The BEST! I have been going for almost six months and the service and customer service is AMAZING. The staff is professional and courteous (Lady Manager & Mr. Bob). Their recommendations are actually warranted and not a scam trying to sell you something. The lady and my service dog are buddies and you are not sitting around for long periods of time...they get you in and out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will continue to get my services from Premium Lube Express! Keep doing what you do you're doing a great job!

Excellent work! I needed an oil change, that comes with a free car wash. They changed my two filters, which needed to be done. Plus I was able to get the interior of my van brought back to new like condition, all for less than $150. I'll be back there soon. They also have discounts for return customers.

I love coming here for my oil change. Once a year, I have to take it to Car Sense to have the oil change but in between I take it here. The customer service is excellent! I never have a long wait! They vacuum your car and give you a free car wash. I have referred them to my friends.

$118.00 on an $89.99 oil change. Not sure how it adds up but beware. They do not give you a receipt at store but say they will email it to you. Used these guys for over 10 years, not any more! Why e-mail me, just give me a receipt at time of service.

I highly recommend! This place provides quality and efficient service. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Plus you get a free car wash. I will definitely be going back here.

This was my fourth or fifth time getting my oil changed here. Not sure I d go anywhere else. In and out in 45 minutes, the guys are generally friendly and do good work. The price is more than fair plus the free car wash is a great added perk. I ve also had my car detailed here and it turned out great. Price was right again the work was very good. Overall they do a great job, clean facility, and all positives from me.

This was the fastest oil change I think I've gotten! They checked my air filters as well and I know they were correct (because I changed them myself recently). And I got a free car wash and 5-10% off next time!I didn't schedule an appointment and did a walk-in on the weekend and I can't believe it was that fast for not scheduling anything!

Had car detailed. For the most part the detailer did a great job. However, when I pointed out a few spots he missed he gave me an excuse about steaming the area rather than taking the time to look the spot. I corrected it the next day in under three minutes.I was also asked to wait for about forty minutes when I showed up to pick up my car and until the detailer returned. Unacceptable.Had the detailer just said " let me look at the spot you are concerned about" rather than blowing me off this would be a much better review.

They are a great honest place to just stop in and get your car maintenanced. I came here for many years for all types of cars I had. They are not pushy to do extra unnecessary work to make money on you... very honest and straight forward.

Nice place to have your motor oil changed, the service there is impeccable, some of the things they do are change oil, oil filter, vacuum your car out, check your wiper blades, and a free car wash. I've been coming here for the last couple years now. Good service like this you can count on me. Thanks guys much appreciated.

This place is awesome!!!! I give them 5 stars, but they deserve 10! I drove up, it s first come, first serve, so I only had one person in front of me. They had a team that worked together to check everything in a synchronized fashion. One of the team members was even vacuuming as they checked. I was in and out in 30 min.I had a bunch of things like new windshield wipers, coolant fluid , lights and they did it immediately and I didn t break the bank. Erica was managing and she was efficient and ran the show. I m impressed and will be back. They even give you a free car wash at the end!

The care and attention to detail they give for an oil change speaks for itself. I appreciated the complete inspection and explanation of the services my vehicle needed and they were able to replace my wiper blades and top fluids. All the employees were friendly and the manager is top notch! Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Needed an oil change on the fly, got it done in 20 mins. Friendly service, offered other recommendations based of make and model of my truck. Topped off fluids and checked tire pressures. Great job everyone, fast, friendly, and efficient service.

Got in and out for an oil change in 20 minutes. Friendly and not pushy. Plus you get a free car wash and a punch card for your next visits!

This is a great place to get your car serviced. The staff is all around nice and friendly, they go out of their way to give great customer service. When you go in for an oil change service you get a free car wash card to use, they have cold water or hot coffee. During the month of December they have a Christmas tree with gifts wrapped under for kids and that was a great surprise for my child. I'm really impressed with this place and will recommend to others .Service: Oil change

Seems to be new or different staff since last visit. This is not a bad or negative review as I haven't spoke to staff since visit.After getting home after oil change, my brake fluid reservoir cap was gone.I know they checked all fluids as part of the service and either the cap wasn't secured or wasn't put back at all.Again, not fair to them if I haven't told them about it. I bought a replacement cap and all is well.Service: Oil change

Always friendly and reliable staff. They give you exactly what is needed for your car and never try to up-charge with extra things that are not needed. My husband and I have been coming here for yrs. It s my go to for all my oil change needs.

Good place to get an oil change, especially if you don't have a regular mechanic. Some things are definitely overpriced (like a cabin filter) but it's nice to get topped off of fluids and tires rotated all in one visit. Would definitely recommend!

I pulled in today for a last minute oil change. The person who greeted me was so kind, they took my truck right in, and the gentleman behind the desk was so helpful. Everyone was extremely friendly. The waiting room was decorated and so clean & they had everything you could ask for while waiting. I also noticed they had Christmas coloring pages for kids!Service: Oil change

This place is great. I have been coming here for the last 7 years. Service is great and the staff is even better. I don't write too many reviews, but I had to for this place. They have never tried to upsell me or any other BS i have experienced at other places in the past. Try them out, you will not be disappointed
