I took my car to Dempsey's without calling ahead of time because I forgot the name of the place. Both times the owner came outside and spent time looking at my car and figuring out the problem and let me know what needed to be done. One of the times I was working with a different automotive place and after a few failed attempts and me realizing that they weren't gonna solve the problem, I took my car to Dempsey's to see if they could help. Ryan, the owner, came outside on the spot and helped me with my car by examining the symptom and then letting me know what needed to be done. I was shocked because like I said, another mechanic couldn't get to the bottom of the issue but Ryan was able to identify the problem, told me what needed to be done, and charged me a very reasonable price! I was new to the area but after the second visit there I knew I found my mechanic. The only reason I didn't stay with him after the first time was I ended up at the wrong place by mistake. Dempsey's gets you in very quickly and is VERY reasonably priced. Ryan and his staff are the best around. My company has been in a pinch with our trucks going down and these guys have had our vehicles back on the road ready to go super fast and fairly priced. Couldn t ask for a nicer or more reliable team. Thanks Ryan!

I called them at 9:30 on a Tuesday and they had the old brakes off and the new ones on by 5 PM. They were great to deal with and did an excellent job making sure the car is ready to roll.

Ryan helped get my car serviced for a 2300 mile trip I had to make. Thanks for getting me in early and at a very affordable price. Many years of experience. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Dempsey s Automotive! Ryan is super helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He took the time to explain the entire process to me, fit me in with last minute notice multiple times, and was a pleasure to work with overall. 5 stars, hands down!

I was in a desperate situation with a flat tire, while many auto body shops were closed today (Sunday). This place was open and took the time to examine the tire. There was no obvious sign of why the tire ran out of air. The people there performed a thorough examination and filled the tire with air and sent me on my way at no charge! Most places would overcharge for even looking at the car, but this shop maintains an honest work atmosphere. Great people!Service: Tires

This guy is absolutely amazing. He is impeccably skilled and just an all around wonderful being. My car began to make a very loud grinding noise every time I stepped on the breaks, I knew I needed to get it fixed right away. Unfortunately, it was around Christmas time and I did not want to spend a bunch of money. He was the only man who gave me a fair price in Conshohocken. Not to mention, he got the job done quick. He is my new guy. He has many many many years of experience and he really knows his stuff when it comes to cars. I used to go to pep boys, but not anymore. If you re in the area or close enough, this is your guy. The best in the city, 5 stars, HANDS DOWN.Service: Brakes
