I had a very positive experience. Shortly after arriving I was warmly greeted by Vinny. I explained I was only just beginning car hunting and my purpose was just to browse. Vinny carefully listened, asked thoughtful questions, and provided me exactly the right level of service and appropriate space my visit needed. I could tell he s been in the business for a while. No pressure whatsoever something I m always apprehensive about.Most importantly he kindly indulged me on my questions around the Mazda Miata (Mazda s awesome sports car) I wanted a serious look at it despite it being a bit outlandish for what I was looking for Vinny was patient and kind.I was also thankful they had a floor model on display and ready accessible to open up and make oneself comfortable.If I end up with a Mazda, this is a location and salesperson I would hope to do business with.

Today I picked up my 2017 GLE 350 4-MATIC from North Penn Mazda. This was a 1-owner trade-in vehicle that was meticulously maintained. After buying two GLEs for relatives, I m very educated about these vehicles and I wanted one for myself. In fact, I was in the market for a 2020 but after seeing this one, I had to go for it. I spotted it on Autotrader and when I called the dealer, I was greeted by Stephan. At the time, the vehicle was on hold for another customer. To my luck, I got a call later in the evening about the vehicle being available. I drove 2 hours the next morning to see the vehicle, and it was exactly as described. After seeing the vehicle, I knew this was the one. Stephan was a great salesman and I have no regret whatsoever. I was also assisted by Jason and Keith with the paperwork. Special thanks to Keith for picking me up from the Avis car rental, since I had to rent a car and drop it off nearby to pick up my new car. Overall, I m happy with North Penn Mazda and I recommend them 1000%.

Great customer service. Made an appt and they had the vehicles ready to go that I wanted to see. Stephan made the process so easy and there was no pressure while looking.Once we were ready, he made the paperwork simple, took the time to show me all the features and even introduced me to Will in servicing. I felt taken care of from the moment I made the appt to driving off with the carLooking forward to working with North Penn in the future

Vinny was my salesperson, and he found me the exact car I wanted after a few test drives of other models at Mazda. The CX-90 is beautiful. Love it! I had just gone to Toyota to check out the Highlander, and I also drove the Kia Telluride. The CX-90 is superior in so many ways. It is much more luxurious than either of those highly rated SUVs. The drive is tighter and smoother. It's like driving on a cloud. The interior is so roomy and just amazingly done. So pretty. Mazda's attention to detail is superb. MAZDA's SUVs beat the others and are well worth the money! I traded in a 2020 CX-5, which I adored, too. It was my first favorite car after many others. Now, the CX-90 is my fav.

Vinny was our sales person. He provided the best service as well as John the finance manager. They helped us purchase 2 cars and would give us updates during the whole process making our transactions smooth. I highly recommend going here.

Great Dealership! The Sales people were very nice and helpful when I bought the car from them. And every time I ve had work done on the car, it s always fast and easy and the people are very friendly and polite. They even did maintenance and completed inspection in the middle of a snow storm last time! Will definitely continue going back!

Had a car buying experience that was bar none the best experience I ve had. Vinny, my salesperson, was informative, efficient, personable and not pushy. He worked flawlessly to trade my GMC Yukon for a CX-90. Highly recommend North Penn Imports/Mazda.

Fantastic service department. Dominic is the man! He helped me through getting my CX-5 fixed. Shout out to the technician who worked on my car also. I originally bought the car from random dealer and it had an issue with the lifters, in hindsight should have just bought one from North Penn. I can't begin to explain how amazing they were. Constantly keeping me updated, got me a loaner car, and so many more things that made what is sometimes a stressful process so much better. Thank you Amanda for running a great service department, you guys really are helping people and making a difference. You have my utmost gratitude.

This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had in any industry. They people at the dealership are so friendly and polite. The service is so well organized. I particularly liked the short video texted to me with a walkthrough of what the car service entailed. Really great experience.Adding an update. I have now tried North Penn Mazda for a purchase, a service and (unfortunately, just last week) a collision repair.They remain one of the best service experiences I have had. Every interaction is efficient with really pleasant nice people and no one trying to hard sell you or adding unexpected charges.This is a really great customer experience no matter what service you need them for.

Took my car there for service, they were absolutely fantastic! I had to have my car inspected, I also had an oil and filter change. The time for a tire rotation was coming up, and because they had the wheels off to inspect they just rotated the tires free of charge. That's a great dealership, not one that tries to stick it to you every chance they get! I have been a Mazda customer going on 10 years now and have gone through five Mazdas. My next Mazda I will definitely buy at North Penn Mazda!UPDATE: Just leased a car there for my son. GREAT buying experience! Sales person - Chris, super helpful and followed up to make sure all was good!

Sales was fairly painless compared to other car purchases I've been involved with. The salesman was friendly enough, but he was clearly just trying to close the sale and move onto the next sale (never even asked my name - I was there to buy a car for my mom). Their finance guy was the easiest auto finance person I've ever worked with (all past purchases I've been involved with, the finance people were pushier than sales). Service dept was the most lacking (and this tends to go for any dealership I've had to go to). Info was not provided at the time of making the appt, and then when I pointed out something to the service adviser at the time of drop off, they never even bothered looking into it.So:2 stars for sales4 stars for finance1 star for service

Every dealership should strive to be what North Penn Mazda is. Top notch from sales to service and parts. The whole team has been fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough. Even my mom commented how nice they were when she went in for her first oil change which was also free of charge btw!

