People can drag Jiffy Lube through the mud if they like and if it makes them feel good. The employers working there do an excellent job. To see people post negative reviews without cause is detrimental to a business. Not listening or not accepting the facts causes many to jump to conclusions. Case in point is with the lady who said no oil was added to her car causing her engine to seize. Fact of the matter is all oil changes are recorded. Oil was added. A second person confirms oil was added. Third, the car was driven a lot of miles after the oil change. The truth is, if no oil was added, she'd be lucky to drive five minutes down the road before something bad happened to her motor. We run a respectable and honest business. We also own up to our careless mishaps by rectifying our mistakes by working with the customer to come to a satisfied solution. Then we work with our crew to strengthen our weaknesses. Reviews are just reviews. Only the individual who comes to our shop can judge our business for how we did on their service. Rate and review us from your own experience.

Dad just got home after getting his oil changed here, complained about smelling fumes his whole drive back. Pop the hood and sure enough they never put the oil cap back on and oil has spewed all over the engine compartment. This is the #1 reason people tell you to avoid jiffy lube at all costs. This happened after of course they tried to push and upsell new cabin filters etc that were already recently changed. Just like I tell everyone AVOID JIFFY LUBE.

I had to get an oil change on my way to the airport. They guys at Jiffy Lube worked fast and efficiently to get me in my way at a fair price. They shot straight with me about pricing and my car s needs. I ll be back for my other cars. Cassidy really helped me out!

After repairs and inspection my car is running like new. Will definitely go back to Jiffy lube for all my auto service needs in the future. (Gravel Pike, Collegeville). Well done Colby and Cassidy! Very professional and courteous service.

They were wonderful! They were quick and mindful of my time and they walked me through everything they were doing and gave me the choice of it being done, they also offer a lot of services as well! Well priced, and great customer service. Will be returning

I was short on time...but my maintenance light told me to make time...so I drove up with no appointment needed. Workers greeted me at the bay. Oil Service took a little longer than I anticipated but that was because they were vacuuming my inside and checking/correcting my tire pressure and giving my car a once over so I could drive safely and securely with confidence. I gave them online coupon and saved a bucks..but worry not they'll get that money back when I see them in a few months as a satisfied repeat customer!

I am very disappointed in the service that I received at Jiffy Lube. Took my car in for 1 issue and it came out with multiple issues, there were parts that had been replaced twice, and after a week of being at their shop, my car was still not fixed! My car was pushed aside to do another vehicle. My car wasn't not waiting on any parts, so why would you push a paying customers car aside for another car to get fixed. At this point my car had been there for about 3 days. They are totally unprofessional and have not even offered me anything for all the problems, and the parts they broke. I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube again. Wound up taking it to another local shop Manes Auto Repair in Schwenksville, who had it done in the same day it was brought in.

Huge shout out to the collegeville location. Saved me a ridiculous amount of money fixing an issue caused by laziness at a different local shop. (Extra bonus points for indirectly saving Christmas for my kids) Everyone I interacted with and spoke to was super friendly. Answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. Moved to this area like 7 years ago and too far away from the only mechanic I trusted. Been let down multiple times by multiple places a this place is the first place I ve felt comfortable with since I moved here.

Do not go to Jiffy Lube on Gravel Pike in Collegeville! They changed my oil and exactly 2 weeks later my engine seized due to NO oil in my car. The regional manager insist they did their job, and something must have been wrong with my car. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I would have given 0 stars, but that was not an option,

It was chaotic there, probably with your coupon specials BUT the mechanics were dropping F'bombs left and right and while I'm not offended it is NOT professional especially if you had seniors or children there.I presented my coupon that was on my phone for 25% off my service and the kid couldn't get it to scan so just punched something in and it was only $20 as it should have been $26. When I questioned him he kinda just acted like, oh well. What he SHOULD have done was apologize and try to correct it but nope. He was sweet enough but that was and still is a teachable moment.I probably won't come back.

They were very kind and took me in even without an appointment! They also warned me that my registration was expired and let me renew it right then and there and even printed it out for me! They were also very fast with my inspection and tire rotation.

I ve been going here for almost 2 years now for regular oil changes etc. I can t speak highly enough about the gentleman that runs the front desk. Doesn t pressure you into spending money on something you don t need. Very honest! They always do a great job! Today Colby helped me with an issue I was having and pushed a plate back into place for me. Outstanding guys! Thank you!Service: Oil change

I m 51 years old and this is first and only garage where I feel safe. I could save a 1lb premature infant but am absolutely ignorant about cars. The staff were friendly and pointed out a few things that my truck needed. We also discussed additional services beyond the oil change and it turned out I purchased some of those. Overall a good experience.Services: Battery, Oil changeServices: Battery, Oil change

Two stars for friendliness, however the service was never completed. I called to ensure they could replace the starter in my car. After providing vehicle information they verified they could do it and positioned completing it the next day at noon. I arrived at noon to be informed they scheduled me on a day when their tech wasn t scheduled. They asked me to come back the following day. I would totally understand if I had shown up randomly. In this case they verified the appointment a day in advance and didn t call me (I provided my phone number) to prevent me from wasting time. Do not recommend however the Douglassville location was accommodating and knocked it out for me.

Scheduled an appointment for 4 new tires. This included calling twice as I had to provide my tire size. I was told it would be approx 1.5 hours. The day of my appointment I waited for an hour and 10 minutes. At that point I was told they had ordered and/or received the wrong size tire. The staff was not apologetic in any way and blamed this on the tire delivery company. They did not check the new tires prior to starting the job. I had to spend another 10-15 minutes waiting for them to put my tires back on. Accidents happen, but to not even be told sorry was disappointing. I think the 1.5 hr. I waited was avoidable by checking the tires upon receipt or when starting the job. When told I wouldn t be able to do the tire change until later in the week on a day that I had to work I informed the staff I would go to another shop for the tires. Another customer who was in for an oil change told me he had similar issues here and gave me the name of a competing shop in the area who could assist. I called the competing shop and got right in. I ve been coming to this location since I moved to the area for vehicle maintenance. They ve made some mistakes in the past, but those are bound to happen. When mistakes happen, I just want to be treated like a human, not a number.

