Mike did a fantastic job. My husband s windows were left open overnight during a bad storm, thus flooding the inside of the car. In three short hours Mike had the interior completely dry and looking good as new. It is so appreciated! I washed my vehicle in the self serve wash. The bays are really run down compared to other places. Also my vehicle left there more dirty then it came in. Im not sure if they are recycling the water there or not.

I bought the monthly unlimited ultimate wash for me and my fiance. They always do a nice job drying off the car. Advice! I didn't know you needed the "receipt " they hand you to give to the guys at the end to get your tire shine applied. Also, hand over the receipt and tip before they dry your car so the window stays nice!

They really give a personal touch by hand drying to prevent spotting. Always fun going through the automatic tunnel and there are manual bays in the back. Always a great place for a car wash.

Great automatic car wash. Prices are a little high but you get what you pay for. I really like that they have a subscription service for unlimited washes. If you use it twice a month you break even. You can pause your subscription through the app if you aren't going to be using it that month. It can be backed up sometimes with a wait for other cars but the cleaning is very thorough. Keeps my car bug free in the summer and salt free in the winter.

I called this place to find out if they have a self service shampooer. They don't, but their detailer, Mike, still spent several minutes talking me through how to remove cat pee (yes, I know) from a car seat on my own. Thanks Mike!

Mike did an incredible detail job restoring my Mazda CX5 2020 to showroom condition! My car was challenging: full of dog hair, and muddy mats, but now looks like the day I got it! I ll definitely be back in 6 months! Good car wash with great unlimited monthly membership prices...you just link a credit card and have the app on your phone and they scan it! Sometimes the guys are a little rude and snappy (hence the reason for 4 stars, not 5)...they get really busy on sunny days so be prepared to wait in line. I am always satisfied at how nice my car looks after a good wash and towel dry :)

Went here to get the bugs off my car, I got the platinum wash. Not only was the car still dirty but the people working were incredibly rude. He stopped spraying the car so I assumed he wanted me to move up but apparently he wanted to spray something else. He threw the sprayer down in a tantrum and said I m tired of dealing with these dumbasses . I ll take some of the blame by moving up before him saying but he went into the hut so I assumed it was what he wanted, either way he needs to chill out

This car wash was recommended to me from a neighbor. They did a great job. My only reason for the 4 stars was because my side mirror was broken, but I was able to repair it. I would still recommend because I think this side mirror incident was a rare situation and I doubt it would happen again. I truly believe it was a car defect. To be fair, I took one star, but next visit I will update review.

Alex did an amazing job detailing our Kia Optima! He blew our expectations, and the car looks and feels like when we first bought it! Mike did a fantastic job detailing the inside of my car today! And boy did he have a big job, my dog I left a lot of hair and drool. It s so clean! stopped in around 10:30 friday morning for the first time and decided to get the platinum package. this package does everything but the inside. when i arrived home later in the day i noticed they forgot to pun the tire shine on all 4 wheels which disappointed me.i went back saturday morning and asked the attendant about it.to my surprise he said that it happens sometimes and asked me to go through car wash again at no charge! wow!! what a nice guy he was! i will be telling all my friends what a great place to go get your vehicle washed. 5 STARS !!!! in todays world it is not easy to find such great people!!

I scheduled a car detailing over a WEEK ago for Monday 11/4 at 8am. I arrive to drop my car off and the guy there tells me someone quit on Friday and asks me if I can bring my car back the next day. As most know there is a lot of coordination that goes into dropping a car off to get detailed such as getting a ride, possibly taking time off work, etc. A phone call on FRIDAY to your Monday appointments would have been nice if someone quit. I have a baby on the way any minute and really needed this detailing done. Thanks a lot, if this is how you run your business I dodged a bullet with paying you money to work on my vehicle.

Great job cleaning the van! Their monthly all you can wash service is a steal and with snow and salt it is worth every penny! Hubby gets the van cleaned every Friday as he leaves work! Very detailed service too! Impressed!

The team of men and women always take care of your car. No rush jobs, they take the time to rinse well and then hand dry. Well worth it, I even do the monthly subscription because for the price of 2 you get 1 a day for the month.

After trying the car wash a couple weeks ago, we returned and bought a pack of washes.This is the best automatic car wash we've found between Carbondale and Scranton. The previous wash spray off, done by an employee, is carefully and thoroughly done to make sure your car comes out clean.Some of the employees could do a better job at drying while others do an excellent job.

Yesterday I called last minute to have my car detailed. My car was a disaster, covered in dog hair and drool. In two hours I picked it up. It was immaculate. Paid $20 plus a $10 tip. It typically costs me $10 and tips to run through the automatic wash anyway! The only thing they didn't do was my rubber floor mats, but I can easily power wash them myself.I would have had to pay more for a babysitter so I could vacuum, and wipe down my car, and then take it to be washed.I will be back!

This place has SO much potential. The staff are friendly and do an amazing job. The problem lies with the owner and simply being cheap. The unlimited wash deal is cool. Unfortunately the equipment is broken almost all the time.

For $180 I'd expect the ENTIRE truck clean. They couldn't be bothered to hose out the truck bed or fully wipe down the doors and door jams. The Oh Shit handle was gross and not clean, either. I don't reccomend you go there.

Bought the Diamond monthly wash. Was only able to use it once. I stopped by multiple times, and they are almost constantly understaffed. Even when I called the day before and made an appointnent, they could not take me in. Another time, they were closed for repairs. Another time, it was 26 degrees, and told me that they had ice on the brushes. Shall I go on? Very poorly managed business....

Self-serve car wash locked up and ate my money. When I informed the attendant he shrugged his shoulders and told me that was too bad. This place is dishonest. Will use one of the other Clarks Summit car washes from now on. Steer clear of this place.