North Penn Mazda is always an excellent facility. Anytime a rebate, or recall is needed for my vehicle they handle it will professionalism and are not pushy on any additional services , you can go in for exactly what you want and make your decision without dealership pressure although they will do a thorough job reviewing what your car needs.

Everyone from the first phone call of scheduling with Ishrak and dropping off the car with Will. Everything was explained to me in a meticulous and clear manner. It was great to have a car for the day to rent at no charge. They made the pickup easy. They even washed my car. Everyone was lovely.

They do a good job and are great at communicating as work is being done. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are a little pricey. But I go there because they know their Mazda s best.

I was looking for a specific vehicle (CX5-Turbo) that is not easy to come by in the color I wanted. I started calling dealerships within 100 miles and making connections. I happened to call North Penn Mazda and coincidentally spoke to Cee. He told me that although he didn t have that vehicle he could try his hardest to find it using his network, and asked me if I wanted to see what the best customer experience would be like. He was being very truthful! Within 24 hours he located this vehicle in Allentown and within 3 days it was onsite at North Penn. Pricing was fair, financing was easy, pickup was quick and communication was on point and totally personal from start to finish. I am sure they are a busy dealership but I honestly felt like I was the top priority during every step of the purchasing process. My vehicle is exactly what I wanted for my daughters and I. Thank you SO much!!

Best car buying experience I ve ever had. Vinny was my salesperson: friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, super helpful, no pressure. The paperwork and financing went smoothly. I got a great deal on my trade-in and better financing through Mazda than I found anywhere else. Last but not least, Vinny gave me a (much appreciated) tutorial of the car s features and set up the Mazda app on my phone.

I recently leased a new Mazda CX-5 suv from North Penn Mazda and I couldn t have worked with a better group of guys. I worked with Tim Sheehan and Johnathan Sell who both went above and beyond to make sure I was given the best price for my trade in. What I loved most about my experience is how they listened to my laundry list of amenities I wanted for my car and made sure I drove off the lot with every single one of them. Will be recommending them to my family and friends

TL; DR- This place is unreliable, and has cost me a many hours of time, frustration, and gas money. Everything about this simple repair has been terrible.1. They sold me a car with a defective extending mirror. Ok, things happen, it s intermittent so maybe they just didn t notice. But it s dangerous when some of the time, I m already on the highway before I realize my mirror didn t extend and I can t use it.2. I drove it back to the dealer and showed the salesperson, who said bring it back when the shop s open for warrantee repair. Bear in mind, each trip back is >2 hours driving for me round trip.3. I brought it back (2 hours), and they refused to repair it, even though their employee witnessed the problem, because it didn t replicate when the tech looked. They said the only way they d repair it is if I had a video.4. I took a video and brought it back (2 hours). They agreed to fix it.5. I went to pick it up (2 hours). Once I got on the highway with the repaired vehicle, the mirror started rattling and vibrating. Turns out it s loose and not installed correctly.6. I brought it back (30 extra minutes). Techs were already gone, so I need to make another 2 hour round trip later.It s also taken multiple days because first they didn t have a part on hand, then the part they got was broken. Every aspect of this has been frustrating.

Had the best experience at North Penn Mazda. Nic Shurtz and Kyle Neith answered all my questions and gave the best price compared to other dealers. Nic was very patient about answering all my questions and is quick to get back to me with any little question I have about all the gadgets since upgrading from a 2013 Mazda 5 (also purchased at North Penn). Glad to see their dealership is still top notch. It s the only place I would recommend for a Mazda.

Love my new CX5 and working with Stephan was such a pleasure. He was patient and helpful and not pushy at all! Ive been in a bunch of dealerships this year and last year and I did not always have the best experience. North Penn Mazda is a place I dont mind going back to again.

My fianc� and I were looking for a specific car for a lower price (CX-30 basic model) and were super impressed and pleased by North Penn Mazda and Cee who helped us through the whole process. We were struggling to find this model anywhere within the time frame we needed, but when I called and spoke with Cee, he told me one had just arrived that day and even held the car for us until we were able to drive the hour to get there. He then spent hours helping us figure out all the logistics so we could take the car home the same day. Overall, this dealership and Cee provided wonderful customer service and I will definitely consider them in the future.

Just purchased my second vehicle from North Penn Mazda. The process was very smooth, and most details were worked out before I went into the dealership to finalize the purchase. Worked with Tim in sales and John in finance. Both are good people and very easy to work with very professional, responsive, and respectful. I highly recommend North Penn Mazda!

We had a scheduled appointment to look at a used car, we live an hour away from north Penn Mazda so before leaving i called to make sure the car was still available and the salesman chris told us that the car was there and he would have it ready for when we would be arriving. When we were almost at the dealer about 10 minutes away we got a phone call that the car has been sold.
