I will not be taking my car to anyone else. The whole staff there are super friendly and helpful. So refreshing to find an honest mechanic.

Very trustworthy. I recently moved to Conshohocken and needed to find a new repair shop. I originally brought my car there due to proximity, but now I bring all my car issues to Paul because he/his team are knowledgeable, honest, and quick.
