A title was supposedly mailed out to me on a vehicle that I bought on 12/18/2023 and was told that it was mailed on 12/27/2023 to my residence in cherry hill nj. Even with the holiday, mail doesn t take 9 days. I never received the title and I m told that I have to pay $120 for a title that I never received and that isn t even in my name yet. So basically I m just SOL. Never again will I buy from here.

Great time if your trying to by a car but if your trying to sell a car if your not a dealer good luck because your going to be on a long list and chances are Your car won't be sold or even end up at the end

I would suggest to stay away from these people, I lost my hard earned money going there, I went with hope of getting good deals and I lost money, people are not empathetic, careless and won't respond.I am waiting to get my problem resolved, else I shall run a campaign free of charge against them untill my problem is resolved. It never happened to me and this is the first time happening in my life, I shall do every bit to educate others.

They literally stole a car from me. High bidder means nothing. The general manager is the most arrogant and most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in the business. Dealers and public. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

This is not a public auction. It's a delear's auction. Shady looking dealer's auction. There should be a separate day for non-dealers. Afterall, they have a dealer's only day. Dealer's have the cash to raise the bidding. You will have a very slim chance outbidding the dealer's who buy a few cars a week. Terrible place to buy from in that regard.

Been a customer at Carriage Trade Auto Auction for a lot of years it's a great place to buy and sell cars the only thing that I miss is when the cars used to run through the auction it used to make it more exciting and more intense for buyers to buy cars at the moment people get more excited and want to spend more money bring back the cars to run through the auction please stop being cheap pay those drivers and get them back on The Auction Block

Besides Joe and Tim, everyone there had a terrible attitude. The place is highly disorganized. And dirty. We walked in while half the power was out and the woman at the desk told us to walk out into the lot, look at the buy it now section , which wasn t labeled whatsoever. When my husband asked how we test drive a car she told us that the keys are in the car and just to hop in and drive it.When we went out to the lot, no one was there to meet us, so we followed directions and got into a car to test drive. Only to have a man approach us that claimed he worked there, telling us that no one told you to drive the cars and I m gonna drive this back where you found it . He then drove us to the correct unlabeled Buy It Now section. The car we wanted claimed a Clean CarFax with no accidents. My Credit Union found not one but TWO ACCIDENTS REPORTED on the vehicle. The driver side front wheel was flat. The car was dirty. After deciding to purchase the car, we came back another day to drive it one last time. The same woman at the desk with the bad attitude had someone drive up the car.A man drove up to the cafeteria, didn t say a word to us, walked away and left the driver side door open and walked away.We purchased the car.We had 24 hours to have the car checked out.Turns out there s over $2,000 worth of damage on the car.Don t use this place if you want a pleasant and honest experience.

I went to this auction 3 times. My first 2 experiences were great. I bought cars with no problems and got great deals too. Recently, this place has really changed their business model. What I use to love about this place was that it was for the public and mostly all the cars were accessible for the public.More recently this has become more of a dealers auction. You are competing here with professionals who buy 5-6 cars a week. They know all the tricks of the trade and you as a regular joe get screwed. Be extremely careful with this place. It has become quite shady over the years. If you go pay close attention to your surroundings and don't bother bidding on newer cars. You can't beat the dealers

BEWARE OF THE SECRET LEMONS. They got OVER ON me. Smh. I purchased a vehicle when we looked at it turned it on didn't have any engine light on. As soon as I paid and moved the vehicle check engine light came on for timing chain. Clearly they cleared the codes for a high purchase price. I am a single mother who is not working at the moment and needed a car ASAP. Ck engine or timing needed was not mentioned in the auction. Now I'm in a very messed up situations. Beware. Bring a engine scanner to check any car you are interested in. Try to move it back n fourth at least a mile. To see if any lights come on. I hope they are proud of their scamming. Ow yes and the photos they upload are only good ones none showing the dirtiness or missing parts. Would not recommend coming here and especially do not bid online unless you are prepared to spend more money on maintenance asap

I work for a used car dealership and we often buy/sell at local auctions. The 1st time there I was surprised to see just how big the place was..so many cars! I also had to go inside to pick up checks after selling vehicles there, drop off money for buying from them and also some title work that is all part of my job..each person I ve encountered has been friendly & professional from the security guard as I entered the business to the women/men working in the different departments I ve had to go to..so even tho there are auctions closer to us, it s worth the extra time to go to them.

Was a bit hectic for my first visit to an auction but would definitely go again. Everyone that worked there was super nice and they have a pretty good selection of cars to bid on. Actually brought my first car on the first visit. 2007 Dodge Caliber SXT. found out they're great on gas too.

Attempted to sell cars multiple times. They will openly state that they prioritize their 20 year standing dealer relationships over new sellers, cars always end up at the end with missing and inaccurate information. I placed a green light guarantee that was taken off somehow, vehicle photos were not present the morning of the auction even though I rush vehicle over on Friday to ensure that, didn t boost battery or start vehicle, the buyer was questioning whether the car will even start? Sold for way less than valued. Very poor customer care it s a take or leave it mentality. I do not advise anyone to sell a car there, other than their existing bread and butter I do believe buying is a little bit better.

Great auction good cars alot of dealers so be careful sometimes they run the bid up just because also show up early so you can inspect the vehicle's and take your time you also have to be a member to buy 30.00 membership fee good for a year a 500.00 deposit is due if you win the bid. Take your valid license and insurance info for smooth transition keep in mind auction fees and taxes.lastly take a experienced person who knows about cars and effective bidding. Do not go until you do your homework .

The people that works there are nice and very helpful. But there's a lot of hiding fees after you win a bid. Imagine getting a car for 1,100 , having your own tag and already insured. and still having to pay almost $400 extra. In fees and tax and title transfer and all. To me that don't make any sense.

The best car auction I've seen in the whole East Pennsylvania area. I got 2 cars from this place within the same year and both cars work perfectly. I highly recommend this company if your on a budget and don't want to get ripped off by the dealer.

I bought a 2011 Honda civic. Its running excellent for me. But i know you cant just go and buy cars there. You should first inspect the ones you need and make sure its all fine. So put some effort and get a sweet fruit. The employees are a great help. they are kind and help full.
