I was referred to this place by my neighbor who family has been going here for years. Jerry, John Sr., John Jr. and other mechanics are good efficient courteous and helpful. They were able to finish my car quickly not like another place which held my car for days! I like their small but cozy waiting area with comfy couch chairs and decorating with plants and vintage car stuff. My cars have been running well after their services. Prices are okay similar to other places.

This is the best garage for service, customer care and general all around quality of work. I will never go anywhere else for vehicle service. Jerry and John are the best hands down!!!!!

These people made me pay TWICE to fix the same issue of my car and it was never fixed both time. When I came back the second time, they told me that the battery from my key needed to be change (I have a push start) when I received the battery a little after a month because I ordered the wrong one the first time (took 2 weeks each to come) the car still wasn t starting. I called to let them know that it was still having the same issue even after changing the battery from my key. The owner John started yelling at me and telling me that it s not his problem, and what do I want him to do about it, even tho I paid to get it fixed and was never fixed. Last time I m going to this trash placeUpdate:I went to the dealership, found out I was giving a starter with with a broken chip when a new one was supposed to be given to me.

I was told about the store and when I looked it up on google maps I saw that there is one a few miles from my house, so today I decided to go there to check it out. I loved the store, lots of options, lots of everything. I loved the shoes, many different shoes and also for everyday use, sneakers from different brands for half or less the price of new ones. And the bags come in every size and style. I couldn't leave without buying myself a new purse. The location is great, next to great snack bars, right next to Five Guys. I had to leave quickly but I will definitely be back.

Well, I was at another place before coming to this place. As I was told I needed brakes and rotors. I m pretty diligent about keeping up with my car maintenance l. I saw Quality Brakes Plus and they had mostly 5 star reviews, so I thought I would give them a try. Very nice people. However, do NOT get your brakes fixed here. Despite the name, I was told one price, I was charged another and got charged an additional $8.75 for NOT paying cash. It was a bank card not even a credit card.Service: Brakes

Fantastic place to do business with. I dealt with John, who was really there for me when I needed someone I could trust. He told me exactly what I needed and gave me great pricing to boot. And he was able to get my car done in the same day. What more could any girl ask for. I will be taking all my automotive needs back to quality brakes. You won t be disappointed.You single gals.......he won t steer you wrong. You can trust him. And Jerry his co worker even stayed late so I could pickup my car, great team. I would not recommend this place. They seemed extremely nice when I went there but they tried to overcharge me for brakes & 4 tires b/c I was using SNAP financing. Now granted by brakes were metal to metal so I needed that done in its entirety but to be quoted an estimate of $2529.05 was absolutely outrageous! I think they were trying to charge me this amount b/c I was using SNAP financing where you have 100 days to pay it off. I immediately called my boyfriend with the estimate and he told me to leave. I ended up going to my regular mechanic and he charge $707 for the brakes, roaders, calibers, labor.Honestly the only reason I went to Quality Brakes was because they came SNAP. Again they were nice offering me coffee and the remote to the tv while I wait for a diagnosis but I left out feeling really bad that they would try to charge me this Astronomical amount of money. They should be ashamed. Never again!

Rebuilt the trans on my work truck and right now they are putting in brake boosters, a belt, and some tensioners. They do great work and they re great people highly recommend them.

I totally recommend using Quality Brakes Plus for all car care needs. I had an accident and the gentlemen working there described what they would do to fix my car, kept in touch throughout the whole process and got my car back to me promptly. They are very friendly and professional. I was referred by a friend and I will continue to use them from now on for all my car care needs. 5 stars all the way.Service: Body & Trim

Always adding parts to your car without permission. Act like they wanna help out but take the longest route possible so it costs the most money . And doing this to single older females . That are afraid to say anything in case they screw there cars up more or charge them more money . I can t get over where in the world it s right to fix and do things to a car without the owner s permission. Then stick them with a 4-5 hundred dollar bill especially when they have made it clear that please don t do nothing to my car without an ok 1st . They have had to take money from other bills to cover car stuff they didn t ok . Or u don t get ur car back if u don t pay. This is definitely Not GOOD BUSINESS.

I usually go to the dealership to get my car serviced but they re all closed due to the virus. I took my car to quality brakes plus because my brake light came on. They ran a diagnostic and said my brakes were fine and said most likely it was an electrical sensor. They didn t charge anything for the diagnostic. I am overwhelmed of how nice Jerry and his crew were, their customer service is a 10/10, I will be back for all my car needs in the future. Thank you!

Friendly staff in a clean and neat atmosphere. Good quality mechanics who always treat me with respect and are polite. I never feel ripped off here like you may expect from most other places. Definitely recommend.

I have been coming here for years. Great staff, very honest & helpful with any repairs that are needed. Big or small they can handle it. John has worked on my last 3 cars & I've never had any issues. Excellent customer service!

I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of car services.Today, Tuesday, 10/27/20 was my first time using services with Quality Brake Plus. I needed to get my brake fluid flushed. John was very honest, professional, knowledgeable and gave me great customer service. It took less than an hour to get my brake fluid flush done and the price was very reasonable.On my way home, it dawned on me that I needed to my fluids checked since I'll be taking a two hour drive this week. I decided to go to Autozone since they were close by. I was told I would need more oil since my oil was about midway from the maximum level . I purchased the 5 quart of oil recommended by the AutoZone employee. The Autozone employee put the ENTIRE 5 quart bottle of oil in my engine. I had a feeling that the Autozone employee put way too much oil in my engine and I was right! On my way home I noticed thick smoke coming from the back of my car. I called John from Quality Brake Plus and asked if he could fix the issue and he did!! Luckily, I wasn't too far from his shop. John drained and replaced the oil right away! I didn't have to wait long for this service. I'm so glad John was able to fix this issue as soon as I arrived to the shop. I paid for the oil change and was reimbursed by the AutoZone location that caused the issue in the first place.Thank you so much John for your EXCELLENT service. I will be back to get my inspection done and get my cabin air filter replaced!Services: Brakes, Oil change

I can't begin to express how nice it is to go to a place where they not only know what they're doing but won't try to sell your a bunch of unnecessary stuff.Also the prices are very reasonable and the work they do is high quality.
