The Collegeville location is always friendly and very helpful. Tyler & Peg just incredible people, And the techs always do a great job. Clean, professional and always answer our questions if needed. We are an Auto repair shop and have used them dozen of times. Highly recommended.

The shop was extremely helpful with sourcing oem glass for me. They did a very nice job, there s no sign the windshield was replaced other than it being nice and clean. I ve seen some shops leave pry marks and do a poor job with remounting the cameras, trim, none of which happened here. I m very happy with the outcome.

Long story short , someone broke my window, it was raining for up to 3 days when it happened I called this establishment to make an appointment and they didn t have any availability however they still offfered that i come by and they will wrap my window in plastic which was great AND THEN they were so kind to Squeeze me in the next day after that. They came in early to help me out I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND and i would go back ! Lastly Peggy i believe her name was is AMAZING , she is so nice and helpful

Great customer service! Called on a Saturday and they came out on Tuesday. Very friendly staff and easy to work with. Jen did a great job replacing my rear windshield. Cost is also much better that other glass replacement companies.

Scheduling was a little confusing, but technician was very professional. He made it clear what he was doing and how long it would take. He also let me know what constraints there would be with the new windshield. He additionally did an excellent job with the transfer of the old inspection and emission stickers.Finally, he communicated when he would arrive and let me know when he was getting close which was very helpful.All in all, great job.

Fast and efficient. They came to my house to replace the windshield. Tech gave a call prior to coming and was in and out within an hour. Transaction went really smooth . which seems uncommon nowadays . Thank you!

The customer service at Collegeville Auto Glass Now is absolutely unmatched - they are so understanding, more than willing to explain anything you need, and so helpful & quick! I was able to make an appointment for next day service.I would also like to point out, they are extremely honest with you - there was an issue with a part on my car (aluminum near the window got bent) and Tyler & Jen were totally upfront about the issue and called me to let me know immediately. They also called a dealership, ordered a new replacement part, and are able to have me come back to replace the accidentally damaged part free of charge. Any other business I've used for auto glass repair (usually safelite) would have tried to hide the mistake so they didn't have to pay to fix it. I was blown away with this level of customer service!I HIGHLY recommend this business! If I ever need another auto glass repair, I will for sure be going here**will update review with pictures again once dent is fixed!Service: Auto side window replacement

Adam was great at his job of removing and installing he was very kind . Maegan was a lot of help with getting me all set up and answer all my questions . Best price around tax and everything was included. Definitely recommend

I had to make 2 separate trips because the first windshield delivered was not the right one. Lost a lot of time without my work truck!!!. The people at the counter were very nice but this took twice as long as it should have! Price was good, but I had to spend extra on Lyft!!!The windshield looks great! They even saved/transferred my inspection stickers!

I highly recommend this place if you need a new windshield. I shopped around and got the best price from Auto Glass Now. Tom was quick and efficient. They had me out of their in less than one hour. The Manger Tyler was very nice and still fit me in even though I was two hours late.

Long story short, someone broke my window and I needed it fixed asap.I called and there were no available appointments that day however Peggy still was able to help me out by having me come by to cover the broken window and then squeezed me in the next morning . The service here is A1 and I m glad they re in the area. Highly recommend

I called Auto Glass Now on a Friday and they were very professional and friendly.They were quick to order my windshield to be installed Monday. They called me Monday to let me know the windshield came in damaged. They immediately ordered a new one, rescheduled my appointment, called to confirm (they will text you a reminder too) and it was installed Wednesday morning. Waiting time could be 1-1.5 hours and my new windshield was ready in an hour. Great service, highly recommend.Service: Auto windshield repair

Wow what a relief! Look no further if you have a windshield that needs to be fixed or replaced. I have been waiting days at other companies. Peggy got me right in same day and the staff goes above and beyond! Nice to know there are some companies still that have true five star service!

I couldn t have been more pleased! First, the price. Lowest price I could find. Second, the service. After checking in, my car was immediately pulled into the shop and work began. Third, but not the least was the people. I should mention that the shop, office and even the bathroom were very clean. Everyone was really nice and made my stay enjoyable. I operated an auto repair shop for 25 years and can honestly say that this is a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service! The windshield on my Mustang was recently damaged in a storm and needed to be replaced. The professional and friendly staff at Auto Glass Now got me an appointment the very next morning from when I called them. Their communication is top notch and they reached out to me many times to keep me updated on the repairs. Since my car had additional damage from the storm, there was initially concern that I would need to have body work done before the windshield could be replaced, but their tech Tom was able to do the work himself which I am so grateful for! I certainly would not hesitate to recommend these guys to family and friends.

My experience was super amazing and very fast! I had a crack in my windshield and Tom with his amazing work ethic fixed it with no hesitation. I highly recommend everyone to try this place out as the people here seem to be very trustworthy. I also want to thank the staff at the front Peggy and Tylar for giving me a great experience as they made me feel like I was home when they greeted me at the front door.If anything was to happen to my windshield again, I m definitely coming back to this place for sure.Thanks Autoglass!

I got my windshield repaired here. They left my car on during service without starting the engine and shot my battery. Not only that they then told me I had to take my car away AFTER THEY KILLED MY BATTERY. So I had to pay for the windshield, a tow-truck and a new battery. Worst car experience I've ever had. DO NOT GET YOUR WINDSHIELD REPLACED HERE.

Scrapped my stickers off couldn't get new stickers for inspection and emissions. Had to pay for a new inspection when I only got it done in August. Also failed inspection so had to drop over 1300 on parts just because they didn't cut out my stickers and glass. Just what I needed before Christmas won't use them again. If they cut out stickers I wouldn't of needed a new inspection just replacement stickers. Thanks for this Christmas gift.

Great experience with auto glass now. Super convenient. Came to my work and replaced windshield within 45 minutes. Fantastic customer service and communication. Called in the morning to let me know an approximate arrival time. Followed up with a call when en route and when finished. Highly recommend. My windshield never looked better.

After shopping around to find windshield replacement that was a better option than paying our high deductible through insurance, we reached out to Auto Glass Now, and we were pleased to know they were local. We spoke with Tyler got an immediate quote, there was no wait and no fuss. He was very kind and offered us an appointment for the following day. We dropped off our vehicle that evening, left the keys in the dropbox and by 10am received a call that our vehicle was ready. And when we picked up our vehicle our E-ZPass was affixed, the inspection stickers were cut out with taped edges for safety and of course the star of the show a new windshield!We highly recommend Auto Glass Now, excellent customer service, able to offer a next day appointment and a quality install for a great price.(and they even shared a coupon code with us to save us some money)Service: Auto windshield repair
