Extremely shocked & disappointed with Bergey Kia. Arrived at this dealership for our scheduled appointment this past Saturday (2/24/24) to pickup my Godsons new 2024 K5 GT @ 10:15am. This brand new vehicle was brought out to us dripping wet (as if they just ran it through a gas station car wash).I m in my middle 50 s and have purchased many new cars throughout the years, along with my brother in-law (my Godsons father), and have never come across this! The sparkling new car factor was sadly removed from our very poor and easily avoidable experience.After making the uncomfortable mention of this and asking if they could perhaps wipe it down and go back over it, they did.At this point, the car looked somewhat acceptable. However, the wheels, which are one of the most gorgeous highlights of the car, were not even touched (see pics).We were NOT about to ask them a second time to do what they know how to do, but blatantly neglected.The dealership had several days prior notice of our appointment, along with the knowledge of our 90 minute drive each way. Perhaps this is why their quality control over the deplorable delivery in this brand new car was not so important to them.Obviously we will not driving back. No worries, we will be scheduling a detail this week so my Godson can see the proper way a brand new car should be delivered.On a positive note, our sales representative and finance manger were both excellent.

I had such a awesome experience with Mia! She was knowledgeable, polite, easy going, and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with and aware of each step of the process while purchasing my car. The finance department was wonderful as well!We will definitely be coming back to Bergeys and recommending our friends to go there and see Mia.

It was as I expected. Good customer service. They uploaded the patch for the recall, took pictures of the leater cracking on my steering wheel for a potential warranty claim, tested the bluetooth (as I asked) and suggested more than $700 of service and maintenance (some "urgent" brake work). When I contacted the mechanic who normally services my car, they confirmed that my brakes were checked recently and should last 3 or more months. I understand that dealerships recommend extra maintenance or early maintenance. That is why I use a different mechanic who has proven to be trustworthy.

I stopped by this dealership when my check engine light came on. They had a mechanic square me away immediately with no problems. So I decided to take my car there for my services and they were able to get me in for my scheduled maintenance on the same day I called for a walk in. I will continue going here from now on because of that!

I have never had a better experience buying a car!! Bergey s Kia is the place to go if you re looking to buy a vehicle. When I went in I was greeted by my salesperson Austin. He was very helpful the entire process. He helped me feel at ease about purchasing a new car by answering all of my questions that I had. Shaun the sales manager helped me get into the exact car that I wanted. He helped me work out a deal so I could get a 2023 Kia Sportage I had my eyes on for a few months. (Which is the best car I have ever driven!!) Ryan was my finance manager and he was very patient the entire time. I had many questions about financing as I had never had a car loan prior. He made sure I was getting the best rate possible and worked the numbers so it would fit into my monthly budget. Everyone was very kind and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely be buying my cars from Bergey s Kia from now on!

Everything about Bergey's servicesare designed to put the customer first. Friendly, accommodating, thorough and informative throughout the entire sale or service process. I traveled 68 miles to have my car inspected where I purchased it. Worth every mile!

We had been looking for a specific Telluride for quite some time. I happened to see it at Bergey s and called right away. Our salesman Chang was amazing. He was very informative and easy to work with. The whole process went smoothly and we could not be happier with our purchase. We highly recommend Chang if you are in the market for a new Kia!

Whenever I have brought my car for servicing to this dealership, Patrick (who is one of the service advisors) is always nice and professional.What I have noticed about Patrick professionalism is that If there is a problem regarding a car service issue, Patrick goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer (meaning me) is satisfied.When I brought my vehicle to the dealership one day for unexpected car issue, not only did Patrick take care of the issue, but he even made sure that my oil change and tire rotation were taken care of same so that I do not have to wait until my next oil change/tire rotation appointment.It is good customer service like this that motivate customers to continuously come back to Bergey Kia to have their cars serviced.

Stopped in for a software update and got that done fairly quickly. Everyone was very friendly and very courteous and kept me informed of the status. I love my Kia Sorrento and will keep bringing it back to Bergey s.

A five star dealership. Minor issue during car pickup (not dealership s fault), and everyone on their team went above and beyond to take care of us. From Shayla and Ryan in sales to Curtis in service, everyone at Bergey s is extremely helpful and caring. Could not have asked for more and could not rate any higher. Will be coming back and keeping an eye on their used inventory for our next car purchase!

I brought my vehicle to Bergey's Kia for some minor concerns I had. Patrick was very friendly and helpful answering all of my questions I had regarding my suv. He even waved a fee that most places wouldn't have hesitated to charge me for. Great service and staff would definitely recommend coming here for any work.

