I can't say enough positive things about this service center. I have taken my car here for routine maintenance many times and it was always a good experience. But today I had somewhat of an emergency where I blew out my tire and was riding on a spare donut where you cannot go over 50 mph and needed a replacement asap. I called them up and they were able to provide me an appointment that same day, even though they were booked solid. The customer service is excellent and they really do seem to actually care about their customers well being and not just dollars and cents which I find to be rare these days. Ronald Cichonski and the whole team at the service center are just amazing and I can't thank them enough and will always recommend this business to people I know. Thank you Conicelli Honda Service Center!

Andrew helped us with the purchase of our new Honda Odyssey. He was AMAZING!!! Kept us informed, always available to answer questions and concerns. When we got the car he spent a good amount of time sitting in it with us explaining every function -- so helpful. We will be back to purchase our next car from Conicelli

Five stars all around! If you have any service needs for your Honda, then taking it to Conicelli is the best option. It was so easy to schedule an appointment online, and receive timely text messages confirming and reminding me of my appointment.Service was excellent - from being immediately greeted at the car drop off, to the polite service I received at the check-in counter, and to the wonderful service provided roundtrip by the courtesy shuttle! It was easy to sign up for the shuttle and my driver, Dean, was so nice, polite, and a safe driver! I highly recommend him!Everything was quick too - my car was in the shop and reviewed within 30 minutes so there was no long wait times. I will always bring my car here for any future service needs!

Wow! Hundreds of 5-star review aren't wrong, and I'm thrilled to add another one! Conicelli Honda is not the closest Honda dealer to me, but it was 100% worth taking my car here for service. I'll be going back for anything my car needs. This was my first trip to Conicelli and every part of the process was seamless. Check in was quick and my service advisor, Anthony Flock, took notes on the issues I was having and informed me of what the techs were going to test on my car to diagnose the issue. The shuttle to work left right on time and the driver was very kind. My car was fixed quickly - thank you Paul for taking care of the repair! - and I was picked up from work promptly to retrieve my car. This was hands down the easiest car repair experience I've ever had, from making the appointment to picking up my car, and I am so gratefull to the wonderful staff at Conicelli Honda Service for taking care of my car!

I have been going to honda service department since 1998 withall my CRV's. They explain any issues that have to get repaired with respect and efficiency. Been going there since 1998. The best!

Service "advisor" refused (or was probably too lazy) to check if my car is still under warranty unless I brought the car in for service. Called another Honda dealer and they not only instantly confirmed my car was still under warranty but also let me know that there was an open recall on my vehicle. I'll be taking my business to another dealer after this interaction.

I usually avoid dealerships at all costs, but when my 90 s Civic broke down and wasn t able to be properly diagnosed by a local shop, I was left with no choice. I should have had my car towed to Conicelli from the start!They quickly had the car looked at and diagnosed. My service advisor Brian Ly was absolutely top notch and made sure I was being taken care of within my budget. They were fast about making repairs and even offered a local shuttle service when it came time to pick-up! I will certainly be back.

I purchased a used 2016 Honda Pilot from Conicelli Hyundai for a good price. I feel like my experience there wasn't the best, but it was fine. I noticed a couple issues after I got it home in the first week, and I reported them to the sales person immediately. The lift gate was super loud, the windshield wipers flew off when you turned them on, and the radio would stop working after being used for 10 minutes. So many annoying issues. I am SO thankful they had the service done at Conicelli Honda. That service department is the BEST!! I worked with Dan McGee, and I am so VERY thankful for him. It took about 3 visits, but all the issues got resolved and he got them all covered by the dealership that sold me the car. I wish we lived closer to that service department because I would use them for regular maintenance and service. Everyone I encountered at Honda Conicelli was friendly and wonderful to work with. Including the guy who receives the cars when you drive in to drop off your auto for service. The pull in garage set-up is brilliant, by the way. Big props for Dan and the whole service department. Last time I was in here I had a terrible experience. Then this time was wonderful. My key fob battery works again and my rep was so sweet that he heated up my snack for me (I thought there used to be a microwave). I'm not even mad about the power going out. It took them 15 mins, but they figured out how to crank open the garage doors manually and get cars down off the lifts. Thank you Conicelli service staff!Service: Oil change

A huge shout out to Joe Saxon and Tim Rafferty and their team for their professional, compassionate, and 'beyond the norm service' when our Honda Pilot was stranded overnight at KOP. Our car was night dropped on Sunday, and they worked through Monday to replace our alternator and battery so we could make an important. family appointment in Lewisburg, Pa on Tuesday. We were out of town strangers and they treated us like family! We'll remember you all when we shop this summer for our sixth Honda! Service started out rocky with none of the service managers acknowledging me for a good 5 minutes while there were at least 6 behind the desks. Then the head service guy came out brought me in to his office, processed my check in very quickly. My service took less than an hour and everything was done correctly. Brian is the best Honda service advisor I have ever met. Always being so helpful and explaining everything patiently. This Wednesday my car have battery problem, we contact Brian and he got back to us right away after his day off, then help me schedule a service immediately. I really appreciate his help. This place became my no.1 pick because of Brian.

