SO IMPRESSED with this repair shop! Had our truck towed in late Friday night with broken bolts on the rear unit pump - the truck was REPAIRED by Saturday morning! We couldn't believe it.Jason in the shop was super helpful - they also were kind enough to take our driver to a hotel & pick him up when the repair was finished.We can't say how appreciative we are & we highly recommend using this shop!Jacquelynn KelleyKelley Transportation, LLC

Very dissatisfied in our the customer service end when purchasing our tractor. Our red flag should have been the day we came to look at the tractor when the salesman seemed not thrilled to show me others trucks that I want to see. He came up with an excuse he couldn't find the keys and when I made it clear I not interested in the one he was pushing on us. He went and got the key. We were forced to use their financing because they didn't want to wait our bank to complete our loan application. I was threatened that I would be " hounded" for a document that I provided to cover all legal and audit liability. Unfortunately that was still not good enough. I was threatened to be "hounded" until they received the document they were asking for that takes up to a month to get after I place the truck in service. I told the salesman Andrew Scott that I never had such a difficult time purchasing a tractor as I did with him. Today we came to pick up our tractor that when we placed pur deposit it had an FCAM issues. We were told they would fix the issue and we could test driver once it was complete. We arrive to our appointment and Andrew just expects for us to sign papers. He acted like he was shocked when I told him no. We were to test drive. We have purchased many Tractors from Hunter 3 tractors in the last 2 years from their Lancaster location and never received the treatment we did here at Clearfield. I regret not having Lancaster take over, the only reason was because Clearfield had many of the trucks we were interested in and we want to pick the one that best suit us and our driver. Very displeased with customer service from sales. Regret not having Lancaster involved but thought that it would be to much trouble, not worth the headache or threats!

Company I work for bought me a 2016 peterbilt for 131000 and came with an APU which I used two times and now don't work and hunters won't stand behind it,. The window washer jug was cracked and I along with the owner of my company had contacted the salesman about both problems and he will not return any calls or hasn't followed up on fixing the issues. If you want good service DO NOT DEAL WITH DOUG THE SALESMAN

Excellent place to get your truck fixed. Everyone knows their info, if not they will look it up. Everyone is very nice, lots of laughs and fun. The drivers lounge has many comfortable recliners, a washroom, and a shower. Sapp Brother's is across from them. They have a huge lot to park your trlr while your truck is serviced. I highly recommend them.

I've been a Hunter customer for many years but this was my 1st experience with the Clearfield store and I can tell you that I'll never go back. I came in with a Cat engine code for electrical interruption on injector #3 after checking tell me #4 injector has a broken return spring and replaced injector for $974.00 I asked how can that cause it to throw an electrical code tell me it can't but they took truck for test drive all good I hook trailer and leave 4 miles later I'm turning around because truck is missing and throwing same code so back to Hunter and now the wire end on #3 injector is bad to me it seems like that's why I came here to begin with so replace a $20.00 part and amazingly all good. So spent alot of unessacery money for nothing....

Be careful !!!!!!!!!!!!this is scam!!! I bought a pete 386 and gave $ 9000 down payment, I had a driver waiting for this truck 22 days ,during these days I was calling and trying to communicate with the saleswoman DANIELLE J PREBE which was impossible until the last day that I was finally told me the truck was sold it someone else .....they are no professionals and do not care about costumers....