Excellent service appointment with Patrick Helverson! I went in for an oil change and state inspection and got just that. When scheduling, I was trying to figure out which day would work best since I work two jobs, and Mr. Helverson very kindly offered a loaner to me! I appreciate that he's friendly, approachable and not at all pushy or condescending. I like the new facility a lot as well!! You can definitely tell the employees are happy with it, which really does matter. I continue to go back to this Kia location (it is not the closest one to me), because the staff makes an honest effort.

I felt genuinely cared for by Chang, the sales representative. I took my entire growing family to decide on a car and Chang was very accommodating and helpful. I felt treated fairly and respectfully. Buying a vehicle can be a stressful experience and the honesty, warmth and transparency provided by Chang really helped.

I visited Bergey Kia one time just to see what their vibe was like and it was exceptional so I randomly returned one day to try to schedule an oil change and that turned into an instant service because they were open and available to do it. Service advisors are great technicians are great general manager is great they all took the time out to genuinely talk to me.

My whole experience at Bergey's Kia was amazing. Starting with almost every single staff member greeting me each time I am there, made me feel so welcomed. This is my 2nd purchase from Mr. Chang You. He is so honest, so knowledgeable and so thorough, I really didn't need to do any negotiating at all. I gave my full trust in him and he pulled through all the way. When you shop at Bergey's Kia, it just isn't necessary to shop around at other dealers because you just can't compare.

The experience is always up scaled. Really, top quality treatment or so I thought.Although I was taken in earlier than my scheduled appointment date, I left feeling less important. As other cars were ready to leave a question was asked " would you like the car washed today?"Speaking to another person waiting, he assured my car would also get the quality care but no ... Very much service with a smile but no extras.I drove off with an off putting feeling.

We ve been taking our Telluride here for a few years and it s always a great experience! Fast & friendly service and they either vacuum/wash after our appointment or give a free coupon for a nearby car wash. 10/10!

Nick, George, and Patrick are AMAZING!!!!!! I had a nail in my tire and they squeezed me in to take care of that and an oil change/tire rotation. They took me to get breakfast, picked me up and then gave me a loaner cause the tire was going to take longer to get from a different warehouse. They realized a manufacturer defect in my brakes/rotor in the front and they are working with Kia directly to get it covered and repaired for me. I travel 30 min from my house, past 2 other Kia dealerships to go here!! I am ordering a new 2025 K5 next month and it may very well be from this dealership!! If the price is right LOL!!

Very straight forward. All the credit goes to the sales woman. Sarah Devereaux is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. Her manner and attention to detail is second to none. Go ask for her and you won t regret it.

I was pleased with the entire service provided today, they were ready for my car at the requested time and addressed each of the services I requested. In addition their service man found a problem with some lights on my car that I didn t know was out and we replaced the lamps.I am very impressed with this dealer and will continue to use this company for all my future needs. Needing to replace a SUV i had owned for 10 years, I made Bergey s Kia my first, and only stop, when looking for a new SUV recently. I had the pleasure of working with Sarah D. at Bergey s Kia and I couldn t have had a better salesperson. Sarah was very knowledgeable about the Telluride, never tried to push me to a specific trim level, and most importantly, listened to my wants, needs and priorities. With no mark-up pricing, all I had to do was pick out which Telluride I wanted and set up closing. After the sale was complete, Sarah took the time to go over every button, dial and feature on my new Telluride and configure the personal settings to my specifics. Overall, I would highly recommend Bergey s Kia for your future new/used car and you should for sure ask for Sarah as she definitely delivered five star service!

Had Shayla as my sales consultant. She is just a sweet knowledgeable person. So polite and friendly. She showed me how to work all the dashboard items as well as the main computer screen with navigation and Bluetooth. Got a better deal than other Kia by them reducing price slightly.Everyone was good and I appreciated the financial officer not trying to convince me to buy other warranties that weren't necessary for me. Kia has good warranty on their cars. That's the reason I purchased again. 10 yr on transmission was main factor plus I just love the look of the K5. Shayla was very efficient. She made car buying simple and pleasant. Thanx all!

I recently purchased a 2024 Kia Telluride from Bergey s Kia. I love my car. I drove over an hour and even went past other Kia dealerships because I wanted to buy my Telluride from Bergey s Kia. I heard about them from friends. They were honest, fair, and helpful. I never felt pressured. The showroom is clean and bright with a large inventory. I am a very happy customer. When you go to Bergey s Kia say hi and thank you to Stuart and Ryan for me.