I booked an online appointment to complete my general service appointment for the car. The Associates were professional and attended my car promptly. Overall it took me a couple of hours as it was bit busy but their lobby area was nice and tidy. Ambience was good, restrooms were well-maintained. They have a kid's room in case someone needs to take their kids along with them. Vending machines, lots of power sockets adjacent to well-cushioned sofa seats. Overall, I really liked the place.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I used the express service yesterday for an oil change and their free check on other things in advance of summer travel. It was an excellent experience in every way. The service advisors were efficient and nice, the cashier guy was very personable, the waiting area is comfortable, the price was competitive, and most importantly, the express service was truly quick despite the fact that they were busy - I was out of there in less than an hour.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Came here to get winter service done. Staff was able to service my car and also recommend other things to get done. What I love about the staff is that they tell you what you need to get done and what can wait but their honesty is what makes me feel good to know that they care not just about you but making sure your vehicle maintenance is taking care off. I am a single parent with two kids and I need hard working honest caring mechanics to help me keep my car running in great condition. Thanks Conicelli Honda Service Center.

Though this is a very good service center, they are overpriced compared to other local Honda dealer service centers. This service center is fantastic to wait in since the remodel, spacious, comfortable, modern. Conicelli finally fixed exiting their property where you don't have to risk your life to make a left onto Ridge Pike anymore, there's now a tragic light. I like this service center, just be aware you're overpaying for the exact same service charged by other dealer service centers. Honda is pretty exact in their service requirements, the Maintenance Minder codes are specific services, so Conicelli isn't offering anything the others aren't, they just cost a decent amount more.Service: Auto maintenance

All the things you need or want in Parts and Service are at Conicelli. My Honda is in excellent shape thanks to the Service Center. Very nice waiting area. Good system keeps you up to date if you're waiting for your car to be finished. Want to make a particular shout out to the shuttle driver who got me back home and picked me up when the car was ready. Unfortunately I never asked his name, but his service was excellent. (Monday 3/15/21 around 10AM.) Courteous, careful driver, good conversation, very good communication on the pick-up. He is a credit to your company and deserves a sincere "Well done."Services: Battery, Oil change

Perfect place for getting car serviced ! The technician Steve was superb, very transparent and fair. I had fuel injector and emission problems on a 4 year old CrV , presented an estimated labor and cost of $150 and when I picked up my actual cost was zero for emissions system problem, fuel injector replaced and covered under warranty!To top it, they have a wonderful lounge and excellent shuttle service to complement for drop and pickup at designated time slots.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto emissions testing

I scheduled an appointment with Conicelli Honda to address an issue with my AC system. While discussing the issue with my service agent Anthony, I was advised that I would be responsible for paying for the diagnostic fees upfront and then if it was determined that the issue with the AC system was covered under warranty, I'd be reimbursed in full. This was not something I anticipated so I decided to come back another day. Anthony left his station for a moment and returned with a solution he proposed which I agreed to. Returning another day was no longer needed. I decided to hang out a couple of hours while my car was being serviced and it was to my satisfaction as well as covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Not long ago I went to another Honda dealer only due to the convenience of its location. I won't name the dealer out of respect but due to the poor service and unfriendly staff, I don't want to see anyone else experience the same service while in Limerick, right off of 422. ;) When I pulled into the service bay, it actually took around 8 to 10 minutes just to be acknowledged even though there were staff standing around. There was more to my visit that left me very dissatisfied but that's okay considering we the customer have options such as other dealers that would appreciate me as a customer obviously more than they did. At Conicelli, my overall experience was a positive one and from then it was clear to me that I will be returning to Conicelli Honda for all future services on my vehicle.Service: Air conditioning

The staff is always friendly, considerate and willing to work with me to keep repair costs to a minimum. I loved that I was able to schedule my inspection entirely online the night before and they were ready to go when I arrived the next day. The service center waiting room was quiet, comfortable, and there was ample space to socially distance. When my car was returned, the windows were down for ventilation and the interior had been sterilized which left me feeling safe and secure.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I've been a customer of the Conicelli Honda Service Department for the past two years. All of my experiences have been great ones which is why I come back to this dealer every time. As a car guy, clear communication about what is going on with my car is the most important thing to me. Steve, my advisor most recently, was able to deliver fantastic service.

Annual State car Inspection service from Conicelli Honda. Greeted by friendly attendant immediately upon pulling car into service area, then promptly waited on by service writer. Waited for the work to be done in a clean, bright service area. Spent a few moments in a connected newly remodeled showroom, also with friendly people in the area. The car was finished in a much quicker time than was expected, and when I got the car, it had plastic coverings on the steering wheel and seat for sanitation purposes. Overall, a very nice experience for this auto service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

If you have a Honda, this is THE service center to take it to. Steve Smith at the service desk has been terrific and extremely responsive in helping me solve a problem that Piazza Honda of Philly caused (and couldn't solve) with my starter. Even though this Honda Service Center is further away from me than three others, I still go out of my way to go here because I know I will get great service. And they're fast! Every time I bring my car in, I'm out at least an hour earlier than I expected. Cannot recommend enough!

My tire pressure light came on and I was hearing a noise coming from the rear passenger side. The noise sped up as I drove faster. I tried putting air in the tires but the light stayed on. Called my dealer and they got me in, on a Friday, in one hour. Turned out a bolt had gotten lodged in the tread and opened the tire. I was so appreciative that they got me in and out immediately, and I was able to have safe travels afterward. Thanks, Conicelli. I ve been a customer for over 25 years. From start to finish Anthony Flock took great care of me. He checked me right in, when service was finished took the time to go over everything with me before I paid. I also called back to go over some of the services they did, had some questions after I left and he was very patient answering every question in great detail. Was also nice enough to keep trying to get back to me after we played phone tag for a few rounds.
