I got locked out of my car at work. Allstate wanted to send a provider from Mayport. I called Pellas and they had someone at work within an hour. It was also much less expensive than the insurance company was going to charge me. Pellas quickly sent me an invoice as I requested. Very much appreciated the prompt and helpful service. Would recommend and will use again!Service: Car lockouts

Transmission in my semi failed on i80 over 4 hours from home. They came out immediately, knew what they were doing, and towed me back home for cheaper than I expected. Would absolutely use them again, great guys.

This company did more damage to my vehicle then the accident...the technician that hooked up my vehicle has no experience when a car gets hung up to a guardrail.

I called this company, waited around for about 6- what would now be 7 hours as im typing this, to get my door opened because i locked myself out of my car, not only did they not show up after what should have been a couple of hours but my calls were never answered and no word was ever gotten back to me, regardless i had to go with another company, thankfully it was nothing serious i needed help with or me stranded somewhere, especially being from out of town and so away from home, would not recommend this place to anyone based off of the lack of service i got