Called my local location in PA on a Saturday afternoon to see if they were busy. They told me to come on over and they would get my car done quickly. 20 minutes later, their team had me on the road. No unnecessary upsell. I drive a German car with a few self-installed performance enhancements, so they kinda knew I knew a little bit about my vehicle. Awesome service from start to finish. They will see me again for sure.Service: Oil change

Charged me for services I did not ask for. Also put new spark plugs in my Audi A5 and then 10 min after leaving car was shaking violently and EPC & Check engine light came on. The did not put the harneas back in correctly. Was told that alot of their employees are not experienced with foreign cars. Ok well dont let them work on them. Not to Self: dont come here again!!!

Went to get oil changed first thing this morning. Found this random plastic piece on passenger seat. Turns out, while removing my cabin air filter for A/C and heat, (which I realize might be dirty but I m just trying to change my oil)they broke the little prong this piece fits onto that prevents my glove compartment from slamming open, instead allowing a more gradual opening. Would have been nice for them to let me know. Thank goodness my boyfriend was able to figure it out. Never again Jiffy Lube Graterford. I would have been understanding had they just told me instead of sending me on my way with a broken glove compartment with evidence laying on the passenger seat.

Came in for an oil change today and the guys recognized a decal I had on my car and had a bunch of questions to ask about it, and I think they were having fun testing my exhaust. Always happy to talk cars with friendly, efficient people. Job well done, guys, I'll be bringing my G back soon, I'm sure :)

Fast and friendly service. It's always nerve wracking going to a new shop when you know nothing about cars, afraid they'll take advantage of you. All the mechanics were really nice and went the extra mile to show you what's wrong/right with your car and the services they recommend/you don't need. Highly recommend. In and out in an hour and the waiting room is comfortable enough.Services: Tires, Oil change

Clueless people working here. An oil change place that doesn't know how to reset an oil light. AVOID THIS PLACE!

First and foremost I would like to address that my issue has been resolved and refunded. That being said, I will still like to inform others on my experience at this Jiffy Lube. Before I even get into my experience, feel free to google search Why should I avoid Jiffy Lube? .On May 14, 2021 I went into Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I always had a great experience with PV Express Lube & Auto, and was hoping to see some familiar faces. Upon seeing that there were new techs, I felt uneasy, so I watched over them carefully as my car is my pride and joy. If you don t already know, Jiffy Lube loves to upsell, they re trained to do so. They showed me a Cabin Air Filter that was not mine, as they never entered my vehicle to remove it, also it wasn t even the same one that I pulled earlier that day to check, prior to service. This wasn t my issue with my service that day but, still something that I feel is a need to know about Jiffy Lube. I watched a man in the waiting room buy into all the services suggested. ( Top Offs , Filters, etc) When my car was finished, a young man, ( tech ) pulled my vehicle out of the bay, and decided to give her (my car) a rev. Again, this was after the vehicle was pulled out of the bay area. Therefore there was no purpose to do this. I paid, and I left. The REAL ISSUE came when I checked my oil. When I got my oil change service I was preparing to move out of state and was making sure my car was in good shape to make a 15 hour drive. My oil change was done on a Friday, I didn t get to check my oil until Sunday. I was busy, but this was my mistake. Check your oil after service always. I checked my oil Sunday morning after the car had been sitting overnight. Almost empty. The oil was perfectly at the Low Indicator. / Reference I had driven 79 miles,( since change) and surprisingly for a Subaru I had no issues of leakage, ever. I had to go to Advance Auto Parts to buy oil after paying $62.00 for an oil change . (More like a drain and top off ) Since they re closed on Sunday, I gave them a call on Monday. I asked for a refund, and they wouldn t provide one without looking at the vehicle. I didn t want to go back, I simply didn t trust their services. After contacting Corporate Jiffy Lube, they gave me another call (Jiffy Lube) asking again for me to bring the vehicle in. This phone call was when the man said to me, I would like to make sure we didn t drain anything we weren t supposed to, like your Transmission Fluid excuse me? Transmission Fluid? I went back, I wanted my refund. ( Okay, I m Karen today.) My vehicle was back in the bay, and I was in the waiting room. (Where a man was complaining to me about how long his services were taking, and also mentioned he was getting an oil change and he didn t even ask for one.) Anyways, I walked into the bay because I didn t want them alone with my car. I showed somebody (tech) a video of where my oil was at, to which he seemed to care less. They issued a refund and I left. (I was not offered a new oil change, but again, I wouldn t have accepted even if they had) I promised myself I wouldn t return to a Jiffy Lube, but I decided to give them another chance, in a different state. My vehicle s motor seized the same day. So 2 for 2 Jiffy Lube, you won. So, If anybody made it to this point in my review, I won t say don t go but if you do, good luck and proceed with caution, don t recommend.Service: Oil change

Had an oil change and tire rotation done. Salesmen were very polite and professional. They pushed a little too much for extra sales on things that I did not need for the service I ordered. Lastly I was told that I had a nail in my tire. It could be plugged for 19.99. I asked to see the nail first before agreeing to plug the tire. I inspected the nail . Realized that it wasn't that big and pulled it directly out. It was not big enough to penitrate through. Glad that I inspected it on my own before I rushed to hand them more money for a service that was not needed. They Should had inspected it more clearly before bringing it to my attention.Services: Tires, Oil change
